I am travelling from ahmedabad to gandhinagar with a valid monthly pass. But the conductor refused to consider it and i was forced to pay for the jounery. This is completely unfair as a traveller has already paid the amount of his jounery but the conductor forced him to pay again for the same. I claim for refund of this and want a sincere action for the guilty. As per the consumer protection law once a customer has paid the money he/she should not be charge again for that but the scene with gsrtc is totally different where i have to pay the sum twice for the same jounery.

Dear members, so rude behaviour by your bus driver as well as conductor. Today i am travelling with my family from ahmedabad ranip bus stand to mehsana. Firstly today is aatham. We all are waiting for bus. Bus no gj18z3365 is arrive conductor is not opening a door for almost 10 mins and showing so rude behaviour. Its so problamatic for us. After that we wait for more 15 mins and after that bus driver showing attitude and not allow us to seat as they have some relatives so he is saying"aa seat already booked 6" i mean seriously is this a public transport or private bus??? For me and my family its horrible experience which is highly not recommendable. Please teach your conductor and driver some manners. This is not their private bus. As a civillions we are not recommended this kind of attitude. Your driver is behaving like a child. Kindly note bus number - gj18z3365

This is to inform you that vijapur ahmedabad via kalol is long time running gsrtc bus on this route. Students, workers and various job holder use this bus daily. The passenger facing trouble after 3:30pm to 6:20pm due to no bus service during this timing and stoping of vijapur ahmedabad via kalol bus after 1/10/2019 on this route.

We all passenger request you to start the regular bus service for kalol to vijapur route during 3:30 pm to 6:20pm

આપ સાહેબ શ્રી ને જાણવાનું કે સવારે 7 વાગ્યા થી ઇડર થી અમદાવાદ એક જ બસ છે.તે બસ માં દરરોજ 90 થી 100 પેસેન્જર રોજ મુસાફરી કરે છે. તો બહુ તકલીફ પડે છે જવામાં તો નવી બસ ચાલુ કરવા આપ સાહેબ શ્રી ને નમ્ર વિનંતી.

નોંધ - વડનગર તથા ઇડર ડેપો આપ બસ નવી ચાલુ કરવા વિનંતિ કરશોજી..

Right now i am in the bus. Had taken start by 12:15 from nehrunagar, ahmedabad. And guess where have i reached at 5:10- zadeshwar chokdi, bharuch. Will take another one and a half hour to reach surat. What the hell is wrong with gsrtc timings? Am i going on a picnic that it would take seven hours to reach surat? And why the hell do you write that it will start at 12:15 and reach by 5:00pm. Do we indians even understand the importance of timings?

I have cancelled my gsrtc bus ticekt with below details:

I have called and complain many time in toll free number:[protected] but they every time told me that it will be done by today, in every call they told me same thing, but i have not received my amount yet.

I cancelled ticket on date 03/06/2019. My journey date was on 04/06/2019 from halvad road to valsad in sleeper class. My pnr no. Is g27708687 and trip code is 1300bhjvldslp15. My total bus fair is rs. 368.
I also cancelled ticket on date 06/08/2019. My journey date was on 09/08/2019 from halvad road to valsad in sleeper class. My pnr no. Is g28860806 and my trip code is 1300bhjvldslp15. My total bus fair is rs. 354.
However, till date the amount is not credited to my account.
Please, credit cancelled tickets fair amounts in my bank account online as early as possible.

The bus running from kolak to valsad has a route via udwadagaam while coming and going but the bus is coming directly to kolak and not coming via udwadagaam, the people who wants to come to kolak have no other option but to wait and come by rickshaw, the bus no is gj18 y 7440, please do take a strong action against the bus driver and make the route as per the schedule.

Bus was let From few month. Just because unnecessary stopagea increase Kankapura to Ahmedabad bus by conductor and driver... In-between Kheda to Ahmedabad ... so Because of that bus late arrived at Ahmedabad... So please look in this matter and take necessary action on it... because we already inform driver and conductor but still bus late as per their regular time...

Narmada nagar, gnfc bus stop at bharuch having worst toilet condition especially for women. It was even difficult to enter into it for women. Please do someting to clean and give hygienic toilet to atleast women. Hoping your prompt reply and action. We have so many campaign for safety of women in terms of hygiene and we are providing such type of facilities that is not our dream india.

I balram singh writing this mail to you about a driver of gsrtc bus no. Gj-18-2463. I was traveling in sleeper bus from adipur to vishnagar on date 30.09.2019. But the driver of the bus had drunk and listen songs full night loudly. He disturbed the public while traveling. Kindly take some action on this matter. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

I am travelling for ahmedabad to godhara on 28.09.2019 by gsrtc bus no gj18z5093 - morbi - dahod.
In this rainy season there is a heavy rain from ahmedabad to umreth and in this rainy season wiper of this bus is not working properly and even i think this a night journey after ahmadabad. Also there are not good roads.

In this situation driver clean a glass manually by hands.
If there are any major problems due to this wiper issues then who is the responsible for this???

Journey time of ahmadabad to godhra is almost 3 hrs, but due to this wiper problem we are reached at godhra almost in 4.25 hrs.

If wiper is not working in rainy season then why it is fixed on bus.???
I am also shocked b coz driver said that maintenance department said that "ye aisa hi hai bus leke jana hai to jaoo wiper change nahi hoga"???

Why the management of gsrtc allowed that type of buses for driving...???
If management already aware about this then what can i say...???

Sir we have faced this issue repeatedly so please look this very seriously.

It's a humble request to you please take care of passengers and maintain buses please.

On date of 21 august we booked bus from ahmedabad to dwarka (Pnr no. : g29240339, g[protected] but bus was cancelled at last moment at just 2 hours before of pick up. The trip was on 21-sep and trip code is 2000abddwksp15.

We received this information by message, it is highly inconvenience for customers, but still no refund received from gsrtc.

બહુ અફસોસ સાથે કહેવુ પડે છે કે, સુરત એસ.ટી. બસ સેવા ખાસ લોકલ બસ ને અધિકારીઓ સદંતર બંધ કરવાના ફિરાકમાં હોય એમ લાગે છે.
ખાસ તો સાંજની કામરેજ તરફની બસો એક પછી એક બંધ થઈ રહી છે.સાજે 5 થી 6.30 સુધી માત્ર બે જ બસ આવે છે.એક ઉટેવા અને બીજી નેત્રંગ.કામરેજ ના પેસેનજર અટવાય છે.બસ ફૂલ.ચાર બસ ના પેસેનજર બે મા કઈ રીતે આવે? જોવુ હોય તો અધિકારીઓને ડેપો પર આવવાની છૂટ.બોધાન.ગીજરમ બનને બસ આ ટાઈમે મહિનાઓથી બંધ છે.
એસ.ટી.એ હજૂ પણ જાગી જવાની જરૂર છે.

Please start a bus lunavada to modasa at 6:30 am. We are going modasa for collage.. Me and my friends are going clg but no bus. Our clg time 8:00 am. So we can't go clg at time. તારીખ[protected], પોરબંદર એરપોર્ટ જિલ્લા સેવા સદન ની સામે તમારી બધી બસો હાથ ઊંચો કરતા ત્યાં રોકે છે.પરંતુ પોરબંદર થી gangardi બસ ત્યાં રોકતા ના હોય તકલીફ પડે છે મુસાફરો ને, જો એક્સપ્રેસ બસો ઉભી ના રાખવાનો તમારો નિયમ હોયતો તે બધી બસો ને લાગુ પડવો જોઈયે જેથી ગ્રાહક ત્યાં બસ ની રાહ જોતા ના રહે તદુપરાંત ત્યાંના inquiry no. પણ બંધ હોય ફરિયાદ કરવામાં પણ તકલીફ પડે છે.આવું તંત્ર સુધારવા અરજ છે.

With reference to above mentioned subject, i'm complaining about why buses are not come to uchchhal, is the last block of gujarat at gujrat - maharashtra border. That's why my request is that all buses are going via to navapur are also going to uchchhal or via uchchhal... Because uchchhal is the last station of gujarat border... So this is my humble request to you to solve our problem earlier.. I hope you can did it very soon.

I want to book ticket for 25 - october-2019 from vadodara to deesa, but on this route bus -1700nvsdsaexp51 is not available. It departs on 17:00 hrs from navsari and reaches about 22:00 at vadodara.
It is available on navsari - deesa route on online portal,. It is festival season so want to book ticket in advance, so how to overcome this problem.
Please help me out as early as possible because it will be full within few days.
