We have booked the ticket in volvo from anand to rajkot (08/04/2019, 7:20am), but this volvo didn't came. We had tried to call at office, but they are also not responding properly. So, i request you to please investigate regarding this issue and i am excepting appropriate action agaist this careless. I hope satisfactory response regarding this issue.

    There's problem by your system. Was booked vadodra to ahmedabad volvo for 2 persons. But on that bus didn't come due to gsrtc employees strike so i didn't take ride. So would like to request u for refund the fare.

    I already raised complaint many more times. Such a long time it was for the strike. Pls check below details and reward me asap.

    Bus usually not stopping on the stop from last 3 days as I raised my hand
    Today I got the bus and I catch the bus but the cunductor (details as above) try to push me out in running bus and insult me even I having passenger pass Jambusar to padra and padra to Jambusar
    Cunductor has ticket machine problem (booking not working on his machine) on the way from Padra to Jambusar continue spoken bad words even toin women GSRTC to management about machine not working and all the passengers got irritated from him please do as the procedure of GSRTC

      Your bus services in botad are worst. There is no single bus from botad to rajkot. We have asked the station keeper about the bus time but he always says that the bus will come a hour later.
      We are daily doing up down kheda to Ahmadabad
      During office time at the morning at kheda bus stand daily all fans are switch off
      The temperature is high now days
      Plz do needful

        Recently we vistied with my family to ambaji through booking online from app..in bus bilimora/ ambaji to and return.. On 4 april from bharuch @ time23.45 bus
        After getting confirmation of booking we are not getting mobile no or bus no for tracking bus.. Our bus was late by 1.20 hours atleast due to traffic issue.
        I
        Suuggest to develop app to such level as we get alteast bus no/ and conductor name and mobile no.. As its getting in privated buse... So we can track it.. So there will no need of helpline..
        I just keep holding helpline no for atleasr 1 hour, but couldnt get talked..

          જુનાગઢ-ડિસા બસ હારીજ ડેપો ની છે.હુ ઘણા સમયથી તેમા મુસાફરી કરુ છુ પણ બસ હાલત એટલી ખરાબ છે કે આજ દિવસ કયારે પણ ટાઇમ પર કયાંય પહોંચી નથી કંડકટર ને વાત કરીએ તો કહે બસ ખરાબ છે.જો ખરાબ છે તો આટલા લાંબા રૂટ માં કેમ મૂકો છો.6 કલાક ની મુસાફરી એ 9 કલાકમાં પુરી કરે છે. હુ ખુદ પણ બાઈક લઈને જવુ તો પણ 7 કલાકમાં મુસાફરી પૂરી કરી લઉં છું. આશા રાખું છું કે ડેપો વાલા બસ નુ gps ચેક કરશે અને આવા લાંબા રૂટ માં સારી બસ રાખીને બધાંનો સમય બચાવી સમય પર ઘરે પહોંચવા મદદ કરશે. ગુજૃર નગરી બસ હોવા છતાં એટલી ધીમી હાલે છે કે લોકલ પણ ઓવરટેક કરી લે છે.

                Bus timing every day 7:30 go to bharuch...on route he stop at umarlla around 8:20 for 15 minutes...so always late arrive at bharuch...

                  Since the open spacein new gsrtc bus station of rajkot where i was parking since past 2 years was declared as no parking zone i started keeping my vehicle in paid parking area where i charges for parking more than 12 hrs is rs.30 which i accepted and was paying since past 1 week. However today suddenly i was told i cannot take vehicle after 9 pm where my job allows me to reach back by 10pm only. I feel the paid parking agency is taking excess...

                      Yesterday on dated 31/03/2019 approximately at 21:39 pm i sat in bus no gj18z3032 from santalpur to gandhidham.

                      The conductor gave receipt of 152/-.
                      He returned 40 rs back. He didn't give 8 rs. When i asked for 8 rs he asked give 2 rs change then i give 10 rs. I asked him write 8 rs pending on back of ticket so that i could collect from st deposit. But he denied to even write on back of ticket.
                      He began to use very wrong words "i[censored] don't have change they why u sit in bus and waste our time" "etli magajmari hamra this na thaye, hu toh na likhu ticket par, koi thi chutta lai lo hu 10 rs aapi desu"kindly take strict action against such conductor who is not careful for gsrtc image.

                        Hi, today i have booked your bus for traveling o[censored]daipur but bus was late by 1 hours and more. I have tried too many called to your help center but only 2 time it was connected and after connecting to the customer care, they are saying that our internet is not working so wait for bus it will come.
                        Please resolve your bus service and it facility. It just wasting time of the passenger. Due to this type of ridiculous error, passenger will not have trust on your facility. Please try to resolve such faults.

                          Hi,
                          Due to one fail booking of which amount has been already debited, just to confirm about my booking i called up to gsrtc customer care. The person who was on other side was a female and she was so illiterate and manner less to talk to customer. Moreover she used a slang language to me and when i asked her name to complaint about this, then she cut the call. Due to company's website this fault has been created and adding such behavior of its employee is highly ridiculous and intolerable. I need that proper step must be taken against such employee to make them realize about their behavior and duties.

                            Dear sir i have booked ticket online from ahemdabad to bhavnagar gsrtc luxury bus on 22 march 2019. Rs 241 deducted from my account but tickets booking not done ans also not get refund rs.241.. Pls help as soon as possible..                             The bus driver doesn't stop bus at kaliyawadi in Navsari. That's a daily root of bus driver. That bus is go to Navsari to kukarmunda and that bus passes in Bardoli and I am a student of Tajpor collage .

                              Devmurari one of you employee working at inquiry counter is very arrogant. I asked four times politly what is the time of this bus but he did not replied. My father asked me what did he said i said "nothing he is not answering" then he shouted and used abusive words for me and my father i can not mention here i want to lodge complain agaist him for insulting me and my father publicly and gave us mental agony.

                              If gsrtc will not take any action i will file defermation agaist him and gsrtc.

                                  We Booked tickets from Ahmedabad to Baroda on 24/3/2019 vide PNR no-G25981531 but transction failed and booking was not successful.so we booked another ticker with PNR No-G25981752.but when we reached station conductor told us that both bookings were confirmed.No msg or email was received for PNR no-G25981531 for successful booking. So as a loyal customer i request you to refund amount of Rs.477/- to my account for failed booking.

                                  we called customer care 4-5 time every time they told me plz wait we will refund but nobody give answer perfectly

                                      Hello,
                                      I had boom bus ticket pnrno :g25823059. That is cancelled automatically, i didn't get any updates after that so i have called to gsrtc customer care, i give her to my booking pnr and ask that when i get my refund. But she's behavior is so wrong and she cut call. I have complain about gsrtc services and gsrtc staff. I didn't get my refund back.
