I have applied for new connection on 20/10/21 and yet it's still not done.
I have also visited the office many time but ignorant staff have not gave any kind of clear response also instead of giving specific answer they gave you 10-15 day time period for action and now it's almost 9-10 months still connection is not done. contractor have also visited the place...

The reading in my invoice is false as compared to the meter. Because of this the invoice amount is double...

We have paid before one year for a PNG gas connection but didn't get the connection. We have tried calling the employees of this company, but they didn't do any work. We have also called on customer care but they didn't resolve the problem.
We are regretting for paying for a connection to such a company whose employees don't know how to do their work. We want the connection as soon as possible. If not possible we want the money refunded...

Gujarat Gas connection is installed in our society and application for starting the service is also given but no response. So, I filed a complaint in the customer care department of Gujarat Gas but they are not giving satisfactory answer, just saying that an executive will come to your home as soon as possible but no response as of now. We're facing difficulties in day-to-day routine work without supply of Gas, which is an essential need...

My new connection application No.[protected] date :22/02/2022 . And i have pay in charges Rs. 1854/- so can copy attached in below. Many months are pending connection. And already Gas Pipe fitted in Inside the Flat but Meter & Gas Tube fitment is pending in last few months.
So, please short out my problem there are still pending ....

Application #80756370 submitted on 18/09/2021 and payment of Rs.5854 has been paid in full on same day. However, Gujarat Gas has failed to provide me with a connection yet. I've visited several times and given false promises about installation dates. Earlier, they used to say due to Covid we've backlog and since 6 months they're saying we dont have manpower.

I live in Sharan Circle Homes Zundal and there is no gas supply at our society since 7:00 in evening.. We have to oder our dinner from outside and still theres no gas supply.. when we r calling on emergency no they r saying tht it willl come in half an hour. Its been 5 hrs since its not working... Pls give us update...

St our extrs home we have fotted by gas pipe line but by mistake of contractor line knob is open due to that over meter unit consume very high...
