Gujarat Gas — Geyser point gas tape pending

I've above mentioned id gas connection in my home and applied for geyser point 6 month ago. After many follow ups they have installed point for geyser and said that they doesn't have gas tape valve available right now and said that when it is available we will install. However, it's been one and half month after installing geyser point, still gas tape valve are not installed at our home and they said gas tape valve are not in stock, we are suffering from many days for that. Hence, we required your intervention in this matter and look into this carefully.
