re-fitting of gas geyser

In reference to the above, i had already paid the deposit of rs. 3000/- 4 months ago, & i also visited at gujarat gas office (Navsari), frequently but till today only assurance is given by competent authority, this is not way to keep customer out of service. It is very difficult to manage without gas re-fitting at home with the presence of elder parents. No one is responding properly to our complaint. This is the last resort for any help....

connection not done after 1 year of payment

I have booked new domestic gas connection for my house kitchen at rajkot gujarat wide rec no. 66173 dated 22/07/2017 with full payment paid. Application no. 80057073
At the time of booking of new connection the person verbally committed for 3 to 4 months for installation of this connection, but after 1 year this domestic gas connection is not installed till date....

same bill of october 18 paid twice by mistake

excess delay in new gas connection

I have applied for new gas connection on 18th may 2018 and it has been over 90 days but i have not received connection yet. Many complaints regarding the same have been made to customer care and on the site itself but no proper response was given. Please see to this matter urgently as it is becoming very difficult to live without proper gas connection. bill distribution is irregularly

I am customer of gujarat gas.in our area suncity raw house, mota varachha, surat bill distribution is very unregularly. Now a days meter reading date is 10 th aug. And i recive bill today (25 th aug.). And than we shaw that the bill due date is 31 th aug.. How it possible... Company gives us 21 days for pay bill and bill distribution is today.. gas connections not installed

printed figure not very visible to a senior citizen
