My customer no. Is[protected], i had applied for new connection on 18/12/2015 & payment also made same day. Till date no survey made neither my connection has still not been released.
While approach to your customer care, they had just note the detail, no firm commitment given to release my connection. I m going to start my stay there by friday

    I Have Apply For New Gas Connection On Dated:20/7/2016. Our Application Form: 30027641, Reciept No.: Aa/2016/025974. I Have Paid Amount Of Rs.: 7340/- Vide Cheque No.: 168035 As Required Charge. Still Our Gas Connection Is Not Done. We Request To Do It As Soon As Possible. I need It Urgently. i was also communicate to GGL but problem is not resolved.
    Gujarat Gas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Gujarat Gas CNG pump at Karjan had very bed service. They occupy more than six pump but they never start more than 2 so if you can do something regarding this issue we are very thankful to you

      My name kuldeepray b vihol my client id is:[protected] i had applied for reconnection after renovation of house. Though there is sufficient space for laying under ground pipe by boring in my premises, the instaler is insisting for installtion of pipe over elivation tiles and want to destroy whole elivation of house due to lack of his resouces/knowledge

      4 month but not new line
      My Gujarat Gas Customer ID is[protected]
      My normal bill per month for last one year was around Rs 200 per month average. But my latest bill No R[protected] dated 17 APR 2017 was for Rs 2183 which is atlas 4 to 5 times more than normal.
      Please investigate as i feel this is erroneous and wrong

        Gas lines are replaced and road is not repaired opposite 100 house, Nishat society, Adajan Patiya-Surat.
        All the dust from the road side make the house too dirty.It seems like living in slum area.
        Several time verbally informed but yet no action at your end.
        Please take immediate action regarding the matter.

          We have requested for the new connection 5 months back but due to some nominal work left connection was not established ref no GGL/SRT.dOM/SBN/60D/48
          Two months back our construction work was ready and we have requested for the connection twice ref no [protected], [protected]
          we are going to shift to that premise(house) by these 28/4/17
          please do the need full as early as possible

          Number[protected], we have stopped GAS line due to construction service going on in our home, now for restarting of service they are saying it will take at least 15 days..
          Request you to fasten your service...
          Digging was done in parking area for repair of gas line, but same is not repair in b- building rajresidency 1 charwada road balitha, vapi, we had made so many complain, but every time they reply that after asking their senior they will reply .
          I had also complain on website of gujarat gas .

            Hello Sir,
            I have applied for a new gas connection in Gujarat gas company and also I was paid all deposit amount in corporate office surat.My Application Number is SRT[protected] and receipt date is 04/04/2017. I want to need urgent new gas connection because marriage function will start on this month.So, I have met to Surat gas company employees and also understood my problem to us but employees were refused my reason and said that we are not providing connection before three months.
            Gujarat Gas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Register for said connection wide Customer ID[protected] on 10 Jan, 17. Kindly provide connection as early as possible.

              After repeated complaints and reminders no one turned up for installation of gas connection. sales person how has filled form has told that installation of gas connection will be done by 15 days. this is very unprofessional approach by jamnagar team. every time when i called at office no response or solution given by staff even they refused to give proper contact details of responsible person in jamnagar.

              So, requesting you to give proper solution and install connection on priority.

                Before two months back Gujarat Gas, Bharuch office dig out & replace new Gas Line in our Compound Wall but after several complaint still they have not cover-up this line work.
                This is very serious that this type of Gujarat Gas. I request them to attend the complaint and resolve.

                  Auto pay is registerd for my bill . All bill was paid on time regularly.In bill no R[protected] it charged 75Rs for late payment. First I complained about my excess bill with no-[protected] on 27/01/17.They informed me that problem is solved but in current bill it does not included. Today i once again complain to customer care with no [protected].

                    I have take new connection my name is jyotibala but by mistake of company/contractor my name registered in company as jyotiben i have given all proof as a jyotibala at the time of new connection process and formality. So i requested you amend my name jyotibala from jyotiben. It is also responsibility of an officer who check the form and document attached with form. Company authorized contractor take only sign of customer in form and required document. Hi fill form himself and submits in company office.
                    So i again requested you amend my name jyotibala from jyotiben.

                      Poor work done by contractor in Navsari Dist. And also aked for extra charge even though we are deposited whole amount by cheque. Work done in Shorted path & if there is no any man available at home work is carry out as per contractor gang's rule. If there is poor family wants to Gas connection then contractor make fool him/her. Contractor asked for sign in report forcefully even if work is not done or improper. No any action taken by GSPC on contractor only suffer by consumer end.

                        Why so much bill without high usage?
                        How bill was created?
                        Which unit was accounted for last four month?

                                  this is to inform you that The gas pipeline has been added by your company 20 days ago and the meter has been installed a week ago, gas supply is also installed in the pipes, but the flexible pipe applied to the gas stove is not added to the stove.
                                  Apart from this, any engineer and authorized person coming here is torturing us and the gas is not connecting! We are very upset, please get attention to this matter and get our gas connection started soon!

I have applied and paid adva75% advance of estimated cost for line reinstallation & connection on dated: 4.03.2017. As per rule & commitment it has to be done within 15 days.                                       With due respect, I beg to say that I am Surendra Dhuriya (Costumer No[protected] and given application in request to shift my gas pipeline in person dated 8th Feb, 2017, where I was promised that it will be shifted within 15 days.

                                      After that, I have talked to customer care 5 times in this regard and also requested in person in the office then also no response from the GSPC.

                                        I paid my October- November bill through HDFC bank RS. 585/- on 2nd December 2016,
                                        but when my DEC-Jan bill come along with the previous bill amount 585+556=RS 1141/-
                                        Which means payment is done but in your system it is not updated
                                        because in my account it shows transaction is done.
