I have given the amount of rs 1115/- wide cheque no. 243109 of IDBI bank ltd on 26th of december 2016 . the customer ID is[protected] name of the owner is nitaben vaghani add: 118, SHREENATHJINAGAR-2, BHAVNAGAR 364002 contact no. :[protected] .
its been 6 months of the payment done and still the gas line is not given at my house. others gas connection are successfully done i. e. ) our neighbours while we r still left . so i request you to take a fast action for this gas connection line.

    I have apply for new domestic connection in the month of march-2017. Still new connection not provided at my home.
    Moreover i have done 4 times complaint to surat office. But still no action taken care by gujarat gas local office.

      As we made inquiry and filled up the form for re connection of gas line on 21st april at jalalpore road, navsari on the name of viral narendrabhai shah customer id:[protected]. We visit and called many times gps office, navsari for this issue, but there was no positive response except delay reason from gps officers. We request you to reconnect our gas line as soon as possible as we are facing difficulties in day to day work.

      There is no terms condition that show that re-connection of gas line will start after 90 days as this was the responded from your officers of gpsc office, navsari. After shifting of gas line our construction work has stopped.

      Humbly request you to take care of pour issues n resolve them on urgent basis.

        With response to subject line,
        My consumer #[protected] in the name of ashok b deriya at address: g-503, suman chhaya, lig aavas, opp vasu darshan, pal, surat.

        I had requested for gas connection in the month of march 2017 but after long time no one is come from gujarat gas-surat. So i logged the complaint # [protected] after log the complaint they had fixed the line in kitchen and told that they will come to final checking and nozzle fitting after 2-3 days and connection will start. But till date no one is came to check and fix the nozzle and whenever i called for update they told in 2-3 days person will come to fix the nozzle even i had personally visited the surat office for requesting the start the connection but i didn't get proper response..

          My name is siddharth mavani.
          I filled the form for gas connection on 16th march and gave cheque for the same on the same day.
          Cheque was cleared on 18th march. But after ur executive said that cheque was cleared on 29th march.
          My three month condition was already completed on 18th march.
          U used my money for the same peroid and didn't get the service.
          So i want interest for the same or connection as soon as possible.
          This is my 4th complaint.
          If you have shame on this for this type of service to cutomer, then plz do fast.
          Every time just said that ur complain is registerd in two three days inspection will be their. Still that two three days r not come.
          Shame on you for this type of service to the customer.

            My cust no is[protected] i m from bharuch i hve applied for gas line on january it has been six months but no one is bothered to comei hve called many times to inquirethey dont reply properly n hang up saying call again tmrw... Money is also paid by cheque... So why are they not responding... Bharuch services are very bad... Gujrat government services are pathetic

              I[censored]r commiting that new connection wil be their in next three months after filling the form n respective fee.
              I already paid cheque in march and it's three month completed n connection is not here,
              It means u used our money for the same three month and we don't get the service.

Connection not installed... Called several time at your office but same reply... That your complaint noted we will do it soon... Am struggling from last one and half year to get.. This connection...
                Please look in to the matter urgently.

                  We, The Surat Textile Market Co-Op. Shops & warehouses Society Ltd. (Surat Textile Market) had applied for PNG Connections for 10 Canteens situated in our Market premises at Ring Road, Surat on 10/05/2016 and made all the payments as per the company's estimate on 26/10/2016. The company's Contracter M/s. Angel Enterprise completed internal installation work in December, 2016. However the company started the outer installation by digging the Market roads as late as in May, 2017 and then left the incomplete work without any intimation to us.The traffic of the main entry of our Market is highly affected due to this and the situation will be quite worst as soon as the rain starts. The Manager of the Society tried to contact the concerned officers Mr.Mehul Patel and Mr. Jimesh( Site incharge), but no satisfactory response was received.
                  It is therefore, our earnest request to kindly look into the matter very urgently otherwise there will be chaos in our market in monsoon and the Gujarat Gas company will be responsible for any untoward incident if happens.

                    Cheating and fraud

                    Today I visited to Gujarat gas authorized CNG pump which is in Bardoli near Milano on kadodra Bardoli highway.
                    The issue n fraud the filler does is he keeps the balance with him inspite of asking him for remaining balance he ignored me and said "so what if it is 2 rs" and I said "I need my 2 rs" he said "it's night charges and all have to give else don't come here from next timge."
                    The matter is not 2 rs the matter is his ways...

                    Respected Sir/ Madam,

                    As i am a regular customer of Gujarat Gas Limited CUS ID :[protected], and satisfied with services and all but this day i have face the worst services of GUJARAT GAS as i am regularly paid the bill through online paymnet link before due date but this time due to work i am done at last day but due to system unavailable of online pay service i am not able to pay it through online and now due date is past and now they charged me 75rs as a penalty. As if we dont pay money on time than you can carged the 75RS that is accepatable but if there is problem in your system and payment not done that is not our fault and for that we should not to pay Penalty amount of Rs.75/- see 75 is not big amount but its for ethics.

                    as a loyal customer i am requesting you to this time please waive of Rs.75 penalty amount as this time not customer 's fault

                      It is to bring to your kind notice that this time i am receiving my gas bill on 25th May'17 & due date for the bill is 24th May'17. I have paid the bill amount on 26th May'17 and request to you to waive off - late fee charges in coming bill. It is also requested to you please arrange the system so that customer receives bill for payment atleast 7 days prior to due date.

                        I have requested for the new connection before 4 months back. My customer id is[protected]. Before 15 days your engineer was came mr. Jignesh and he ensure that within 2 days work will finish and gas connetion will be installed. After 4 days i called jignesh and requested to your engineer mr. Jignesh for activate the gas connection on urgent basis. But your guys have not activated the connection till date. I raised a complains against jignesh but than after that guy not resolve my problems. I have called every day to your guys and they have asked me today our engineer will be coming but still he is no coming. Now your engineer mr. Jignesh mobile number [protected] was not picked up my phone
                        After repeated complaints and reminders no one turned up for installation of gas connection. This is very unprofessional approach by surat team. Every time when i called at office no response or solution given by staff even they refused to give proper contact details of responsible person in surat.

                        This is your bad response from your employees. Please suggest for this...
                        Kindly resolve my problem and take a complain against jignesh-[protected].

                          We have already depositted payment for new connection on dt.17/11/2016, application forms no.21241992 recept no. Aa/2016/008322 rs.1115-00 check no.619215 icici bank but yet our connection is not activated. All connections in our street are active, i have already informed for the same to local jamnagar office, but they did not respond for the same, pls look into the matter and do needful,

                            My ticket Id is [protected]. I have requested on Friday to activate the gas connection on urgent basis. But your guys have not activated the connection. Alos they have closed ticket on Wednesday without resolving my issue. I have called every day to your guys and they have asked me today our engineer will be coming but still he is no coming.

                              While approach to your customer care, they had just note the detail, no firm commitment given to release my connection. I m going to start my stay there by friday

                                I Have Apply For New Gas Connection On Dated:20/7/2016. Our Application Form: 30027641, Reciept No.: Aa/2016/025974. I Have Paid Amount Of Rs.: 7340/- Vide Cheque No.: 168035 As Required Charge. Still Our Gas Connection Is Not Done. We Request To Do It As Soon As Possible. I need It Urgently. i was also communicate to GGL but problem is not resolved.

Though there is sufficient space for laying under ground pipe by boring in my premises, the instaler is insisting for installtion of pipe over elivation tiles and want to destroy whole elivation of house due to lack of his resouces/knowledge

                                  My Gujarat Gas Customer ID is[protected]
                                  My normal bill per month for last one year was around Rs 200 per month average. But my latest bill No R[protected] dated 17 APR 2017 was for Rs 2183 which is atlas 4 to 5 times more than normal.
                                  Please investigate as i feel this is erroneous and wrong

                                    Gas lines are replaced and road is not repaired opposite 100 house, Nishat society, Adajan Patiya-Surat.
                                    All the dust from the road side make the house too dirty.It seems like living in slum area.
                                    Several time verbally informed but yet no action at your end.

                                      We have requested for the new connection 5 months back but due to some nominal work left connection was not established ref no GGL/SRT.dOM/SBN/60D/48
                                      Two months back our construction work was ready and we have requested for the connection twice ref no [protected], [protected]
                                      we are going to shift to that premise(house) by these 28/4/17
                                      please do the need full as early as possible

                                      Number[protected], we have stopped GAS line due to construction service going on in our home, now for restarting of service they are saying it will take at least 15 days..
                                      Request you to fasten your service...
                                      Digging was done in parking area for repair of gas line, but same is not repair in b- building rajresidency 1 charwada road balitha, vapi, we had made so many complain, but every time they reply that after asking their senior they will reply .
                                      I had also complain on website of gujarat gas .
