Dear Sir,

We have done registration for new connection in March 2022 at that time of registration we have ask them when our gas line will be fitted they told after Diwali. In Nov 2022 they come for survey and told from next week work will be started but no work started we are taking follow with but they are giving only reasons and commitment. After our regular follow In feb 2023 they start the work but only pluming work is completed rest main line work is still pending but again they giving reasons and commitment, So it is my humble request to take action and to complete our work asap.

    Online application for Gujarat gas new connection

    Dear Sir /Mam

    I have online apply for new gas connection, but after 93 Days not any work or response for Rajkot Gujarat Gas office or contractor, i call Gujarat gas office Rajkot But staff only one reply please call customer care. and customer care staff reply we have note your complain and forward to rajkot office

    But till date not any work or positive reply for online or offline.

    Gujarat gas been a worst in service when comes to helping customers when they need.
    I have been waiting for their person to come at my home for refitting of pipe inside of my house. Even after i have paid the charges for that INR 500.0 upfront.

          I applied for new gas connecton on dt.[protected]. The pipe laying inside House and underground connection has been done since a long back. The underground connection with main gas line was made on dt.[protected], and was informed that the gas supply will be started within 2-3 working days.
          Now, it has been more than 15 days(more than 110 days from applying for new connection), still my gas supply has not started, I have called numerous times on the customer care number, but I am being told everytime that your complain has been registered and your supply will get started soon, but till date nothing has been done.
          My family is experiencing very trouble due to the unnecessary delay in starting gas supply from your end. The person who was in-charge of my underground connection (Mr. Ketan Mistry - Gujarat Gas employee Mobile No.[protected]) is also not receiving my calls.
          It is my humble request to you to start my gas supply as soon as possible without any further delays.

            Dear Sir,

            Connection was offered to society by Gujarat gas in year 2018, by giving one letter (not contract) in my society Paritosh, Near Ontheway hotel, Agashi Road, Virar West, Maharashtra, 401303.

            In July 2022, they installed pipe line in the society however, drilling work done by them for pipe line was not properly filled and plumbing work they did not do, saying its not there duty.

            Gujarat gas has not given any plan to the society before start of the work and further they did not gave clarity even after writing the them and speaking to their team from last 5 months.

            We seek your support to get this plumbing work completed by them (Which was drilled by them in our society) the cost for the same is appx 2 Lacs. Simillar issues are faced by more than 30 society in our near by area where simillar work is carried out by them

                  November 2022 bill amount: 1540 rs
                  Which i paid on 4th December 2022 as soon as i got bill, i paid. But mistakenly again today on 28th December 2022, I paid that as if i forgot before to pay.
                  So basically, i paid twice. So it will be compassionate in next bill or you will refund that same amount in same bank account?

                          We bought an unused flat in from builder. the builder was allotted consumer number and meter was also installed with a red cap on it as connection was not yet activated.

                          Now we have moved in the house and we registered a complaint with the toll free number on 26.09.2022 for sending service technicians and activate the meter.

                          We have been staying without gas supply since a month now and there is absolutely no reply from the company regarding the same as to when technicians will come visit the house and activate the connection.

                          Toll free executive Ms. Manali patel was totally incompetent to revert and just gave a fixed reply " we do not know when person will visit, we cannot give any further information ".

                          Its frustrating when such a huge company is not able to activate connection which is infact going to increase their sales.

                            Disconnection application given at rajkot office on 3rd august 2022 for consumer number[protected]... today is 17th october 2022 so it has been more than 2.5 months yet you have not disconnected... given reminder calls to tollfree number and they tell go to office... at office, they say "amme navra nathi"... what kind of attitude is this???

                                I am a consumer of Gujarat Gas Limited Surat. My consumer number is[protected]. Billing Period 10.07.2022 to 10.09.2022. Bill Charges Rs 2045. Consumed / Metered Units: 37.

                                Complaint: My average consumption is 22 units. This time I have got a bill for 37 Units. This is huge. The meter may have become defective or the system may have leakages.

                                I complained to the company thru its web portal but did not get a proper response. Hence I am filing this complaint with the hope to get redressal.

                                  As Viva Swarganga Complex has seven societies with 322 flats. Gujarat Gas took the application form and did internal building piping work. Piping work completed improper way. Later they start digging of land without proper planning. Requested them to provide proper blue-print/layout of how the underground work will done. This is almost a year now they are not replying, so would like to cancel the work . Please support/guide
