Dear Gujarat Gas Team,
I have received an invoice R[protected] dt; 26/02/2025 with an amount of Rs. 1378 including minimum gas consumption (10.496 unit) charges Rs. 490.05 + 18% GST. At that time, I was not at home. However, after that with help of customer care I have submitted a bill reading 60 and unit consumption during the period 24.10.2024 to 26.02.2025 becomes 30 units. Based on this Gujarat gas has generated a bill R[protected] dt; 02/03/2025 with an amount of Rs. 2867/-. With regret it is to inform you that in the revised bill minimum gas consumption charges were not adjusted.

Please amend an invoice immediately. I have already discussed about this matter to customer care via phone and raised a complaint[protected] but it has closed without solving the issue. Please look into this matter. We as customers are not here to pay additional charges. Please note it as a serious matter and investigate in this case about the error in bill generation.
