Gujarat Gas — I am not getting gas connection to my home even I paid fees

I am a resident of 117, Sai Krishna Residency in Bardoli, Surat, Gujarat.

My builder had paid for the gas connection for my home in the past, and I have all the receipts as proof . However, when I visited the Gujarat Gas office in Bardoli, (on shastri road) I was informed that the connection is already active at another house, no is 190.
I have already requested them to file a complaint since I do not have an active connection. It has been over a month, but I have not received any positive response or resolution.

Could you please look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest?
