This is to inform that today i have received below one massage from gujarat gas

Dear customer, (Id:[protected] your gujarat gas bill for nov-jan, 2019 of rs. 4278/- is generated (Including outstanding, if any). Bill due date is 04/02/2019.

So request you to please read above massage and kindly exclude my mobile number ([protected]) because i don't have gas connection in this customer's id.
Also confirm to me the same.
Gujarat Gas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I m feeling smell of gas from 2 days near area of my apartment, its worst in the morning because home all windows and gates are closed all night. I checked my stove gas so many times but its close. You can ask other people in area. I have ask member of my family, They are feeling the same smell. so please check the problem if gas is leaking.
I want to change the place of gas line, as we are facing a problem of renovation, please solve this problem as soon as possible because we are facing since long time

    I have applied for new connection last year on 14/05/2018. It’s been 8 months and i still didn’t received it. Every time i call them they say it still in process.

    My neighbor got the connection within a month after application because of someone he knew in gujarat gas office navsari. I don’t want to revel the identity if the person.

    Please inform me if you need additional details.

      My last 2 months bill has come rs 2, 659, which is wrong.
      We request to recheck your meter reading and give revised bill with correct amount.
      This bill amount of rs 2659 is not possible. Its overbilled.
      Reading is also not taken properly. Jul aug 18 reading was taken 208, past and current. No diff? So i have doubt, that you have not billed us properly for last two months.
      My last two payment receipts attaching for ref. Also i have attached current bill.

        હું પટેલ ભીખુભાઇ બુધાભાઈ મુ : તલોધ કોળીવાડ, પોસ્ટ : બીલીમોરા ના રહેવાસી શુ, મેં ગેસ લાઇન કન્નેકશન માટે તારીખ : ૧૭/૯/૨૦૧૦ ના રોજ Gujarat Gas CNG Station, બીલીમોરા એ એપ્લિકેશન આપેલી છે. એપ્લિકેશન નંબર : ૦૧૬૯૭૮૨૮, રેસિપિત ન: ૭૨૦૮૨ છે. પણ હાલ તારીખ ૩૦/૧૨/૨૦૧૮ કનેકશન માંડ્યું નથી, અમે વારંવાર બીલીમોરા સેંટર માં કન્નેકશન ની વાત કરી પણ હજુ સુધી કોઈ પોઝિટિવએ રિસ્પોન્સ ના માંડ્યો હોવાથી આપ શ્રી ને આ કાગળ લખી ને વિનંતી કરીયે છીએ કે કનેકશન આપવા માટે વિનંતી છે. મારી જ બાજુ ના ફળિયા માં ૨૦૦મીટર ના અંતરે કન્નેકશન આપેલ છે તો મારા ઘરે કેમ નથી આપતા, તો આપશ્રી ને આ બાબતપર ધ્યાન દોરવા માટે વિનંતી કરીયે છીએ.

          My self Atul Patel.
          I have booked new domestic gas connection for my house kitchen at bilimora. gujarat wide rec no. 047966 dated 29/04/2017 with payment of 1115/ rupees paid. Owner name is chhaganbhai veljibhai patel Application no. 30086558
          At the time of booking of new connection the person verbally committed for 3 to 4 months for installation of this connection, since, 1 year all our neighbours used to domestic gas connection but after 2 year completed I often visited bilimora office but they are not response. After all 2 year compiled but, not Installation gas connection till date...
          I hope you have consider my complaint of first priority and solve this problem..

          I have received Confirmation massage ( Your Commissioning is done and your billing will start soon your customer ID is[protected] this is massage was received on 18 April 2019 but yet not connection done i have many time call in the local office we have raised many complaint but yet not get connection done.

          1) Complaint no [protected] dated 18/04/2019 after this Complaint Massage is received your commission is done and billing will start soon as on 01.07.2019. but yet not done

          2 ) Complaint no [protected] dated 08.08.2019 massage from Gujrat GAS Will be serviced shortly

                  In reference to the above, i had already paid the deposit of rs. 3000/- 4 months ago, & i also visited at gujarat gas office (Navsari), frequently but till today only assurance is given by competent authority, this is not way to keep customer out of service. It is very difficult to manage without gas re-fitting at home with the presence of elder parents. No one is responding properly to our complaint. This is the last resort for any help. It would be much appreciated if any action is taken.

                        At the time of booking of new connection the person verbally committed for 3 to 4 months for installation of this connection, but after 1 year this domestic gas connection is not installed till date.
                        Gujarat Gas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        Staff have no safety concern like wearing a shoes, helmet and jacket. When i complain about this they misbehave and refuse to closed bonet of my car. With so arrogant behvaiour the man said that it is our station and who r u to ask js about safety concern?
                        Plz take suitable action against this.
                        I have taken new connection of gas line date - 30-8-17 but till now i didn't get the connection i have done so much times complain but no response from gas company...now how much time will you take for connection...? ? ?
                        We have paid rs 500 for the last month for dismental work but till date it is not done

                          I a having gujarat gas domestic connection of consumer no[protected]. Under valsad office. I had applied for geyser connection on dated 09.03.2018 and paid the fees of rs. 3500/-. At the time of registration your representative told me that you will get geyser c connection within two month. But it is regret to say that i had not get any geyser connection from gujarat gas. On dated 9.10.2018 i had lodge the complain regarding it. Then from valsad office they had replied that you will get connection at the end of october 2018. But today on 29.10.2018 they had not given me connection.

                                  At the time of booking new connection the booking person verbally committed for 3 to 4 months for installation of this connection, but after 6 months this domestic gas connection is not installed till date. After several times visited after 4 months to bilimora office they are giving next date only.

                                    I have applied for starting of my gas connection as i shifted in my new rented house on 31 Aug and since than i am unable to get my gas connection to start. Initially i was given wrong form to fill. As my owner is GM in sbi at delhi and i got his signature o form by mail, but i was told that form is old and new form was given to me. again i send the form to my owner and got signed from him and submitted the same on 27 aug. i was told that within a week it will start but i didn't start till date. yesterday whe i went to the office i was told that it will start by evening, but to no avail. today also it was told that it will start in evening but the their evening is not coming and i feel that your company's evening has gone on leave.
                                    It is hightime now for you, if my connection is not starting by tomorrow morning, i will file a case in consumer court tomorrow itself.

                                      My new gas pipe line connection is pending from 26/02/2018 without any queries.

                                      Please note that i have already registered my mobile =[protected] at the time of deposited deposit (Receipt no=016259)
                                      I have already lodge complaint on 30/06/3918. Same was closed by you without any work. Same was opened by you as per my humbly request on 28/08/2018.
                                      I am also continue dialogue with your officer as well as contractor. But truthful result is not come.
                                      Once again requested to please release my new connection as the earliest as lot of time already passed.
                                      Please share latest status of work.

                                      Gujarat Gas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Approx. six month ago, I already give a complain to Bilimora office to above subject. My complain number is[protected]. There no any process done and I found a message from your. The process is completed. But no process is completed. I also give Rs. 1500/- Cheque to your BILIMORA office. The work can not done in your time, once I remind to office.
