We had applied for connection more than 1 year, still we have to waiting for connection, service provider not attend our verbal complaint and written complaint, so we have tired for this, if Gujarat Gas are not able to resolve this complaint and not provide connection timely, than we have canceled this connection request and refunded our money immediately,

Gas line is nearly to my house under 10 feet’s, but still not do any action from Gujarat Gas,

So we have requested to clear our problems and provide connection immediately.

          My bill previousamount max reaches 250 RS only, but recently I have received the sms of ₹1276 & I am much surprised with this.
          I am having a single connection of cooking gas .No other connection like geazers .
          Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

              Good morning sir/madam
              i have gas connection and i have taken gas geyser point on my first floor but my house has only one point at down so i want to modify it i have register m complain on 9/11/2020 at 9-51 at that time they ensured me to solve it within four days today on fourth day i have made call once again at 10-31 now they promised me that my work will done after diwali sir i have two little kids and in this winter i must use hot water so pls consider my complain and solve it as soon as possible

                Consumer no[protected] bill no R[protected]
                1)Late fee applied on bill dated 3/11/20 even though previous bill paid on same generated date of 02/09/20 by paytm with ref no [protected]
                2) 200 rs extra charge applied on previously pending amount which is wrong because bill is already fully paid on 02/09/20
                So in newer bill as amount is 1162 rs while actual amount is 887 rs
                So kindly correct my bill so I can pay immediately

                    Temporary disconnect piped ges

                    My customer ID is [protected] name is nathabhai kanjibhai patel l applied for temporary disconnect ges line for 9 month and 527₹ also debited from my debit card ..l applied from your gujarat ges application.but l received mail from your side it is not successful.and refund also not come...

                      I have given request for dismantling on 12 oct 20 and paid 5900 rs my id is[protected]. Since then they have not proceed i m demolishing my old have if some thing fall on gas line it will burst u have call many time in customer care they are not responding please help me out my connection is on name of ganpatbhai D tandel

                        Hello Sir,

                        This is Rita Mehta and am from Chandkheda. Please note that your employees in Orange Mall Chandkheda had imposed me of fake and extra charges of pipelines of 13 meter which although the re installation had been done in my presence and i had provided the persons with the old pipelines. Now after fighting two of your officers visited my premise and made a small waiver and made me pay part payment of 781 rs with a cheque. Today i got a bill and again there is an outstanding amount of 331 rs. Request you to help me get a full statement of 6 months including the charges and deductions as i will not be paying a single penny till my disputes gets settled.

                            Over excessive gas bill

                            3 person in a family. Gac bill is of 3000 and above but actually problem with gac leakage. Inspired of knowing that due to the gac leakage the bill is over exercise so they should reduce. But they don't. So i want resolution for our folty bill mitter...

                                I used to pay bills regularly of Gujarat Gas Limited. In fact I kept Auto pay system to pay bills.

                                My last bill ( Rs. 2912.00) was paid on Dt. 18/08/2020. & another bill ( Rs. 1924.00) due date is 22.10.2020.
                                In between I have not received any bill. Even though Rs. 941/- pending amount & Rs. 75/- late payment charge shows in the due bill.

                                There is some issue in meter reading.

                                Pl.look in to the matter & revert.

                                  Dear sir, I am from VAPi Gujarat H 402 avadh residency Gurukul road Chala vapi . It’s been more than 3 months that my house has connection application Done and meter was fixed from your side but gas pipeline supple was not started. I have already visited vapi office and they said will send sone one to do the needful but still no gas come to fix it and start the services . I can understand that on going situations of covid but this is such a lazy behaviour from ur side is not acceptable. Everyone is working with due care about covid 19 with all precautions. I need urgent solution on this it’s high time now. I want my gas connection service should start at the earliest

                                    This is Narendra Rangpuriya from chandkheda, ahmedabad i had request for extra pipeline for geyser in auguest 2019 i also submit the check for it and payment is also debited . whenever i went to nearest center (orangemall chandkheda ) administrator never give satisfy answers . two days ago the worker come and install the pipeline but he forgot to put notch in pipeline .
                                    the service of your is too late and cheap
