I am urvi patel, travelling from surat central bus stand to vadodara makarpura (14th april 18:00)
I want to register complaint of bus conductor hitesh makwana. He has asked me about id proof and when i couldn't here i asked again and in answer he asked me whether i am traveling first time in bus, that was so embarrassing.
Please take action on it.

    The above mentioned bus, today, was not stopped at nirma university stand. It was a local bus, yet it did not stopped despite my showing hand from a far enough distance. This incident took place at around 11:10 am. It would be really appreciable if you guys to take strict actions against these people and teach them a lesson for life for not performing their duty honestly.

    I am traveling from Rajkot to Bhuj today right now in Kodinar-Bhuj route bus and in hault of Bhachav because of irresponsibility of conductor without counting passenger he picked up the bus and I was missed by bus at Bhachav only so please take action for this and this bus comes Rajkot at 11:55 but today it comes at 1:00 (1 hour 5 minutes late)
    Junagadh s t local inquiry phone every time and every day says that try after some times and can not inquiry so staff make phone receiver up

      Bus gj18v7319 was found to be driving rash and irregular at vadodara waghodia road. The bus driver parks bus without giving left side indicator and on questioning the same he started saying abusive words. This incidence has been repeated frequently and we have noticed this many times. This route is filled with more than 45000 student commuters daily. We need the authorities to take necessary action regarding the same.

        Cunductor behaving vary rued to the passengers and not stopping bus on on the bus stop from padra to jambusar i was trying to raise my hand from padra ful baag bus stop i got the bus on above mentioned date and at 06:00 pm cunductor tried to push me out of bus by his hand and spoken vary insulting language to me
        After fon the way padra to jambusar he was spoken many bad words towards st management because of his booking ma hine was not working fine he use vary bad words even my women in that bus

          We are regular travels from vadodara to jamnagar and returns, in vadodara depo ladies urinal is charged for urinal and without money no entry for same, ladies people phased too much problem for same, we have contacted inquiry counter said, this is not our department, this is private department, then we have called tall free no and said no charges for urinal purpose, then we have visited inquiry counter for complain book, said no complain book, you contect security office at parking, then we have visited security office, they said in ladies toilet urinal charges is compulsory, we are travelers and in st depo charges is recovered.
          Sir our humble request clarify that in st depot ladies toilet urinal charges is compulsory or not at vadodara, your healthy reply is helpful for us for further information

            My mother have not id proof bus conductor said puchase new ticket. So she is puchase surat to limdi. New ticket from condutor. My pnr no is g26255005 tran pass: pkhr37sy. Trip code 0524srtgdlexp51 date 10/04/19. Its my mistae to not give her id proof. Shes gone for emergency. So please refund my money in my account.             અંજાર એસ ટી ડેપો માં માસિક ટિકિટ ફોર્મ માંગવા પર આપવામાં નથી આવતા અને ચોખ્ખા શબ્દ માં કેહવા માં આવે છે કે ડેપો ની સામે નમસ્કાર ઝેરોક્ષ ની દુકાન ઉપર મળશે જે એ દુકાન દાર દસ દસ રૂપિયા માં વેચે છે જેની જાણ ડેપો મેનેજર ભગોરા જગદીશ ભાઇ ને પણ કરવા માં આવી છે પણ હજુ સુધી રિઝલ્ટ શૂન્ય છે.
            Toilet authority at Surat central bus station does not allow free urinal service for woman...they charge 5rs for that for every woman or girl..this is against the rule...kindly do needful

              Respected sir,
              Here i am to submit request against bus no gj-18-y-1765 bechraji bapunagar. Bechraji depo.

              We are more than 15 to 20 regular passenger daily up down in this bus.
              From mehsana to ahmedabad city different places due to bus root via pethapur gam we miss our next changing bus to go vatva or sarkhej other places.

              So i request that cancel root via pethapur gam and divert it on via gh-7 to k-7 to randheja chokadi.
              We are always miss our next changing bus and because of that we reach at our office late about 30 to 45 min.

              So pls take action against cancellation that root via pethapur gam. There is many more bus for servicing pethapur passenger

                We have booked the ticket in volvo from anand to rajkot (08/04/2019, 7:20am), but this volvo didn't came. We had tried to call at office, but they are also not responding properly. So, i request you to please investigate regarding this issue and i am excepting appropriate action agaist this careless. I hope satisfactory response regarding this issue.

                    Your bus services in botad are worst. There is no single bus from botad to rajkot. We have asked the station keeper about the bus time but he always says that the bus will come a hour later.
                    We are daily doing up down kheda to Ahmadabad
                    During office time at the morning at kheda bus stand daily all fans are switch off
                    The temperature is high now days

                      Recently we vistied with my family to ambaji through booking online from app..in bus bilimora/ ambaji to and return.. On 4 april from bharuch @ time23.45 bus
                      After getting confirmation of booking we are not getting mobile no or bus no for tracking bus.. Our bus was late by 1.20 hours atleast due to traffic issue.

                      Suuggest to develop app to such level as we get alteast bus no/ and conductor name and mobile no.. As its getting in privated buse... So we can track it.. So there will no need of helpline..
                      I just keep holding helpline no for atleasr 1 hour, but couldnt get talked..

                        જુનાગઢ-ડિસા બસ હારીજ ડેપો ની છે.હુ ઘણા સમયથી તેમા મુસાફરી કરુ છુ પણ બસ હાલત એટલી ખરાબ છે કે આજ દિવસ કયારે પણ ટાઇમ પર કયાંય પહોંચી નથી કંડકટર ને વાત કરીએ તો કહે બસ ખરાબ છે.જો ખરાબ છે તો આટલા લાંબા રૂટ માં કેમ મૂકો છો.6 કલાક ની મુસાફરી એ 9 કલાકમાં પુરી કરે છે. હુ ખુદ પણ બાઈક લઈને જવુ તો પણ 7 કલાકમાં મુસાફરી પૂરી કરી લઉં છું. આશા રાખું છું કે ડેપો વાલા બસ નુ gps ચેક કરશે અને આવા લાંબા રૂટ માં સારી બસ રાખીને બધાંનો સમય બચાવી સમય પર ઘરે પહોંચવા મદદ કરશે. ગુજૃર નગરી બસ હોવા છતાં એટલી ધીમી હાલે છે કે લોકલ પણ ઓવરટેક કરી લે છે.

                                Since the open spacein new gsrtc bus station of rajkot where i was parking since past 2 years was declared as no parking zone i started keeping my vehicle in paid parking area where i charges for parking more than 12 hrs is rs.30 which i accepted and was paying since past 1 week. However today suddenly i was told i cannot take vehicle after 9 pm where my job allows me to reach back by 10pm only. I feel the paid parking agency is taking excess...

                                  Hello i booked bus ticket on 30 mar.2019, from vadodara to bhinmal (Surat zalore) bus arrival time is 7:50pm at vadodara central us stand, but i will be there till 8:45pm bus didn't arrived, when i ask for inquiry office they don't have any information.
                                  When i am try to cancelled my book ticket but gsrtc application display cancellation time over.

                                    Yesterday on dated 31/03/2019 approximately at 21:39 pm i sat in bus no gj18z3032 from santalpur to gandhidham.

                                    The conductor gave receipt of 152/-.
                                    He returned 40 rs back. He didn't give 8 rs. When i asked for 8 rs he asked give 2 rs change then i give 10 rs. I asked him write 8 rs pending on back of ticket so that i could collect from st deposit. But he denied to even write on back of ticket.
                                    He began to use very wrong words "i[censored] don't have change they why u sit in bus and waste our time" "etli magajmari hamra this na thaye, hu toh na likhu ticket par, koi thi chutta lai lo hu 10 rs aapi desu"kindly take strict action against such conductor who is not careful for gsrtc image.

                                      Hi, today i have booked your bus for traveling o[censored]daipur but bus was late by 1 hours and more. I have tried too many called to your help center but only 2 time it was connected and after connecting to the customer care, they are saying that our internet is not working so wait for bus it will come.
                                      Please resolve your bus service and it facility. It just wasting time of the passenger. Due to this type of ridiculous error, passenger will not have trust on your facility. Please try to resolve such faults.
