I have paid this bill twice
I have attached both payment screenshot.
So please either refund the extra amount or please adjust the extra amount in future bills.

I have applied for the connection since last one year, the connection has come last one week, the connection has come in my house too, but the connection is yet to be given from below, please get it done as soon as possible.

I applied for new gas connecton on dt.[protected]. The pipe laying inside House and underground connection has been done since a long back. The underground connection with main gas line was made on dt.[protected], and was informed that the gas supply will be started within 2-3 working days.
Now, it has been more than 15 days(more than 110 days from applying for new connection), still my gas supply has not started, I have called numerous times on the customer care number, but I am being told everytime that your complain has been registered and your supply will get started soon, but till date nothing has been done.
My family is experiencing very trouble due to the unnecessary delay in starting gas supply from your end. The person who was in-charge of my underground connection (Mr. Ketan Mistry - Gujarat Gas employee Mobile No.[protected]) is also not receiving my calls.
It is my humble request to you to start my gas supply as soon as possible without any further delays.

Connection was offered to society by Gujarat gas in year 2018, by giving one letter (not contract) in my society Paritosh, Near Ontheway hotel, Agashi Road, Virar West, Maharashtra, 401303.

In July 2022, they installed pipe line in the society however, drilling work done by them for pipe line was not properly filled and plumbing work they did not do, saying its not there duty.

Gujarat gas has not given any plan to the society before start of the work and further they did not gave clarity even after writing the them and speaking to their team from last 5 months.

We seek your support to get this plumbing work completed by them (Which was drilled by them in our society) the cost for the same is appx 2 Lacs. Simillar issues are faced by more than 30 society in our near by area where simillar work is carried out by them

We had book our new connection before 1 yeas ago, and already made payment but still not get connection and also we complaint many more time about it, but not got proper reply from gujrat gas office, plz revert me as early as possible and plz give us new connection as early as possible.our new connection name:-Devi Mehul Paronawala

My customer no[protected] as hasuben patel, my GES bill complately manthly paid up, but way octomber bill rs.6937/- plez cheq the reading meter bill under the mistek, plez cheq the details, reqwest plez

We bought an unused flat in from builder. the builder was allotted consumer number and meter was also installed with a red cap on it as connection was not yet activated.

Now we have moved in the house and we registered a complaint with the toll free number on 26.09.2022 for sending service technicians and activate the meter.

We have been staying without gas supply since a month now and there is absolutely no reply from the company regarding the same as to when technicians will come visit the house and activate the connection.

Toll free executive Ms. Manali patel was totally incompetent to revert and just gave a fixed reply " we do not know when person will visit, we cannot give any further information ".

Its frustrating when such a huge company is not able to activate connection which is infact going to increase their sales.

Disconnection application given at rajkot office on 3rd august 2022 for consumer number[protected]... today is 17th october 2022 so it has been more than 2.5 months yet you have not disconnected... given reminder calls to tollfree number and they tell go to office... at office, they say "amme navra nathi"... what kind of attitude is this???

I have applied for new connection on 15/04/21 and yet it's still not done.
I have also visited the office many time but ignorant staff have not gave any kind of clear response also instead of giving specific answer they gave you 10-15 day time period for action and now it's 1year is passed still connection is not done.

I am a consumer of Gujarat Gas Limited Surat. My consumer number is[protected]. Billing Period 10.07.2022 to 10.09.2022. Bill Charges Rs 2045. Consumed / Metered Units: 37.

Complaint: My average consumption is 22 units. This time I have got a bill for 37 Units. This is huge. The meter may have become defective or the system may have leakages.

I complained to the company thru its web portal but did not get a proper response. Hence I am filing this complaint with the hope to get redressal.

As Viva Swarganga Complex has seven societies with 322 flats. Gujarat Gas took the application form and did internal building piping work. Piping work completed improper way. Later they start digging of land without proper planning. Requested them to provide proper blue-print/layout of how the underground work will done. This is almost a year now they are not replying, so would like to cancel the work . Please support/guide

I have applied for new comercial connection around october-2021 and yet i have not received connection. I Have also paid for Cheque of Rs. 73, 590 as meter connection charge & deposite charge. I have also visited the office many time but staff have not given any kind of clear response also instead of giving specific answer they tell you 10-15 day time period for action and now it's almost 10-11 months still connection is not done. contractor have also visited the place but whenever we call him he
says " we do have labour, so it will take time". At this time whenever I go to their office there their new logic is your area has new road which was built
3-4 months ago so that we can't do any thing. When I asked so when will you consider that road "old" a employee replied "I don't know that's up to RMC and also it's monsoon so you also have to wait for some time which can't be specific."

Hello There, Myself Mihir Patel & I am From Surat. I had Applied For New Gas Line Connection on Dated 13th April 2022. I had Already Paid All the Payment Money to Gujarat Gas Company Ltd. Its been More than 140 Days I Had Paid Money that required for New Connection & My Application Was Also Accepted By Gujarat Gas Ltd on 13th April 2022...Kindly Request to Gujarat Gas Ltd to take immediate Action to Provide Me Gas Line Connection otherwise I will go for Police Complaint against Gujarat Gas Ltd for Fraud Me.

All our neighbors get gas bill of last month our ground floor also get but 1st floor gas bill not generated by agent so please pay a attention

Please have a note that we are receiving gas bill of our flat on higher side since 6 months. kindly resolve the same
