Recently i have received bill related sms from gujarat gas on my registered mobile no. [protected] for customer id:[protected] in which bill period is mentioned nov-feb, 2020 for rs.3, 285/- and due date 24.02.2020. Whereas previous bill up to november-2019 already paid. February-2020 yet to be consumed so how bill period nov-feb, 2020? Also bill amount is very very high. As per past records & consumption pattern, our bimonthly bills having maximum bill value rs.521/-. Please look in to the matter as it seems total billing fraud from company like gujarat gas.

    Contineously we received excess bill charged by gujarat gas agency from last 2-3 years. We already informed gujarat gas office for to check any leakage and they came at home for checking any leakage but not found. Possibility that gas meter may be faulty, pl look and change the meter accordangly.

    રીસ્પેકટેડ સર, મારો.કસ્ટરમરનંબર[protected] છે.અમારા ઘરે ગેસ કનેકશન તા.૧૧/૦૧/૨૦૧૯ના રોજ રાત્રીના ૯-૦૦ કલાકે આપવામાં આવેલ છે. ગેસ સ્ટવ કનેકશન આપવા બિજા દિવસે સવારે આવશે તેમ જણાવેલ હજુ સુધી આવેલ નથી.પલ્મ્બર, સુપરવાઇઝરને ઘણાફોન કર્યા પરંતુ કોઇ આવેલ નથી.તો સત્વરે કરાવવા વિનંતી છે.બહુ ખરાબ અનુભવ થયેલ છે.

      My father in law Mr Kanaiyalal Wankawala had applied for new gas line connection on 25/09/2019 for our new, we have still not received the connection

      As informed to us by your call center authorities the ideal TAT is 90 days (today already 124 days have completed).

      I kindly inform you that our new gas connection no.[protected] is still pending. We request so many time to your employees from last 5 months. But they informed same reason to us that they have no free employees for connect new gas connection, they said that they have no facility to give us new connections and so on... So i i request you that solve this matter as early as possible and give us our gas connection so that we can get easy service from it..

        Png domestic gas connection not started since march 2019 after installation false commitment every week for different reasons (Eg : manpower shortage, gas pressure level problem) even though other connection are working fine in the same building. We paid full payment after this such a bad response.

        we have very less Use of gas. but this time we get Rs 6098/- Gas bill.
        so pls see what's Problem and make correction in Bill.

          Dear Sir,

          I have applied for new connection for my home in the month of July-2019, i received my customer number after few days[protected], our building has already pipeline installed however till date i have not received any update about by connection i have called 3-4 times customer care and they keep saying that there is waiting... as per their standard process connection has to be provided within 120 days, however i am still waiting. we are not able to shift to our new house only due to non availability of gas connection. Today i.e. 01.01.2020 i called customer care and they are saying still it will take 2-3 months more. Please help.

                  Respected sir/ madam,

                  As i am a regular customer of gujarat gas limited cus id :[protected] and satisfied with services and all but this day i have face the worst services of gujarat gas as i am regularly paid the bill through online paymnet link before due date but this time due to work i am done at last day but due to system unavailable of online pay service i am not able to pay it through online and now due date is past and now they charged me 75rs as a penalty. As if we dont pay money on time than you can carged the 75rs that is accepatable but if there is problem in your system and payment not done that is not our fault and for that we should not to pay penalty amount of rs.75/- see 75 is not big amount but its for ethics.

                  As a loyal customer i am requesting you to this time please waive of rs.75 penalty amount as this time not customer 's fault

                    I am the customer from zampa bazar n regular customer of gujarat gas. I have complaint about meter reading. Every month we are paying nominal bill of 100 or 125 rs. One day suddenly got the bill of 9860 rs.
                    No one from the company comes for meter reading. N sent the bill for 6 months. Please send your executive every month at 11.0 pm for meter reading. Kindly do the needful.

                      Hi,

                      I sudhirsinh nathusinh dodiya have applied for new gas pipeline connection and payment paid on 08/01/2019, from gujarat gas side committed me to do installation within 6 months.
                      After that i went so many times to gujarat gas, ankleshwar office to take followup but no one is giving proper answer.
                      Every time they are saying that your line installation will be done within a week, but still after 10 months i am just taking followup and no one is providing solution.

                        I've got new connection since dec-18 & customer id is[protected]. Till today i've not got a single invoice copy. Each time i have to ask for invoice at customer care. Representatives asks for meter reading and updates reading only but no one verifies if my complaint resolved or not. Hereby i gives intimation to gujarat gas that from today i will not be responsible for non-payment of my bill. I'll not pay bill until and unless i gets physical invoice copy. If any details are insufficient from my side i'm ready to provide gujarat gas within 2 working days of asking me for details. You can contact me on mo.:[protected] or mail me at [protected]@live.com. Awaiting to hear from gujarat gas.

                          Customer id[[protected]] / bill 06.09.2019 me rs.28383/- on unit reading average bill. After that i received bill date 06.09.19 of rs. 28383/-, in between three years. I paid minimum amount and big amount also during the period.
                          How can i pay this big amount beacouse i m not capable pay this amount. Last three year send me average bill amount and meter falt why company not change my meter this responsibility of company so this not my fault please solve my problem.
                          Gas meter is installed out side home so no any matter of home close. I paid last three years bills so please reverse my paid amount & also adjust min bill reading.

                                    I had applied for new connection before 2 years but still there is no progress from the company side. I have also done many complaints like make a call to customer care and also visited personally at Gujarat gas office, surat for 3 times, but they are answering that it will be done in 15 days. Likewise 2 years has been gone but I didn't got a new connection till date. I hope that this should be done in coming days else provide us the solution for the same that what to do next.
