Gtpl Kcbpl — Gtpl kcbpl broadband connection issue

My name is Ratneswar Mondal, I am a customer of gtpl kcbpl, I took connection 4/2/2021, from there I did not get one day and proper connection, , and i call the local cable operator and then i get the connection, and i have already called customer care regarding this issue and there is no benefit, and when i called the customer care center, they say contact the local cable operator. And when i called the local cable operator they say call customer care, and gtpl kcbpl broadband customer care can't help me
