I have 10 month ago applied for new connection but many time asking for the gas line installation but till date no any process & one month ago i have a complained but till date not getting response from gujarat gas employee more detail check the below my previous complain number & guide me what to do because i am tired.

This month your person has given me minimum bill ie rs.123/-& reason they have given that house lock. Actually my gas meter is outside the house and on roadside, so house lock question is not arrise. I built my new house i i give application since 1 year ago but no one. I go to custmer care office morbi but no one give me answer that which day he come.

With reference gujarat gas ltd. Letter dtd. 14.11.2017 which i recd. On 17.11.2017, in letter mention by gujarat gas customer not given permission for piping connection in road, but no one from gujarat gas office visit my house and no any survey for this subject, so how do you say that we do not give permission for this work. No one from you tell me for this problem, i still not don't know for this subject.

In this cashless project gas station of gujarat gas company not participate in ankleshwar zone. Many times they have issues of machine so thats why customer have to pay in cash. So please make sure that on every gas station atleast one machine should be in working condition.. Gas stations charged much money then actual bill in cash transactions because of change problem.. Please focus on this problem.....
