Not solve issu.

    Dear Sir, I have paid for new connection on 02/01/2021 at Gujarat gas, bharuch, Gujarat. After 6 months of wait I went and asked costumer service person, they advised me to pay again and your previous fees will be refunded so I paid again and got the connection but I haven’t received my refund yet. Every time I go to Gujarat gas office they reply me that you will get refund in few days but I waited for more than 8 months and still waiting for the refund. Please refund me as soon as possible.

      Went to Bharuch Gujrat Gas office for name change, where desk officer asked to submit entire property registration papers which is approximately 200 plus pages. I want to understand why property owner electric bill not enough for owners name change. Even electric bill is generated by government board... it’s very inconvenient for customers to xerox each and every pages of registration and disturbing the property documents. Why such harassment given to consumers! Need to know the reason behind this process?????

        Respected sir, I have fully paid money as per rule to avail PNG GAS from Gujarat Gas limited on 26/06/2020. Till to this moment I didn't get connection from the company, even the responsible persons of Gujarat Gas limited have damaged my car while working carelessly after thoroughly servelence of my premises.

            I was applied for gas connection over 15 months ago but yet I don't get any response from Gujarat gas and when I went to an office and the talked to me very rudly and abusing behind my back . I just want gas pipeline connection nothing much so do ASAP because it's financially harming to me and my family.

                  CNG pump location: 8PVQ+5PQ, Rajkot, Gujarat 360006, India (Near Ghanteshvar, Rajkot-Jamnagar highway)

                  Complaint:
                  Worst service, worst behaviour, rude people, refuse for service at late night because he was sleeping.
                  Every time they keep only one filling station working and all the employees are talking there, ignoring long queues of customers. Once I ask to start other filling points, he refused and said go to other stations if you don’t have time. Ridiculous behaviour of employees. Now I never prefer to go to that station for refilling. I hate the staff and their services.

                  Please make surprise visit sometime or check cameras, you will get to know everything.

                    In ref to complaint dt 13th oct.some of officers came and examined my home but 1 month has been passed but no progress and nither any information from Gujarat gas regarding installation of gas pipeline .

                        My average bill is around Rs.350 monthly for last few years.
                        I got my last bill for Nov.2021 is Rs.2479 which is too high and in Nov. I gone out off City for vacation for 20 days and there is no gas consumption
                        So I request you to check my gas meter and reading

                                  Cheque which I got after 1 month of running around was returned unpaid due to the reason signture differs

                                      ભેસ્તાન બી.આર.ટી.એસ કોમ્યુનિટી હોલની બહાર ગુજરાત ગેસની પાઇપ લાઇન નાખેલ છે તથા જેનું મીટર હોલ ની બહાર દિવાલ સાથે જોડાણ કરેલ છે પરંતુ જેનું ગેસ લાઇન કનેકશન રસોડામાં આજદિન સુધી આપેલ નથી. જેનો વપરાશ/ઉપયોગ આજ દિન સુધી થયેલ નથી તેમ છ્તા ગુજરાત ગેસ ધ્વારા તા.૩૦/૦૪/૨૦૧૮ થી ૦૭/૧૦/૨૦૨૧ સુધીના બાકી ગેસ બિલની રકમ અત્રેના હોલ ઇંચાર્જ ને ગુજરાત ગેસ, અડાજણ ની કચેરી ધ્વારા મૌખિક જાણ કરેલ. ગેસ બિલ ચઢતુ હોય અત્રેના હોલ ઇંચાર્જ ધ્વારા બિલ ની કોપી ટેલીફોનીક વાતચીત થી માગાવામાં આવેલ જે હોલ ઇંચાર્જ ના (WHATSAPP) નંબર રૂ.૫૪, ૬૫૪/- નું બિલ તેમના મોબાઇલ પર મોક્લેલ હતું. આજ દિન સુધી ગુજરાત ગેસ ધ્વારા બિલની હાર્ડ કોપી અત્રે ની કચેરી ને મળેલ નથી. જે હકીકત ધ્યાને લેવા જોગ હોય સાઉથ ઝોન, ઉધનાને ૩૦/૦૪/૨૦૧૮ થી ૦૭/૧૦/૨૦૨૧ સુધીનું ગેસ બિલની હાર્ડ કોપી મળેલ નથી તે ઉપરાંત રૂ.૫૪, ૬૫૪/- નું બિલ તા.૨૨/૧૦/૨૦૨૧ના રોજ ચેકથી પેમેન્ટ કરેલ છે. જેનો એકાઉન્ટ નં:- ૯૬૧૧૪૦૩૮૬૬, ચેક નં:- ૩૧૬૩૩ અને બેંક:- કોટક મહેન્દ્રા છે.

                                      હાલ સદર ઉન-ભેસ્તાન બી.આર.ટી.એસ કોમ્યુનિટી હોલ ગુજરાત ગેસ ગ્રાહક નં‌:-૫૦૦૦૦૧૩૦૧૧૬૯ વપરાશ હેઠ્ળ ન હોય તાત્કાલીક હંગામી ધોરણે તા ૨૮/૧૦/૨૦૨૧ ના રોજથી બંધ કરવા માટે વિનંતી. ગુજરાત ગેસ ધ્વારા ગેસ કનેકશન હંગામી ધોરણે બંધ કરવાની અરજી પત્રક આપેલ હોય તેમાં રૂ.૧૭૭૦.૦૦ + રૂ.૧૫૦૦.૦૦ = રૂ.૩૨૭૦.૦૦/- (ત્રણ હજાર બસૉ સિતેર રૂપિયા પૂરા/-) એડવાન્સ ભરપાઇ કરવા જણાવેલ છે પરંતુ હાલમાં સુરત મહાનગરપાલિકા ધ્વારા આગામી દિવાળીના તહેવાર નિમિતે એડવાન્સ મંજુરી મળે એમ નથી. જે બાદમાં સક્ષમ સતાધીસની મંજુરી મેળવ્યા બાદ જ ચુકવવામાં આવશે. વધુમાં સદર ગેસ કનેકશન ફરી ચાલુ કરવા બાબત અત્રેના ઝોન કચેરીએથી લેખીતમાં પત્ર પાઠવ્યા બાદ જ ગેસ કનેકશન ચાલુ કરવુ.

                                      વધુમાં હવેથી ગુજરાત ગેસ ધ્વારા સાઉથ ઝોન ઉધના હદ વિસ્તારમાં આવેલ જે કોમ્યુનિટી હોલો (હરીનગર-૩, બી.આર.ટી.એસ (ઉન-ભેસ્તાન) )માં ગુજરાત ગેસ ધ્વારા આપેલ ગેસ કનેકશનના માસિક બિલની હાર્ડકોપી કાર્યપાલક ઇજનેરશ્રી, સાઉથ ઝોન ઉધનાની કચેરીએ પાઠવવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે જે બિલોની હાર્ડકોપી જમીન-મિલકત ખાતામાં મળ્યા બાદ જ બિલ પેમેન્ટ કરવામા આવશે. જે જાણશો.

                                        i give installation request on 2019. the connection request for below address- A1001, shivalaya heights, motera, ahmedabad

                                        the conection in not install march 2020. hence i visited in gspc office several time and give request. the people in gspc demanded bribe of rs 5000. i have denied for the same. hence the never install the conection as on date.

                                        the flat tenant is suffering from basic neede of gas despite all payments and formality .
