            Sir,
            My name is Rajyaguru Dhruvkumar N. & consumer id for new connecrion is[protected].

            I have applied for new domestic connection at mentioned on above address and submitted form as on dtd:[protected]. At the time of submitting form i had said that, my house renovation work is going on so please do needful in the new connection process as early as possible.
            After that i had visited at office three times but they siad this process will takes max. 3 months. So i am waiting for their process.
            Then, time nearer to completion of 3 months before 15-20 days i have been contact to Mr. Upendra Sharma on mob. no. [protected] and given all my details, but he also not replied.
            Hence, please do needful in this process so i can get connection earliest

                Hello. My self savita raval and i am customer of gujarat gas since 2013, . Due to kitchen renovation i submit side change application on 9th march 2021 on 12th march 4000rs was debited from our account as an advance and they say technician will come after 40 45 days.. It's already 45 days up but no one is come to re fitting of our connection.. Please help us asap.. No one is taking responsibility for this.. Local office owned says surat branch will help us. They says nothing is in our hand..

                  Sir t give many online complain for my gas connection bill not come at home.after connection 5 month my society members gas bill regularly come at home not only my gas bill come plz solve this issue for imidiatly other wise i go for rti and consumer court against this issue.

                    My name is Alpesh Kayastha living in Gandevi (pin 396360), I have applied for domestic Gas connection long back in September and paid all fees also but till date connection is not given. On asking at their Bilimora office they are not sure when connection will be given. Mr. Mehul their project head come for inspection once when I escalated the matter but now he is not receiving my call and even he has blocked by number also. Very very dissatisfied with such gesture. Please let me know when my domestic gas connection will be given.

                          I take Gujarat gas connection before 6-8 month ago with many society member. Now all member bill reach bill at his home not only my bill reach to my home pls solve this issue other wise I go to the consumer court for this metre.

                              On 8th february your workers & vendors came to our house and starting new gas connection work. on this day they had not complete their work and till today gas connecton work is pending. we are really disappointed from your work. [protected] & [protected] this both are registerd number. we had many times visited your bhavnagar office, also contact in your ahmedabad, gandhinagar & bhavnagar offices but still no reply and not finish work. so, please give us rapid reply and complete gas connection work as soon as possible. i'm attaching both gas meter photograph.

                                Disconnect the gas line

                                My costumer id is[protected]/ I had applied for alteration in piped gas line on 4.3.21.and paid rs 5500/-as a advanced payment. About 15 days had been passed but no compliance has made by guj gas. I have made complaints manytimes
                                But nothing is came out .so pl change pipe line without further delay. We being a cinior citizens of india frusted due to delay and we loosing rs 2000 per day as my construction work is badly delay.thanks...

                                This is to Notify and file the complaint against the Jai Patrolium that they are manupulating with gas reading or adding sometin in the fual so that we are geeting less fule / showing higher digit compare to other gas station.

                                Gas tank capacity : 10 kg (company fitted tank)
                                when Fill at Jai Petrolium : 10 to 10.50 kg (Observed 5-6 time in last four month)
                                When fill the gas at other gas station :9.00 to 9.50 kg

                                I request you to ragistred the complaing against the Jai Petrolium, Vijalpore, Navsari.

                                Also Notify us the same.

                                  Complain many times bill didn't received of Oct 2020 nor sms recieved . the staff has generated the bill but misplaced it. N I had to pay late penalty charges.

                                  went many times to jamnagar office no solution at all wrote many emails but the r hiding their fault. No customer satisfaction . Check the attachments. Commented on twitter to no action taken.

                                      I Applied for New Gas connection On Date:30/9/2020 (Aplication No:SRT[protected] after 6 Month I have Not received Gas connection. Gas connection has been given to the people of my society after my application.Twenty-five such people have given gas connections to our society. But I have not been given a gas connection. Why I have not been given a gas connection. I don't see any obvious reason not to give me a gas connection.In view of my complaint I am requested to provide gas connection as soon as possible. thank you
