Address: Viva Swarganga Complex, Agashi Rd, Bolinj, Virar W, Palghar, Maharashtra 401303

As Viva Swarganga Complex has seven societies with 322 flats. Gujarat Gas took the application form and did internal building piping work. Piping work completed improper way. Later they start digging of land without proper planning. Requested them to provide proper blue-print/layout of how the underground work will done. This is almost a year now they are not replying, so would like to cancel the work . Please support/guide

    Geyser point gas tape pending

    I've above mentioned id gas connection in my home and applied for geyser point 6 month ago. After many follow ups they have installed point for geyser and said that they doesn't have gas tape valve available right now and said that when it is available we will install.       I have applied for new comercial connection around october-2021 and yet i have not received connection. I Have also paid for Cheque of Rs. 73, 590 as meter connection charge & deposite charge. I have also visited the office many time but staff have not given any kind of clear response also instead of giving specific answer they tell you 10-15 day time period for action and now it's almost 10-11 months still connection is not done. contractor have also visited the place but whenever we call him he
      says " we do have labour, so it will take time". At this time whenever I go to their office there their new logic is your area has new road which was built
      3-4 months ago so that we can't do any thing. When I asked so when will you consider that road "old" a employee replied "I don't know that's up to RMC and also it's monsoon so you also have to wait for some time which can't be specific."

        Hello There, Myself Mihir Patel & I am From Surat. I had Applied For New Gas Line Connection on Dated 13th April 2022. I had Already Paid All the Payment Money to Gujarat Gas Company Ltd. Its been More than 140 Days I Had Paid Money that required for New Connection & My Application Was Also Accepted By Gujarat Gas Ltd on 13th April 2022...Kindly Request to Gujarat Gas Ltd to take immediate Action to Provide Me Gas Line Connection otherwise I will go for Police Complaint against Gujarat Gas Ltd for Fraud Me.

                  I have applied for new connection on 20/10/21 and yet it's still not done.

                  Thanks You for listening my complain! After I registered complain here, I got call which I think was from consumer complaints, A employee asked me if we got connection yet or not and some of our basic details. Then just after that I got call from Gujarat Gas like they now care about their customer and also got direct call from contractor. After that he visited the place, because of my complain they suddenly got time for not only our connection but also They done may be 3-4 connection in my surrounding area. Thank a lot again.

                      We have paid before one year for a PNG gas connection but didn't get the connection. We have tried calling the employees of this company, but they didn't do any work. We have also called on customer care but they didn't resolve the problem.
                      We are regretting for paying for a connection to such a company whose employees don't know how to do their work. We want the connection as soon as possible. If not possible we want the money refunded with interest. Please resolve the problem.

                              Gujarat Gas connection is installed in our society and application for starting the service is also given but no response. So, I filed a complaint in the customer care department of Gujarat Gas but they are not giving satisfactory answer, just saying that an executive will come to your home as soon as possible but no response as of now. We're facing difficulties in day-to-day routine work without supply of Gas, which is an essential need of every household.

                                  Application #80756370 submitted on 18/09/2021 and payment of Rs.5854 has been paid in full on same day. However, Gujarat Gas has failed to provide me with a connection yet. I've visited several times and given false promises about installation dates. Earlier, they used to say due to Covid we've backlog and since 6 months they're saying we dont have manpower.

                                  I feel I'm being scammed with my money and Gujarat Gas enjoying the interest from my money. It'll be 1 year in few months and still no visibility about getting the connection. All my neighbours have gas connection and all the team needs to do is extend one of them to my house.

                                  Customer services is pathetic too, they say will take the complaint and raiee it to Gujarat Gas office in Vapi, bht can't escalate any further.

                                  I want the CEO or senior management to know about the incompetance and mental stress given to the customers.

                                  Hope I could find a solution from this portal.

                                  This portal is very effective. The complaint was heard and the Gujarat Gas official visited very next day. Not satisfied with the outcome as they want to take the gas line from my hall whereas there's a way from by wash area to kitchen which they want to explore or work on, even at extra cost.

                                  In above I meant, they DONT want to explore the option of taking the connection via wash area, all other row houses have taken it from washarea and simply because of incorrect planning done previously by Guj Gas employees who installed gas connections, they dont want to connect their mistake.
