Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — Allowing the passenger to leave the bus in between the roads during the signals on jamalpur cross road

This is the complain regarding the GSRTC bus No. GJ 18 Z 7701 the driver and the conductor as allowing the passenger to drop from the bus even they were not at there station and in between the signals and during that the period of time the door hurts me because the conductor was not aware of the ongoing traffic and he open the door and due to which I was injured ad the driver was not taking any kind of action and he was the one who told me that you can do what you want and this incident took place on 27th February 2024 near Paldi bus station paldi road you can check the cctv footage of the same it was around 4:15 pm.

Kindly look into these matter asap because this kind of thing can lead to severe accident of the innocent one.
