1. When i booked ticket, it was showing 2 persons seat, but in actual it was 3 persons seat.
2. Moreover, there was different leg-room size in different raw of seat. As per my observation, leg-room for 29, 30 & 31 w seat was marginally less and uncomfortable for such a long journey of 5 hours.
3. There is outburst of dangue fever in the state of gujarat.in such a crucial time, there were so many mosquetoes present in the bus. Request you to take effective measures to make bus free from mosquetoes.

    I have booked an bus of gsrtc sleeper class from shirdi to ahmedabad date of journey was 30/10/2019 i have booked 4 sleeper seats with a payment of 2852 rupees via online debit card mode on date 12/10/2019 pnr no[protected]
    On 16th october i got an sms from gsrtc that the bus on date 30/10/2019 is been cancelled gsrtc and i m eligible for refund
    So i request you to look at my problem and solve it

      Greetings of the day!
      I am writing this conversation to inform you about late timing of mehsana to sarkhej GSRTC bus. From many times we are suffered from late timing of bus..the actual timing of bus is 7:10 to reach at sarkhej...but always the bus comes at 8:30..so I am requesting you to please take down action on mehsana deposit manager as well as driver and conductor..I hope your response would be in positive way for us..

        I booked a bus from Ahmedabad to Bhavnagar (trip code: GSRTC:1800ABDCRSNTAC4:1 9717:10246:221:16/10/2019) and the bus was supposed to arrive at 6:20pm. It didn’t arrive the stop till 8:55pm. When i called the conductor to enquire about the trip status he said that he is not knowing the reason behind why the bus is late and asked me to not to call him and annoy him instead ask for a refund from gsrtc.           સવિનય સાથે જણાવાનુ કે આપના તબા હેઠળ બાલાસિનોર ડેપોથી વડોદરા - બાલાસિનોર gj-18-y-1653 નંબર ની બસ જે બાલાસિનોર થી સવારે 5:30 અને વડોદરા થી સાજે 6:00 વાગે ગણા વષો થી ચાલે છે. જેનો ટાઈમ અચાનક ચેન્જ કરવાના કારણે તે હવે વડોદરા થી 8:00 વાગે ઉપડે છે. જે પહેલા બાલાસિનોર થી વડોદરા અને વડોદરા થી અમદાવાદ જતી હતી.હવે તેનો રૃટ સવારે બાલાસિનોર થી વડોદરા અને વડોદરા થી લુણાવાડા વાયા આણંદ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.તેના કારણે હવે પહેલા ના ટાઈમ કરતા હવે લેટ એટલે 8:00 વાગે ઉપડે છે. તેના કારણે તે બસ માં અપડાઉન કરતાં વિધ્યાર્થીઓ, સરકારી નોકરી, ખાનગી નોકરી અને ગણી છોકરીયો અને આવતા જતા મુસાફરો ને ધરે પહોંચવા મા ભારે મુસીબતો નો સામનો કરવો પડે છે. તેમાં ખાસ કરીને જે હળમતીયા, વાધરોલી, જરગાલ, વાળદ, કોસમ, ઠાસરા આ બધા મુસાફરો ને ભારે મુસીબતો નો સામનો કરવો પડે છે અને જે વડોદરા થી બાલાસિનોર મા ડેલી મુસાફરી કરતા મુસાફરો ને વડોદરા થી કે પછી વાસદ, ઉમરેઠ, ડાકોર થી ધરે જવા માટે બસ કે કોઇ અન્ય સાધન મળતુ નથી. અને છેલ્લા ચાર, પાચ દિવસ થી બધા મુસાફરો રાત્રે 10:30, 11:00 પહોંચે છે. અને મુસાફરી કરતી છોકરીયો ને તેમણા ધર વાળા ટેન્શન મા આવી જાય છે. આપણે નીવેદન છે કે આપ વડોદરા -બાલાસિનોર વાળી બસ કે કોઇ અન્ય બસ સાજે 6:00 વાગે વડોદરા થી બાલાસિનોર વાયા વાળદ, જરગાલ, વાઘરોલી રૂટ માટે મુકવા કે પછી વડોદરા - બાલાસિનોર વાળી બસ જેનો નંબર 1653 છે તે બસ નો ટાઈમ જે હતો તેજ પાછો કરવા વિનંતી છે. અને જે નિર્ણય લો તે વહેલી તકે લેવા માટે વિનંતી અને આપ અમણે આવી મુસીબત મા મદદ નહી કરો તો અમણે એસટી પર થી વિશ્વાસ ઉઢી જશે. આપણે હમારી આટલી વિનંતી રહેશે.

            Online sleeper ticket booked through oversight for date[protected] by net banking through payment of rs. 588/-. Within about half an hour i noticed mistake in date and i changed date of journey from date 27-09-19 to[protected]. And i rescheduled my journey online date changed printout for the same.             Sir i daily updown between mangrol-veraval. I have passenger pass. Bt today j seat frm bus in gadu-veraval.. Bt conductor say my pass in not working frm gadu.. And give me tikit of 28 rs.             Bus type : vikas route (Ahmedabad - gandhinagar service, point bus)
            Start time : 9:00 am
            Scheduled drop time : 10:30 am

            However, some drivers intentionally drive bus slow and we can not reach office on time. If we reach office even 1 minutes late, it will be consider as half day casual leave. So, it is our humble request to look into the matter and do the needful. Thanks.

            Bus route Amreli to Bharuch ( bus no. GJ 18) is always as dirty as damping site. Water bottles, plastic bags, wrappers n dust in bus just it is a dustbin..no cleaning is done at all..
            Gsrtc staff should look after the proper hygienic conditions in the bus.

            From few month in Kankapura to Ahmedabad bus unnecessary stopage increased by conductor and driver... In-between Kheda to Ahmedabad ... so Because of that bus late arrived at Ahmedabad... So please look in this matter and take necessary action on it... because we already inform driver and conductor but still bus late as per their regular time...

              સવિનય સાથે જાણવા નું કે..!!!
              હું અને મારા મિત્રો રોજ બસ માં up-down કરીયે છીયે.., અમે રોજ મોડાસા - ભાવનગર બસ માં up-down કરતા હતા પણ, આજથી તે બસ એક્સપ્રેસ ની જગ્યા એ ગુજરનગરી બસ થઈ ગઈ છે
              હું અને મારા બધા મિત્રો ને મુસાફરી પાસ કડાવેલો છે.. એ પણ એક્સપ્રેસ પાસ પણ..!!!
              પણ તે એક્સપ્રેસ હવે કંઇજ કામ નો નથી કેમ કે એક્સપ્રેસ પાસ ગુજર્નગરી બસ માં નથી ચાલતો..
              અમારે રોજ મોડાસા થી અમદાવાદ નું રોજ નું up-down છે..
              હવે અમારે મુશ્કેલી થઈ રહી છે તો તેનું નિવારણ લાવવા વિનતી..🙏🙏🙏

                Respect sir/ma'am

                I'm a student and used to travel in gsrtc buses daily, as per your new roles of giving tickets to the students and passengers even they have the student pass and passenger pass respectively.

                I believe cutting tickets like this is unnecessary use of paper and waste of pages.

                As we all are aware of the environmental problems and cutting of trees.
                Hope you take the action on the same and stop the wastage of paper.

                  My self prakash mori. I am traveling from surat to savarkundla. Surat bus time was:7pm but came on 7:45 pm. Savarkundla time was:5:45 am. But still now it's not reached at destination. Now the time is 8:02am. My personnel work has been disturbed. Who is responsible for that. The destination time was 5:45am. Therefore i have booked the ticket otherwise the private bus is very easy forme. Government is sleeping? Please give me justice. Who is responsible for that. Waiting for your justice and reply.

                      Bus driver of diu mandvi gsrtc volvo is transporting private parcel in the bus and stop the bus for it around 15 to 20 minutes on veraval highway. And while asking him for the same he responded very rudely that he will ride bus on his mood by giving reason for traffic. Also he was using mobile while driving.

                      I request to you please time to time bus running between Surendranagar-patdi and patdi-surendranagar gsrtc depo Surendranagar all bus. patdi-dhama bus reach generally at 5:00 pm but now day bus reach between 6:00 pm or 6:30 pm.i already give complain to depo manager Surendranagar and attached this copy below but they take no action.

                      I had many experience about being ignored. Not only me but many passengers who goes there to ask about bus timing or anything they do the same. They just ignores passengers and being busy with their gossips. This is very ridiculous.
                      Bus coming from megraj to dhenara number gj18y2430 did not come to vijapur bis depo and went by pass, since 10 passengers were there to go to dhenara, please take action on them .please punish them .

                        My name is krunal patel i was traveling frequently from dharmaj to vasad to you about a driver of gsrtc bus no gj18 z 1840,. I was traveling in every day but the driver of the bus had every stop bus drinking tea and listen songs full night loudly. He disturbed the public while traveling. Kindly take some action on this matter. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                        Had taken start by 08:20 /08:25/08:30 this bus not to right time every day late from dharmaj bus depo. And guess where have i reached at 09:38 vasad bus depo. What the hell is wrong with gsrtc timings? Am i going on a picnic that it would take one hours to reach vasad??? And why the hell do you write that it will start at 08:20 and reach by 09:38am. Do we indians even understand the importance of timings?

                        This is first and last notification.

                        Next time exclated to the pmo/ legal.

                          I was traveling frequently from godhra to nadiad there are many conductor was having problems with this they where said no space and and about 80 passenger was traveling thought it was space in bus and other objections is in tikit machin there was no stopage showing..in nadiad all about not to seat what is problem with them to seat... And in dakor many bus where not stop direct going from bus stand we are standing in front of bus driver was show to us i raised a hand bus didn't stop bus many bus we're doing same
                          Please resolve this behaviour of driver and conducer...

                            I am a student pass holder from visnagar to nagalpur (Mehsana). On 10th october 2019, during my return journey to visnagar, i had to get a bus from modhera circle (Mehsana) to mehsana depot. A bus from zinzuwada to mehsana bus no. 1366 arrived but the bus conductor did not allow any passenger from modhera circle and informed that this bus will not go to mehsana depot. On asking frequently, he bullied and stated arrogantly that ' its not your father's bus'. He abused to senior citizens and did not allow any passenger to get into the bus from modhera circle (Mehsana). This happened many times by the same conductor. I request the authority to take some strict actions against such people.

                              Bus timing online says 10:55 pm and at inquiry office they says it's always late, when i call conducter they say we are late about 2-3 hrs...
                              If bus is late again and again, can't government takes any step or at least time changes on online base...
                              Where is government's menpower or still busying in getting pagar punch or something.
                              Kindly solve late issue or else correct the time online.

                                I'm travelling from surat to ahmedabad in gsrtc volvo. On route bus stopped at hotel decent nr. Karjan toll plaza after bharuch. Decent hotel charges extra 10rs. For beverage as cooling charge and 5-10rs. On snack items.

                                If govt. Opts this type of hotel after tendering process who cheats passenger who have no other choice as these buses stops here only.

                                Pl do needful and help citizens.

                                  સાહેબ શ્રી જય ભારત સાથે બહુજ દુઃખ વ્યક્ત કરતા જણાવવું કે ભુજ ડેપો ની આ બસ છેલ્લા 35 વર્ષ (Yers) થી આ રુટ પર ચાલે છે પરંતુ છેલ્લા 8 કે10 મહિના થી કોઈ પણ કારણ વગર વારંવાર આ બસ બંધ કરી દેવામાં આવે છે. આજે છેલ્લા2 મહિના થી આ બસ બંધ છે. ભુજ ડેપો માં ફોન કરવામાં આવે તો ત્યાંથી એમ કહેવામાં આવે છે કે staaf ની કમી છે અથવા બસ ની કમી છે. આ જવાબ યોગ્ય તો નથી જ. આ રુટ માં રોજબરોજ સરકારી કર્મચારીઓ નલિયા થી નખત્રાણા અપડાઉન કરતા હોય છે તથા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પણ નલિયા થી નખત્રાણા અપડાઉન કરે છે. તથા લોકલ બસ હોવાથી રૂરલ એરિયા માંથી પણ લોકો ને આ બસ ખૂબ ઉપયોગી છે. બસ બંધ હોવાથી paas કઢાવવાના પૈસા પણ વેડફાય છે. બસ આપ સાહેબ શ્રી ને નમ્ર વિનંતી કે આ બસ ચાલુ કરાવવા વિનંતી અને ફરીથી બંધ ન થાય તેવી વ્યવસ્થા કરવા વિનંતી સહ...

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    I am regular public transport passenger.
                                    I am facing huge delays in my everyday schedule because of government corruption.
                                    Every bus from baroda to bharuch, ankleshwar, surat or anywhere stops for half an hour at 3rd class hotel.
                                    I have 2 complaints.
                                    1) why every bus needs stoppage? Even if the bus route is for 1 or 2 hour?

                                    2) why every bus stops at 3rd class hotel? Where they charges double money for every item? For example 1 cup 3rd class tea they charges ₹20.

                                    Which local bus passenger can afford this much cost?

                                    I am requesting you to kindly stop this stoppages for every routes. For 4-5 hour route it is acceptable. But for 1 or 2 hour route it is not tolerable.

                                    It wastes 1 hour of every public transport passenger.

                                    Govt says to use public transport to reduce usage of petrol and deisel. But people are not fool.
