I applied New Connection on 24-Aug-21 with Application No. BH01100116 and ID[protected]. Lot of Complain in Customer Care but still not reply Gujarat Gas Company.

Login Period 3 Month but still not any call from Company.

Hi it's about new connection fitting

Cheque which I got after 1 month of running around was returned unpaid due to the reason signture differs
I want to get a reimbursement of the cheque return charges charged by my bank and i want direct credit to my bank account of amount of 1677...which is refund amount and charges for cheque return charged by my bank

Gas bill is payment faild but my account is transaction susccesful

I am oldest customer of Gujarat Gas co. ltd.
in past never paid bill after due date. Also previous bill dtd. 17.08.2021, bill no. R[protected] whose last date of payment is 07.09.2021 which is online paid on last date 07.09.2021 . Now I contact your billing clerk at Adajan main office...

ભેસ્તાન બી.આર.ટી.એસ કોમ્યુનિટી હોલની બહાર ગુજરાત ગેસની પાઇપ લાઇન નાખેલ છે તથા જેનું મીટર હોલ ની બહાર દિવાલ સાથે જોડાણ કરેલ છે પરંતુ જેનું ગેસ લાઇન કનેકશન રસોડામાં આજદિન સુધી આપેલ નથી. જેનો વપરાશ/ઉપયોગ આજ દિન સુધી થયેલ નથી તેમ છ્તા ગુજરાત ગેસ ધ્વારા તા.૩૦/૦૪/૨૦૧૮ થી ૦૭/૧૦/૨૦૨૧ સુધીના બાકી ગેસ બિલની રકમ અત્રેના હોલ ઇંચાર્જ ને ગુજરાત ગેસ, અડાજણ ની કચેરી ધ્વારા મૌખિક જાણ કરેલ. ગેસ બિલ ચઢતુ હોય અત્રેના હોલ ઇંચાર્જ ધ્વારા બિલ ની કોપી ટેલીફોનીક વાતચીત થી માગાવામાં આવેલ જે હોલ ઇંચાર્જ ના (WHATSAPP) નંબર રૂ.૫૪, ૬૫૪/- નું બિલ તેમના મોબાઇલ પર મોક્લેલ હતું. આજ દિન સુધી ગુજરાત ગેસ ધ્વારા બિલની હાર્ડ કોપી અત્રે ની કચેરી ને મળેલ નથી. જે હકીકત ધ્યાને લેવા જોગ હોય સાઉથ ઝોન, ઉધનાને ૩૦/૦૪/૨૦૧૮ થી ૦૭/૧૦/૨૦૨૧ સુધીનું ગેસ બિલની હાર્ડ કોપી મળેલ નથી તે ઉપરાંત રૂ.૫૪, ૬૫૪/- નું બિલ તા.૨૨/૧૦/૨૦૨૧ના રોજ ચેકથી પેમેન્ટ કરેલ છે. જેનો એકાઉન્ટ નં:- ૯૬૧૧૪૦૩૮૬૬, ચેક નં:- ૩૧૬૩૩ અને બેંક:- કોટક મહેન્દ્રા છે.

હાલ સદર ઉન-ભેસ્તાન બી.આર.ટી.એસ કોમ્યુનિટી હોલ ગુજરાત ગેસ ગ્રાહક નં‌:-૫૦૦૦૦૧૩૦૧૧૬૯ વપરાશ હેઠ્ળ ન હોય તાત્કાલીક હંગામી ધોરણે તા ૨૮/૧૦/૨૦૨૧ ના રોજથી બંધ કરવા માટે વિનંતી. ગુજરાત ગેસ ધ્વારા ગેસ કનેકશન હંગામી ધોરણે બંધ કરવાની અરજી પત્રક આપેલ હોય તેમાં રૂ.૧૭૭૦.૦૦ + રૂ.૧૫૦૦.૦૦ = રૂ.૩૨૭૦.૦૦/- (ત્રણ હજાર બસૉ સિતેર રૂપિયા પૂરા/-) એડવાન્સ ભરપાઇ કરવા જણાવેલ છે પરંતુ હાલમાં સુરત મહાનગરપાલિકા ધ્વારા આગામી દિવાળીના તહેવાર નિમિતે એડવાન્સ મંજુરી મળે એમ નથી. જે બાદમાં સક્ષમ સતાધીસની મંજુરી મેળવ્યા બાદ જ ચુકવવામાં આવશે. વધુમાં સદર ગેસ કનેકશન ફરી ચાલુ કરવા બાબત અત્રેના ઝોન કચેરીએથી લેખીતમાં પત્ર પાઠવ્યા બાદ જ ગેસ કનેકશન ચાલુ કરવુ.

વધુમાં હવેથી ગુજરાત ગેસ ધ્વારા સાઉથ ઝોન ઉધના હદ વિસ્તારમાં આવેલ જે કોમ્યુનિટી હોલો (હરીનગર-૩, બી.આર.ટી.એસ (ઉન-ભેસ્તાન) )માં ગુજરાત ગેસ ધ્વારા આપેલ ગેસ કનેકશનના માસિક બિલની હાર્ડકોપી કાર્યપાલક ઇજનેરશ્રી, સાઉથ ઝોન ઉધનાની કચેરીએ પાઠવવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે જે બિલોની હાર્ડકોપી જમીન-મિલકત ખાતામાં મળ્યા બાદ જ બિલ પેમેન્ટ કરવામા આવશે. જે જાણશો.

i give installation request on 2019. the connection request for below address- A1001, shivalaya heights, motera, ahmedabad

the conection in not install march 2020. hence i visited in gspc office several time and give request. the people in gspc demanded bribe of rs 5000. i have denied for the same. hence the never install the conection as on date.

the flat tenant is suffering from basic neede of gas despite all payments and formality .

Once again I have to do complaint as my connection is not done till date. I have applied for connection at 16 Feb 2021 and after 8 months you have not done the needful despite written complaint and talk to customer care almost 15 times. But the same is of no use. You are once again requested to do the connection within a week as only meter is required to be installed because their is Gujarat gas line in my society.

My name is Vivek Patel. My father has applied for new connection at Navsari Gujarat Gas office on dated 10-Sep-2020 with below application numbers but no-one visited our house yet. I have visited Navsari Gujarat Gas office three time and registered below complaint numbers on customer care number but none of it helped to get the connection installed.

Please help us to get the connection installed at earliest as my old age parents are having difficulties managing gas availability.

Dear Sir, I Sandeep Kumar located in Shiv Hari Residency, A-406, Kumbharwad, Near Sanskar Bharti School, Vapi, Valsad, Gujarat. I have submit the application for the new connection with application form number[protected] on dated[protected] & all the structure is ready like Meter fitting & Pipeline are done but some reason they are not provide the Supply of Gas.

My name is Jaimin and my Registere mobile Number is [protected], I have submit my all document for New connection on 1st April, 2021 and today is 21st September, 2021 no one have called me for Connection even i want to shift in to New House but Becuase of Gas connection can't.
