Guesthouser.com — did not receive any refund for the property booked and cancelled by property owner - deficiency in services

I have booked a bungalow in alibaug, maharashtra on 8th december, 2018 online from booking.com. Guesthouser was the host of the property & told me to do full payment on the same day for confirmation. I did partial 5000 rs. Payment & assured to do remaining payment on 11th december, 2018. When i called on 11th december to complete the remaining payment, host guesthouser told me you need to complete the payment before 15 days from the check inn date & you will receive a link on your registered mail by than. So i waited for the link to be received. On 17.12.2018 i called to do further payment but to my surprise i got to know that my booking was cancelled by guesthouser as there was some renovation work going on at the property. I never received a call or mail regarding the same, i would have further waited for the mail i would have never known that the booking is cancelled. Further they told me they will give me a mail for the same, but that also never happened - executive who told me was neha from guesthouser. She told me someone from their end will call me & give me some other options, but to my bad luck that also never happened. I called them again on 21.12.2018, that i did not receive any call or mail for new property that i was told & my booking date was very close. They told me on first that they have cancelled my booking as i did not do the payment on time. So i told him to check the details i had with neha on 17th december, 2018 regarding the booking cancellation from property owner side. He checked the details & told me on special case he will refund my money within 8-10 working days. I also told him to mail me the details as i want to get a confirmation from your side. To which he denied. As i was on holiday i could not follow up much & once i was back in town i called them again on 03.01.2019. So there was mr. Sumit who told me they tried to do payment but were not able to do so and they needed my banking information. Now if they tried doing payment but could not they should have contacted me but they never call their customer or mail their customer unless they need payment. They never contacted me & i had to contact them. Again i told them i will send you my banking details and send the money as soon as possible as i need to do further payment to other know people of mine. To which they again replied they will be able to do payment within 8-10 working days. I am very much in sorrow that i have to follow up to get my own money back. Still have to fight for the money i gave for the services i never used have not been received back to me even after so many follow ups. I feel alone fighting with such a big company and could not see any more hope to get it back. Seeking help.

I was book hotel through GuestHouser on 31St Dec 2018, Booking ID: 51KKO. We had reached at hotel but hoteler decline our entry he said we not revived your booking. I had try to call GuestHouser many time but they block my number. Also sent emails still not any respond. I suggest people to do not use GuestHouser services. I loose 2542 rs.
