Gsrtc all buses hault at guru krupa hotel towards bharuch even though there is no official hault here. I want specific stations were hault given. Conductor and driver both told that bus has no official hault then why always every bus stop between bharuch to baroda only 99kms couldn't servive? Need immediate response. I would like to know all stations of halts of gsrtc buses.

હું રિક્ષા મા બેસી જતો હતો મને રોકવામાં આવ્યો અને મારા આગળથી બીજા રિક્ષા ને અંદર જવા દેવામાં આવી મે સવાલ કર્યો તો મને એક security guard એ ગાળો ભાંડી અને કહ્યું કે આ રિક્ષા વાળા અમને ૨૦૦૦૦ દર મહિને હપ્તો આપે છે. આવા ભ્રષ્ટ તંત્ર રોકવામાં આવે જેથી કરીને બિજા કોઈ પણ વ્યક્તિ ને તકલીફ ના પડે.
Sir, my bus diu -surat schedule departure from Bhavnagar is 23:10 pm.but after 3 hrs @ bus will not come, also driver & conductor not attend phone.depo manager try to contact but he was also not succeed, Due to this my family suffering badly at station, and also my next journey also disturbed badly.pl.reply or response on this

I was travelling in bus GJ 18 AZ 9659. When I asked driver for WiFi password he said it’s his first time in this bus and he doesn’t knows the password. When asked for conductor he said conductor won’t be in bus. Please make sure to print and stick the WiFi password in bus so that passengers could use it.

Even after giving 215 rupees for this bus we do not get the comfort .the seats in the.volvo are not able to recline and the seats are so dirty the what is the point of charging 215 rupees .i[censored] take this much of rupees then pls provide the service as per it.

    I m travelling to anand from rajkot in gsrtc volvo ac bus no:gj18az 8475 on 10th november 2019 at 3:30pm. I book my ticket online.in gsrtc online bus booking their is one option that single ladies but if i am select this option and when at time to travel one gents sit is next to me. So i go for complaining to rajkot volvo office but one lady r there and she is behaving rudely with me. I m really suffering from physical n mentally herracement. Our pm has dream make in india in this system how it is possible. I humbly request tob solve online booking bug (Single lady option).

      for luggage space

      I am travelling to bhuj from rajkot in keshod-bhuj route bus depot. Time 1.50 pm.. I have a trolley bag with my luggage. I request to conductor to keep that in dicky but he denied with reason that he has not a key of ricky. Many passengers n i suffer for that. Passengers can not come and go.
      From vacation time we have big luggage and traveling so solve this problem asap.

      I wood like to inform to you.
      I am traveling choila to dahegam.
      I found this bus don't have any bus conductor so all work doing bus driver he is given tickets and drive the bus both are work doing same time after i am asking to driver where is bus conductor, he say this bus don't have bus conductor.
      So this is fully unsafe and in future any bid accident more chance.

      Gsrtc Bus Diu to Mandvi volvo in book my ticket online on gsrtc site.my pickup point Gadu. But dont stop the bus, and i catch the bus at keshod by car. And conductor ask i forgate my ticket chart.gadu is not bus stop.

        As per website, ac sleeper bus from una (Gujarat, nr diu) departing at 5:20 pm and reaching at 1 am (7 hours and 30 mins of journey time) at vadodara. However, i traveled 4th nov 2019 and bus took 7 hours 30 mins more and we reached to vadodara at 8:30 am in morning instead 1 am in night this has disturb my entire next working day (Tuesday, 5th nov 2019). I would request to take strict action against the respective staff and also compensate my one day job lost.

Aur is karan regular service pass holder aur passenger ko paresani hoti he. Ye route pe eske alava koi dusri bus nahi he. Depo se ko jawab dete nahi he.             There is so many people wasting there money time after that there is no bus and depot manager not giving any satisfactory answers from respective person. They say this is due to godhara worker and we are not liable to arrange any bus.
            Why we are paying taxes to government?

              Zydus circle is one of the very busy circle in s g highway ahmedabad. Always people are waiting for some private vehicals to go specific place. S t can take this opportunity as there are many big places at zydus circle.

                સવિનય સવિનય સાથે જણાવવાનું કે ડાકોર ડેપોમાં અમારા ગામની બસ ટાઇમસર મૂકતા નથી અને શિડયુઅલ કાપી નાખી છે અને જ્યારે પૂછવા જઈએ ત્યારે ગુસ્સૈભરું વર્તન કરે છે ને સરખો જવાબ પણ આપતા નથી આવી મુશ્કેલીને લીધે અમારા ગામના વિદ્યાર્થી ઓ તથા મુસાફરોને રાહ જોઈને ભારે હાલાકીનો સામનો કરવો પડે છે જ્યારે અમે ડેપો મેનેજરને પૂછવા જઈએ તયારે તે કહે છે કા અત્યારે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને રજાઓ ચાલે છે એટલે બસ બંધ રહેશે પરંતુ અમો iti વાળાઓને તો રજા નથી હોતી છતાં અમારી વાતને ધ્યાનમાં નથી લેતા અને બહાના કાઢીને બસ રેગ્યુલર નથી મોકલતા જેથી અમારા ગામના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ તથા મુસાફરોને ભારે હાલાકીભોગવવાનો સામનો કરવો પડે છે તો તમે આ બાબતને ધ્યાનમાં લઈ યોગ્ય નિર્ણય લાવો તેવી નરા વિનંતી છે.

Bus is not comkimg to my boarding point and even i cant cancel my ticket. Should i refund the paid amount?

                  My complaint description:
                  I am suffered lot with my wife and a little child due to wrong ticket booked by gsrtc online booking system.
                  As per the pnr :- g30233170 number i booked two seats for the surendranagar to ahmedabad nehrunagar.
                  Booked bus date:8-oct-2019, departure time: 17:15, but there is no entry of my booking in conductor’s booking list.
                  Moreover at inquiry counter the person told me your ticket information was wrong by system fault and said send an email to get refund.
                  Refund request already sent by 10th oct 2019 but still there is no any reply from gsrtc side so here i attached snapshot of the same.
                  Also i attached ticket, screenshot of message, conductor’s booking list for your reference.
                  I also called a customer care of gsrtc 3 times but still there is no any response.

                      Sub:- related to no accessibility of personal protective equipment (Like mask, gloves, etc) to our workers at st bus stand of all cities of gujarat.

                      Personal protective equipment like mask for prevention of respiratory tract infections, gloves for skin infection.. At least once in a year their free health checkups.. I as a citizen of gujarat kindly request you to provide this basic facilities to our workers of gujarat.

                      At surat central bus station staff reservation ticket lunch time is 12:00 to 12:30 but he goes for lunch at 11:57. My turn is there but he refuse to give ticket. Take strict action on it. Or sit reliever against him on lunch time.

                        With reference to the above mentioned subject, we had a bitter experience of the driver of amreli-jetpur st local bus of jetpur depot, junagdh division. When we 5 members along with a senior citizen b. B vays aged 74, reached the lunidhar bus station the bus reached there at 6:00 p. M, we boarded the bus and purchased 5 tickets to jetpur bus station but the senior citizen with us could not board the bus because the driver had started the bus inspite of our constant request the driver of the bus mr. J. K makwana neglected. At last the senior citizen had to take a lift k a bike rider and had to chase the bus for a kilometer. He behaved very rudely instead of waiting for a few seconds.

                          It is to inform the stte transport that on date[protected], time 6:00 a st bus driver refuse to board a senior citizen, three o[censored]s were board and we req them to wait till that passenger will cross the road as there it was the last bus from lunidhar to junagadh still instead of being human and instead of waiting fir few seconds he refuse and run the bus and when we request him to wait he talk very rudely to us. Conductor did force to my dad to take full tickets of my two children and my children still taking half tickets and when i asked about the matter he behaved so rudely to me.                                 Trip : jetpur to jamnagar on 30th oct'19. While driving driver was attending calls and was also interested in waving hi hello to all the passing vehicles drivers. Driver was maximum time on phone while driving and this can cause serious safety concern costing many lives as well. And also delay in arrival which happened by 20-25 minutes. Waving hands to anyone is his personal interest but distraction can lead to serious accident and affecting many lives

                                  During my journey, i get deep
                                  Cut in first finger. I urgently needed dettol to clear the cut and the cotton & patti to bound the cut and to stop the blood loss. When we opened the first aid box, surprisingly it was empty 😭😭. We stopped at dhangadhra bus stop and checked in five - six more busses. There aslo we found empty, first aid box. We felt like it was a show case box, not a first aid box.

                                  We kindly request you to check for availability of first aid stuff in box.

                                  I didn't get the benefits of first aid box, but other valuable passengers may get of it, in future.

                                  Hope, you will look into the matter and take suitable action.

                                      With ref to above from bhavnagar to veraval start 6.30am arrival at mahuva 9am then halt more than 30 minute so up and down
                                      Person can not reach his destination timely pl obseve this bus time.
                                      Fix driver and conductor duty and penalty them they lost st income please do needful action and confirm me my mobile and whatups no :[protected] sir please please solve our problem.
                                      Frequent complain at veraval depo. But no response
