This is to formally escalate my complaint regarding the undue delay and lack of response from Gujarat Gas Ltd. concerning my Application No. ERVE[protected], Transaction Reference No. BUTI0EP0OJPBF6, and Order ID 60409152.
I had raised my concern with your team over two weeks ago regarding the status of my new gas connection, yet there has been no update or communication from your side. Despite several follow-ups, including multiple calls to your customer care centre, no one has been able to provide any concrete information or resolution.
It has now been more than ninety days since my payment was made, and the lack of progress or accountability is both unprofessional and unacceptable for a reputed organisation like Gujarat Gas Ltd. The repeated evasive responses from your call centre only add to the frustration.
I request you to treat this matter with utmost urgency and provide a definitive status update and resolution within 48 hours. Should there be no action or response within this time frame, I will be left with no option but to escalate this issue further to the Consumer Grievance Cell and concerned regulatory authorities.
