Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — about online ticket | |||
I had bought a ticket of gsrtc bus as on 7/01/2018. The boarding was from nehrunagar;ahmedabad to jetpur. The boarding time was 13:10. My booking seat was confirmed by the paytm and my money was also taken from it. But according to the rules i was not provided the bus number and no bus name was provided to me. I received my pnr no also but when i got into the bus and when conducter asked ms for ticket i told that i had booked seat no:30 online. The conducter was not provide any info about my ticket. I had to pay the money for another ticket for which i was not liable to pay. I only had about 200 rs in my pocket to utilise for myself and i suffered a lot by ur fault. I need the refund of my ticket otherwise i can also complain to the parivahan minister. Thankyou. Solve my problem as fast as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

પેસન્જર બાબત ે વર્તન સારુ નથી, અને મન ફાવે તેમ તે ડ્રાઇવિંગ કરેછે અને ડ્રાઇવીંગ દરમિયાન તે ફોન પર વાત પણ ચાલુ હોય છે, તે ડ્રાઈવર પોતાના મન મુજબ
બસ ઊભી રાખવી તથા તેનુ બહિવયર પણ સારુ નથી.
તો આપશ્રી મારી વિનંતી છે કે આ બાબત ને ગંભીર નોધ લઇ કાયઁવાહી કરવા અરજ મારી છે
