        I live in Sharan Circle Homes Zundal and there is no gas supply at our society since 7:00 in evening.. We have to oder our dinner from outside and still theres no gas supply.. when we r calling on emergency no they r saying tht it willl come in half an hour. Its been 5 hrs since its not working... Pls give us update

                    We are using and consuming very less gas and gas bill is coming too high gas bill is coming nearby 6000, or sometimes 4000 it's basically so high gas bill so send your service man to check our gas meter to check and find the solution as soon as possible .

                      The meter for our residence has been placed inside the kitchen, whereas for other residence members it has been placed outside there window. We noticed the same, after 2 to 3 days of installation. On 28 April 2022, one of their supervisor had visited our residence at 15.30 to take the initial meter reading. We complained him about it, however he denied to help us. The gas meter is exacting on overhead of our gas burner, we are afraid of any future incident that might occur. Requesting your team to look into this matter and help us to install the meter outside the window.

                        I have been visiting and trying to get new connection at A-16 Anmol Residency, Mew CG Road, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad-382424 since Dec-2020.
                        Each time they are saying we are not accepting new Applications. No responsible person is there to give me answer. Your Registered office landline numbers[protected] and[protected] always went unattended. Is this a way to harrase your customer???? I have visited this chandkheda gujarat gas office, people working are doing nothing, watching in phone calling some one, no one is bother whts going near to them. I am sick of trying to visit this office, these people are not even accpeting applucation forms. I dont know whom to say pr whom to write, i will complaint further if this went unattended too

                            My Customer id is[protected]. I have applied for new connection. The supervisor who visited for connecting the Meter at my residence didn't have manners to speak to women and senior citizens. Also he threatened us by saying if you want to take gas connection then take it or else leave it.
                            Also after asking him to connect the meter he mentioned he would do the same as per his and his mens convenience. This is very rude and pathetic behaviour of the supervisor which was been sent here. Didn't expect such kind of service from such a reputed organization in India where an employee who does not know how to speak with there customers.

                              I submitted a request for a new connection on 15 December 2021, and it's almost the 4th month is going to end. but there are no proper replies and status updates from Gujarat Gas.

                              I called many times to the Ahmedabad office and visited many times to Surat office too. but there is very rude behavior from the Gujarat gas staff at the surat office. they are saying it will be done but when we don't know. this is not the way to talk to customers.

                              I did 20 times complaints to Ahmedabad's main office, my recent complaint id is [protected] but no response from their side.

                              at the time of application for a new connection, they said that all the processes will be completed within max to max 3 months. and now its 4 months completed

                              I am tired now and don't know what to do. please help me to resolve this as soon as possible.
