We are booked a bus from Naroda Patiya to modasa but bus is not coming and we are facing so many problems.
Pls provide refund for the same.

Today my reservation is Morbi to Surat morning 6:55 am our village charadva bus not stop so we reservation morbi housing stop but conductor was no any single phone and he ask our policy we not ringing the reservation client so pls my humble request many client was tried this policy. Pls compulsory start every reservation client only one call base informed.

One of complaint Our village Charadva Bus pickup point not seen in online reservation portal so all client reservation the ticket morbi and return ticket book Morbi to surat but actual our village name not shown in system so conductor not informed me and not stop bus our village and other person seating my seat. This issue many time found so pls request Chradva village stop bus and all conductor call every client

Above subject there are no bus depo in amod and depend on jambusar depo jambusar to bholav bharuch buses who pass from amod.Buses come from jambusar full and no seat availability in bus.passengers from amod depend on private vehicle.also no timing fix from jambusar depo buses and any time trip cancel jamusar to bholav trip and passenger from amod very long time waiting for bus.
We request to provide amod to bholav bharuch bus service for morning and evening time beacause government and private sector job employees come from bharuch. Requested to amod bus depo provide bus service for amod passengers.

MY NAME NAME IS KASAM PINDHARA,
I travel everyday from Sidhpur to Palanpur, I WAS STANDING AT AROMA CIRCLE BUS STAND IN PALANPUR,
I waved to the bus from a distance,
But the driver did not stop the bus,
And I saw that the bus was 50% empty.
I ran behind the bus and told the conductor to stop the bus,
The bus did not stop even after listening to the conductor,

Please solve this problem of mine.

Mare Rajkot thi Porbandar thi Bhuj ni bus nu booking 12:35 nu hatu pan 11:10 no time thata bus n aavi. Pachhi ame biji bus ma Rajkot jata rashiya.
To amaru refund pachhu khata ma nakho.

Dear team,
We expect more from government and it delivered very well. But in gsrtc part bus time table is too much irregular. At today 5.00 am bantwa-morbi bus is arrived at 5.40 am from bantwa depo. Please this type of behavior we are not expecting after given 156 seats. I will highlight this issue on Twitter as well. Hope you guys work and show some effort on this. Nothing personal but it's irritating. Just imagine we are at bus stop at 4.40 am to 5.30 am to just wait for bus which time was (5.00 am). This thing is happening at daily basis. We are not paying tax for this type of service. Please understand and do some action on this.

Please increase the frequency from ahmedabad to himmatnagar after 7.30 evening so that all passenger get bus on time., because idar depot has cancelled there two route in the and there is no local bus after 7.30 all the passenger are having difficulty for that so plz 🙏 look after that sir..

Not any vaccancy in bus seat in gsrtc...from lalpur to Adipur (Gandhidham)...if you not able to provided full bus service in different different place in different different districts so why you arange this types of center from many long km centers...❓❓❓

સવિનય સહ ઉપરોક્ત વિષય અન્વયે જણાવવાનું કે, આજ રોજ તા.૦૪.૦૫.૨૦૨૩ ના રોજ વિજાપુર ડેપોની બસ જે (વિજાપુર ફતેપુરા) બસ ને રોજ હાથ લાંબો કરવા છ્તાં પણ વડાગામ સ્ટોપ પર ઉભી રહેતી નથી જેનો સમય સવારે 10.20 ની આસપાસ વડાગામ થી લુણાવાડા જી.મહીસાગર તરફ જાય છે અને આવું વારંવાર થાય છે જેને લીધે ગ્રામ જનોને ઘણી તકલીફ પડે છે અને હાથ લાંબો કરીયે ત્યારે ડ્રાઈવરશ્રી બસની સાઇડ પણ બદલી નાખે છે અને કંડક્ટરશ્રી પણ જાણે કઈ દેખાતા ના હોય તેવી વીતે મોબાઇલ પણ ધ્યાન રાખે છે અને મુસાફર હાથ લાંબો કરે તે જોતાં પણ નથી અને બસ પણ ખાલી હોય છે તો મારી આપ સાહેબને નમ્ર વિનંતી કે આ બાબતે યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી થવા સારું

My complaint is that i booked 2 tickets from Surat to Vallbhipur from GSRTC website. My date of journey was 03/05/2023 from Surat to Vallbhipur in sleeper.My PNR no. is
G[protected] and trip code is 1745NVSPLTTSLP1. My total bus fair is 327/-.My journey time was 7:00 PM. Bus was on time at surat but it reaches vallbhipur 7:00 AM instead of 3:15 AM and yes it is 4 hours late and when i ask reason for driving slow then they told me that brakes are not proper working thats why we are driving slow but my concern is that you travel from Surat to all the way till Vallbhipur without proper brakes. You are risking our lives so what i want is first repair all this type of buses and give me refund because it is not acceptable. Your slogan
Steering Miles With Smiles is all wrong if brakes are not working then how are you gonna chase miles and with smiles. So at last request you to refund me in my bank account as soon as possible.

I am here at sarangpur bus stop from last 1hour. My bus time was on 4:30 ( Dhari to Fatehpura) still the bus has not arrived yet. All the buses are very late and bus stop is not at all clean. People are not able to sit in the bus stop. The washroom are very dirty.
I'm with my family and there are 2 senior citizens with me. They are facing a lot of problems because of this.

I would request you to look into this as soon as possible and make the bus stop clean and tidy and also bus should arrive at its given time.

જય ભારત સાથે આપ શ્રી સાહેબ ને જણાવવાનું કે તારીખ 01/05/2023 સોમવાર ના રોજ સવારે કપડવંજ ડેપો ની બસ કપડવંજ - દુધરેજધામ સવારે 7.30 વાગ્યે બસ ખાલી હોવા છતાં રામ તલાવડી ઊભી રાખેલ નહોતી, અને ફરજ ઉપરના ડ્રાયવર એ હાથ કરતા અમારી ઉપર આવી કટ મારીને બસ ફાસ્ટ હંકારી મુકેલ હતી વધુ માં આપ શ્રી સાહેબ ને જણાવવાનું કે રામ તલવાડી થી અમો અપ ડાઉન કરતા ઘણા મુસાફરો દરરોજ હેરાન થઈએ છીએ.
અત્યાર સુધી કપડવંજ -દુધરેજધામ લોકલ બસ હતી પણ જ્યાર થી એક્સપ્રેસ કરવામાં આવી છે ત્યાર થી ફરજ પરના ડ્રાઈવરે નડીઆદ માં રામ તલાવડી કાયદેસર નું એક્સપ્રેસ અને લોકલ બસ નું સ્ટેન્ડ હોવા છતાં એમની મરજી મુજબ ક્યારેક ઊભી રાખે છે અને ક્યારેક નથી ઊભી રાખતા જેની આપ શ્રી સાહેબ ને જાણ થાય. જેથી યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરવા અને ન્યાય આપવા આપ શ્રી સાહેબ ને નમ્ર અપીલ છે.

We have file a complaint in the month of 8thFeb, 2023 regarding the the resumption of ahmedabad-gandhinagar bus service at 7:10 am.

There are so many labourers at the paldi bus station and due to the cancellation of the 7:10 am ahmedabad-gandhinagar bus service there is very much load in the 7:20 am ahmedabad- gandhinagar bus and it was all most full at the paldi station itself so that passengers from the next stations could not even get in to the bus.

We sincerely request you to resume the above bus at 7:10 am so that the load can be shared and all passengers can travel safely.

Today I travelled Ahmedabad to Chattral and my fare is 43 INR and i give 50 rupees to bus conductor. After I demand my 7 rupees return, he denied and misbehaved with me, Bus number is GJ18Y7919 and my ticket number is 291599
