Honorable sahib shri i have given a check to gujarat gas company for six months for getting a new connection on my new flat. Often the genius has complained but i have not received any reply. After requesting, my check amount has been debited from my account as on date-25/01/2018 but i have not given any new connection yet.. I do not have a cylinder so i suffered lots of problem. Please take a quick look at my complaint and give me a new connection.

i have submitted my complaint as on 20/04/2018 till that date there are not any movement
Till the date there are nothing movement
We have applied for gas connection on July-2017 and now Gujarat Gas company has completed external and internal piping work, but they have not joined with line(external to internal), so gas connection is not working - please arrange to do the needful.

I apply for new gas conection on dated 06/12/2017 at adajan surat branch but pass away the 6 months but they can not doing any process of gas line connection. I also call to customer care no and register complain two time but not get efective result.
So; kimdly request to you resolve my complain as soon as possible.
Sir my name is arvindbhai makwana i renovated my house so I gave application to sift my gas line in to new kitchen i did give mony check of all requirements but still passing 4 month nothing is happening please help id no[protected] I had been visited 3 times but every time they told me go complain anywhere you want I have worst experience...
My house is lock so bill is minimum bill so chanje bill
Not giving connection of gas. Only just pipeline given.

The application form has been formed by 1 year 5 months still they had not given connection. We had complaint many times than also they are not taking any action.
Unless the New Connection Matter is Resolved on Priority Basis by the Authorities / Contractor of Gujarat Gas Ltd., how can One rate the Services?
I am pay 9158.00 chaq.17/03/2018 gujarat gas limited cq-number 249835.union bank
But last 11 month company not proceed to may connection.
So plese fit my connecton fast.

    Respected sir i have submitted all the procedures for duplicate copy of the share certificate and change of name to the registered office under folio no. Ggl0001365 to the office of your office 27.1.2018 after completing all the formalities but the same is still pending at your end after the expiry of 30 days. You are hereby required to kindly interfere into the matter and get the matter resolved within a week failing which i will be forced to move before sebi for legal help investor a. Bagchi c/o justice j. Sahai supreme court

      I reached gujarat gas station near chharodi, ahmedabad yesterday i. E. 03.04.2018 at around 8.45 pm for filling cng in my car. I asked for making payment through pos which he refused blatantly and when i gave cash, he tendered change which contained one torn currency note. I just asked to change it when he started misbehaving abruptly and started talking indecently. He then took all the change from me and asked me to give the total amount in change. I asked him to take payment through card. I made the payment through card and machine was working fine. I then asked his name and asked him to call his manager. He told me his name insulting me that i can't do anything. Also he told me there is no manager here. He then abused me profusely and manhandled my car when i told him that i will complain about him. He kept threatening me for life saying that he is a local person and asked me to come out of the car. I then went out of the gas service station.

      I pass through the Ahmedabad Viramgam road on a daily basis and I would like to go there for CNG provided my life is safe. Can you ensure the safety of my life? It's pretty ironic as Gujarat Gas has received the Golden peacock award for safety.

        My gujarat gas surat customer no:[protected].

        I have get gujarat gas pipeline connection in scheme of deposit payment through rs.200 emi in 2016. As per scheme i have to pay monthly emi + actual gas consumption charges in every invoice.

        Recently i have received invoice of amount rs.10, 264/-. I have contact gujarat gas for the same, they replied that they have billed minimum consumption charges invoice only and recovered only emi payment through my paid invoices.

        As per scheme gujarat gas has to raise invoice of emi + actual consumption charges which they had not done and now forcing to pay 3 years consumption charges in single slot.

        I opt scheme with the thinking to not burden single time high value amount
        Due to not raising proper invoice by gujarat gas i am facing problem of higher value payment in single slot.

        Please help.

          There is no person or agent coming from gujarat gas company for taking meter reading of our house.
          Our building is total covered by cctv camara.
          In many of the bill cycle company send us this type of minimum bill cycle bill this is the cheat by your company.
          I request you to please adjust all bill which sent as minimum bill cycle otherwise i will go on and on till my complain is not fullfill.

          બે ત્રણ દિવસમાં તો ગેસ નો એક ચૂલો બરાબર સળગતો નથી.તેની ફરિયાદ ૨ વાર મેં સુરેન્દ્રનગર ગસ સ્ટેસન માં કરાવી છે છતા હજુ સુધી મારી ફરિયાદ નું આજ સુધી
          નિવારણ થયું નથી.મારી તકલીફ દુર કરવા વિનંતી.
          As per my request disconnect my gas line due to house repairing.
          on 15/02/2018 i applied for reconnect gas line, with Rs.2500/- charges.
          after several request not reconnect line.

            Dear respacted sir, i apply for new connaction. That s accepated i get custmer id that is[protected]. But till not get connaction. So please do fast as possibal. Waiting for your possitive responce.
            I submietd a cheq for as a fee of new connaction. That was also clear. After connaction of gas i want to shift there. So i waiting for this. I hope you will notice my problum and solve as possibal as.

I have given application for modification in gas line due to repairing in my home on[protected] but after more than 70 days no response from the company bilimora office after oral reminder for the same to the bilimora office.                       Hello respected officer,
                      I (Jayantilal hiralal vaghela) had applied for gas connection on 28 december 2017 with with application number 80117771 and now it's about two month and nobody came for installation as of today.

                      I had gas connection in past with custermer id :[protected], but due to entire reconstruction of my home i cancelled gas connection for some months. So here, i don't want mention their names but, in my area few others who have applied for conncetion about week ago got their connection and yet no one from gspc gas came for my installation. So i want to know the reason for this partiality and who is irresponcible for this his job and this delay of connection. I request you to find the fault of this misbehaviour and take prorer actions against the responcible employees.

                        After working for underline gas pipe line they digged out but after that they have not cleaned the place and left as it is. Informed at local office jamnagar so many times but no one has responded properly.. Kindly do the needful... I hope you will understand the problem. Everyday i am making call to local office and they are orally saying that we will see.

                              This complaint is against Gujarat gas company, Surat, Gujarat office. I applied for new connection for domestic use. Application registered on 23/11/17. But till date I have not received connection however line is only 10 fit far from my kitchen

Contracted local office, received answer procedure der process .however gas line is only 10 fit far from my kitchen I did not get connection .it is my request to do need full within a week otherwise I will have to take strict action.
                              The supply was stopped from 1200 noon to 1400 hrs - at very crucial time for cooking today (Sunday, the Jan 21, 2018) at Someshwara Enclave, Vesu, Surat. Most astonishing fact was that no help line or emergency contact no were responding inspite trying continously. Needs bit more customer orientation.

                                  Sir, with respect to the above cited subject matter i wish to inform you regardig lack of responsibality on part of your company staff in providing extention of gyser point for which i have applied and paid through cheque of rs 1770/- dt 08.09.2017 but till date inspite of my personal visit for 3 to 4 times and during every visit i was given false assurance and said that it will take atleast 3 months. If you look to the period of my payment it is clear that 4 months have already been passed and still the connection is not given and reason given is that they do not have plumber at present and are giving false assurance that within a week the work will be completed. Which out of the reasons given above are true is best known to them, but ultimately a customer like me is suffering for no fault of mine. A company of high repute should be prompt enough to give customer satisfaction.
                                  I here by sincerely request the authorised person to look into the matter and to request the concern branch at navsari to expedite the work at the earliest.

                                    The gujarat gas station sanand, where the filler and technicians drinking alcoholic beverages and current jobs were sent to the gujarat gas sons but they have not been extracted yet and they are still working despite complaining, these people are still working no action is taken against these people my humble request is that take any action against this my hope is that someone takes action

                                    Tumhare gas pump pe filler or technician sharab pi rahe the unki photo or video meine gujarat gas ltd ke sir ko bheji thi lekin vo filler or technician abhi bhi job kar rahe he or sir jis vehicle me metel plet nahi hoti uske 20-30 rupeeye leke gas bharte he isiliye sir meri namra vunanti he ki in logo ke khilaf koi action liya jaye sir 2-3 bar complaint ki lekin koi suzav nahi aaya kuch kijiye sir.

                                        My customer id is[protected]. I am paying my every gas bill on line. Last bill also paid online by me in time. This month your person has given me minimum bill ie rs.123/-& reason they have given that house lock. Actually my gas meter is outside the house and on roadside, so house lock question is not arrise. Kindly do the needful in to this matter and advise your meter reading person to take proper reading and give bill as per consumption o[censored]nit and adjust the amount minimum paid by me in next actual bill.
