    Delay in reconnection of dommestic gas at home.
    Customer no.[protected]
    reconnection charges paid to shreeji construction on 10/12/2016 n line has been installed upto kitchen. But till date main connection from land main line not connected since long. All formalities jas been completed. Pl. Look into the matter urgently.

    Today i go gujarat gas cng station at near g 2 circle, gandhinagar for fill up cng in my car. I give 2000rs to respective person for bill amt of 383. He told me i have no change so plz pay by your card. I give card and bill payment. But he did not return me my rs. 2000 cash which i gave for bill . I talk with him n demand for cctv. But not replay
    As per today meter reading is 4785 while in bill 4916 so bill is received more than by Rs.3000. So Pl verify otherwise I have to go for file suit. I'd no[protected].

    I paid gujarat gas bill online via state bank of india atm card.
    they took 72 rs more for transaction by sbi.
    it is very unfair..
    sbi took more charges how can they take.

      I will paid deposit rs:3081/- receipt no: oo[protected] on dated:[protected] as per your form and terms you provide me new connection within 60 days of date of deposit but all ready 335 days passed but no response from your side,
      I am visit your bhavnagar office every month but typical reply "works in
      Progress i will provide you connection with in 15 days" but still not any progress
      If you are not able to give me connection than refund me deposit with intrest at early possible.

        This is customer ID[protected] and my complain is today since last half an hour gas supply has been stopped and for that I am trying emergency numbers given in bill and meter too.but this is worst experience that your emergency number are only for formality but nobody is there to pick up and answer any call so this is my complain and I am waiting for first revert from you and second what exactly step you are talking for this problem.in case of any emergency where I have to call and if some some damage done who will be responsible for that I want to know

          I am regularly filling CNG in my car at VAPI - near Char rasta, Vapi and every time i need to pay in cash. Before 8th Nov-2016 i was many time demanded for payment by Debit/Credit cards, but distributor was dined,
          Today was same story, after that i was called to distributor office and asked them about cashless payment so Mr.Chintan was replied that, we have put the reuest to Gujarat Gas and when they will accept, so we will start. After that i was asked him when you will ge approval, so he said he do not know when he will get approval from Gujarat Gas.
          So i humbly request you, pls. start cash less payment as early as possible.
          and pls .let me know when VAPI CNG station will start cashless payment.

              I have done application for geyser connection on 27/09/2016. But till date work is not done. I have done several follow ups personally as well as over telephone but answer is as usual stupid. I am really fed up of your employees at Chandkheda branch. Whenever I call they give random names like Mr. Ketul, Mr. Pratik, Mr. Sachin etc... and all of them give me fake promises. I have asked them to give me their senior/superiors' name and contact details but they have denied. They do not give respect to any person and I am really fed up now. Let me know what to do?

                7-11 CNG station is nt accepting 500 nd 1000 old currency notes today over nd above the GOI order to accept it till 14th november .please do needful.
                We went to 7-11 CNG ststion today and they showed us a notice that they are not accepting 500 nd 1000 old currency notes in spite of the order of the Govt. Of India.
                So in short they are driving people to wrong thinking.
                Please do needful.

But 4 months passed no geyser connection provided. Your staff at Vapi gidc not giving proper response. Winter is ahead please connect my Guiser as soon as possible.your staff informed me there is no connection in this consumer no. Once I am paying my bill every month how come they are saying so?

                    My customer id is 21236926. i have activated my gspc connection on 28/9/2016 and received "dear customer, (id:[protected] your gujarat gas bill for jul-sep, 2016 of rs. 1290/- is generated (including outstanding, if any). bill due date is 24/10/2016." message on 3/10/2016. how can i charged 1290/-rs within 5 days?

                    I have a flat at shyam shukan residency outside pdpu. The flat is not in use so far and have been purchased as investment. To my surprise, invoice no. R[protected] under consumer no.[protected] has been issued.

                    You are requested to provide the application signed by me as i have never applied for the connection. Some one might have forged my signature.

I also visit the office twicely. There are also illiterate people. No one any seriously working there. Totally third class service from the and also third class company. My id is[protected].                             Hello sir,
                            I have complained for gas refitting at chandkheda center for more than 20times. But there is no response. As renovation is going on so there's an emergency for refitting gas pipeline.
                            Please provide service as early as possible. As there is no connection of pipeline, we are having a lot of problem in cooking. There is already being dug holes in front of our house.In rainy season we are facing a lot problem. Please do your best as early as possible.

                              I have applied for pipeline gas connection from guj. gas. ltd. vide receipt #[protected] dtd 22/02/2016; also paid security deposit of rs.5600/- with chq # 145113 dtd 22/02/2016. i have not get gas connection till over time limit of 90days. i required connection as same pattern of existing customer in our building flat #201 name rameshbhai choudhari but they not giving same pattern. i am suffering without gas connection. kindly look in this matter and take necessary action pl.

                                Dear concerned,
                                I had applied for new connection vide customer id[protected]Devesh panchal) in the month of may 2016, got pipelines extended by 10th of june 2016, at that time the personnel who visited told us that your gas line will start withing 2 days, yet i waited for 8 days and called your customer care number [protected] from where they said it will take a week's time, called on the same number they said, we have no idea how long it will take, not getting a proper response from there end, asked her name she said we are not allowed to tell our names.

                                I request you to please look into the matter and resolve my problem at the earliest.

                                Hope to get earliest & positive revert from your end.

                                  I have applied for the new PNG domestic connection in month of Nov'15. The customer care executive said your connection will be done within 3 months time. But same was not happened. On march'16 few contractors came and lay the pipe in kitchen and installed the meter. But still the connection to main meter gas line was not done. Every time I called the customer care executive said I am logging your complaint and the same will be done within a week or 10 days. But nothing is happening.

                                  I know I don't have any contacts with any gujarat gas official so they are delaying me and taking it lightly.

                                  Please do the needful in this reagrds. My customer number is[protected]
