Company do not have any email id for feedback /repair or lodging complaint

The Gujarat Gas Limited has taken over GSPC i..e.supply of PNG Gas to various locations ahd have more than One lac customers .The PNG Gas pipe line is most dangerous and any person desire to lodge complaint for Gas pipe line in House or Valve or any help do not have any any e mail for submission .

Now a days any thing in the matter is to be know or any feedback person have to take Rissha and pay for at least 100/- minimum to...

    Customer Care Number Not Working

    Address: Surat, Gujarat

    I had taken home for rent with new construction. There is also attached Gas Line Connection from GGCL. So I had registered call to GGCL for start the line. Today was 3 days passed but there is no any response from company & now its customer care number [protected] also not working. what to do now? There is only one customer care number to handle with huge customers services? Very bad experience & response from GGCL Service....

    TAL- CHORYASI DIST- SURAT.
    i have already complain it for not getting the connection in Feb- 2012. and received a message on my mail address saying we will soon reply for it, and we are looking into the matter. But then after never received any mail or phone from guj gas co ltd.
    All our friends get connection except me. now i want to know the region for that and seeking connection immediately as i have made payment in Oct 2010 for that.

      To,
      Respected Sir,

      we are apply for new connection of Gujrat Gas.
      pipeline is complete in our hosue bur Undrground line work is not
      complet your workmen.

      Municipality's prepare road and now Municipality Cota stone tiles
      fitting on our out side area our society.

      Your workmen open a cota ston tils from our out side area but not
      complet fitting, all cota stone tils keep attach with our neighbour's
      house wall.

      And we are asking for this matter they said this is your part of work. Tiles fitting expenses who's responsiblity?Why pay coutmer ?Coustmer allready pay coonection Charges and out side work is GSPC's responsiblity.

      please check on your side and help in this matter.

        I have given request for address change in 10th Nov 2010 and Company said that it will be completed within 2 month.

        I am calling customer service executive since 1 month every day and still my work is not completed. Also i am personally meet 3 times on the Gujarat Gas office.

        The Gujarat Gas office executive give me commitment 3-4 times and work is not done.

        My Customer No.: 11196707.

        Please take action against the Gujarat Gas and help me.

        Gujarat Gas — still not get the connection

        i apply for the new gas connection on March 09 and still not get the connection and my other society member was get it on 4 month ago. and the office staff was not response properly.
        Yes Gujarat office staff is not given proper response.

        The staff is always give commitment and not coming on time.

        there is a mistake in my address i gave them all document for ot but thwy refuse it and says its not proper but when i ask my lawyer about ot he says every papers are totally proper now what i have to do???please someone help me...

          MY MOTHER S.T PATL IS DOMESTIC COOKING GAS CONSUMER OF GUJARAT GAS CO LTD. ADAJAN SURAT 395009.
          HER CUSTOMER NO IS 11089208. I COMPLAINED ABOUT METER FAILOURE TO THE CO. ON 22 MARCH THEY REPLACE THE METER AND CHARGED ME RS.1555.00 VIDE THEIR INVOICE NO [protected] DT 29.03.2010.I PAID THE SAME ON 07.04.2010 RS.1900.00 INCLUDING MONTHLY BILL OF RS.345.50. I WRITE TO THE CO THROUGH THEIR WEB SITE ABOUT THE OWNERSHIP OF THE METER AND WHY SHOULD I BEAR THE COST IF IT BELONGS TO THE CO. IF IT BELONGS TO THE CUSTOMER THAN THEY SHOULD GIVE OPTIONS TO THE CUSTOMER OR PROVIDE WITH THE COPY OF THE BILL AND GUARANTEE CARD . THE CO DID NOT RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT ON THEIR WEB SITE.MY COMPLAINT IS REFUND OF RS.1555.00 . 2. WHY CO DID NOT RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT ON THEIR WEB SITE.

          HER AGE IS 85YEARS AND THE CO SHOULD NOT EXPECT ME TO VISIT THE CO WHEN NET FACILITY IS EASY WAY TO COMUNICATE.

            Dear Sir,

            It is my practice to pay the Bills in Advance which can be varified at
            your end. Except for bill dated 03.02.2010 ( Billing period 21.11.2009
            to 20.01.2010) which was partly paid ( neraly 75 % of Bill amount was
            lying credit in my account) and unpoaid amount was only Rs 148 for which
            GGCL has charged more than 34% interest on a monthly basis !.

            By this incidence I have observed that GGCL has no value of Customer's
            loyalty, Interest / penuly is applicable for the customer who are
            regularly paing late not customer like me. In last 7 years you can check
            that I have paid in advance in lump-sum amount. In the bill stated above
            due to over sight I have not paid for that you have charged 34% more as
            interest.

            Pl revert the charges debited to account I you have value of laoyalty of
            customer who is regularly paying in advance since last 7 years.
