I have applied for new connection on 20/10/21 and yet it's still not done.
I have also visited the office many time but ignorant staff have not gave any kind of clear response also instead of giving specific answer they gave you 10-15 day time period for action and now it's almost 9-10 months still connection is not done. contractor have also visited the place and never came back.
At this time whenever I went there their new logic is your area has new road which was built 3-4 months ago so that we can't do any thing. When I asked so when will you consider that road "old" a employee replied "I don't know that's up to RMC and also it's monsoon so you also have to wait for some time which can't be specific."

After I registered complain here, I got call which I think was from consumer complaints, A employee asked me if we got connection yet or not and some of our basic details. Then just after that I got call from Gujarat Gas like they now care about their customer and also got direct call from contractor. After that he visited the place, because of my complain they suddenly got time for not only our connection but also They done may be 3-4 connection in my surrounding area. Thank a lot again.
