Today evening conductor of bus numner GJ18 5143 (Ahemdabad to Patan), Conductor wears spectacles, he was behaving very badly with a boy who sat by seeing bus board but bus board was wrongly kept so he sat in this bus mistakenly, but on that conductor said bad words about mom n sisiter to that boy. I hope a strict actuon must be taken against the culprit and must keep in open to people such incidents so that People will be aware of, I will be giving same copy of this complaint to Police for further concern, so I hope a strict action should be taken

This is to inform that We all passengers facing problems with Driver or Conductor misbehaving to us or not giving proper genuine language with all passengers or also giving warning to us in bad manner so we requesting to dismiss such types of your employees from your corporations.

As per attached photo of the we received communication that, "all bus related to himmatnagar /mansa will not came to kalol depo" and "all all buses will maintain from workshop".
When we reached at depo at 7:10 am, representative at inquiry booth were not available and office was locked.
We went to workshop after reading notice board, workshop people told us that more 10 people were returned from here from same bus. Please go to depo your bus will arrived over their only.

Such a nonsense management, you should at least put one representative to provide correct advise to passenger.

Hope you will revert with your action.

Fencing post are ready to fall anytime, its support is off from ground.

People are tend to wait for bus or walk around to this area as seen in this photo, the fencing post is in very conditions that it will fall in heavy rain and may cause accident. It has risk of human injury.

Please fix it soonest and make it safer.

Locaton-Navsari Bus Depot

I had a reservation from MAHUVA to KESHOD on date[protected] at 08:30 am.
When we got our sits, we found that there was a puncture in bus. So bus was taken to the work shop for puncture repairing. Upon asking Ticket Collector about time to get bus repaired, we were told that right now there are no workers available to get bus repaired.

It is ok if there is any natural circumstances and due to that travellers stuck to thier travelling. But it is very bad that due to not having enough staff at workshop, travellers gets suffered for waiting too much.

I would really appreciate if you would look into this for the sake of travellers.

Zagadiya depot manader does not reply on telephone to my inquiries regarding bus schedules and irregularity of services.Rajpardi to netrang bus reaches at Netrang at 6:30pm which is not its scheduled time to reach there. so kindly re schedule. the bus services &make it sure that bus from rajpardi to netrang reaches at netrang at 5:30pm so that students &service class people can avail the services in better way

Bus is too late for leaving the place Godhra for reaching Zalod, the time of this bus 07:00am daily having bus number GJ18 3258. But the bus not leaving the station till 07:29 am due to bus conductor who is not coming on time and due to this all the passengers are suffering and then some of passengers are changing the busincluding l. I have bus ticket which I changed and also the pictures of late bus. So please take necessary action against the responsible manager or whoever responsible. Because l am so late on duty to reach dudhiya. Please give justice for lateness. This is the problem of daily.

My Friend reached Gita Mandir at 5.40 and the conductor does not give her ticket of Volvo bus from Ahmedabad to Baroda at ticket counter 25.

He did not allow her ticket for next bus of 6.15pm, 6.30pm, 6.45pm nor at 7, he just made a ridiculous excuse cannot print the ticket because the machine is not working and just before she gave a ticket to a guy for 6.30pm

This is ridiculous she feels so harassed that no one can help me out to get a single ticket even the head person said strictly no that he could not help.
Now how much still we have to wait just for a single ticket.

This is a BIG Shame on all you Guys.

On date 10/07/2018 I was waiting for GSRTC bus at Sundar Puri bus stop, GANDHIDHAM kutch at 10-25am. The bus no. GJ 18 Y 9100 from Mata na madh to Gadhada but they did not stop the bus at the stop. I followed this bus and boarded at Oslo. I request to give complain book but they do not have. We go to complain at GANDHIDHAM bus depot but they also do not take the complain nor do they have complain book. Please do suggest the proper action to be taken in this case. And follow up with me. I had reservation from junagadh to vijaywada bus route and i had booked single seat but seat push back not working properso i complaint to conductor but he told me that we can't helped you, if you want to do journeys, please seat here only else you leave the bus and we can't give you refund..feel so embarrassing from GSRTC . if you think that i am wrong please check that seat.

This bus is daily depart from Gandhinagar before it's original time bus is depart 6:45 from Gandhinagar and after 7:00 PM there is no bus for Mehsana from Gandhinagar all passengers are very harres after 7:00 pm so kindly do need full it's humbel request to u.

I am travelling in regular in GSRTC BUS. Sir Your bus no. GJ18 Z 3401 OF CHOTILA depo.
It is departure from rajkot to chotila at 9.30 am, when it comes at hospital chowk rajkot it halt for 10 to 15 minutes and then after it again halt 10 to 15 minutes at Green land chowkdi rajkot. So regularly delay 0.30 minutes to chotila reach chotila... Its daily routine for unnecassary halt. We daily suffer from this problem. Kindly do need ful

starting from palanpur to sidhpur @ 7:15 pm
but when jagana station comes driver was started talking to someone on his mobile and talk about 15 minutes...
If any casualty done at that time who is responsible for that...
Take strictly action on this issue...
A driver have many passengers responsibility ... So please give strictly action on this issue...

This is to bring to your kind notice that the state transport buses coming to vansda, dist: navsari, gujarat, does not come to new bus stand first and the passengers are forcefully dropped at kacheri stand which is almost 150 meters... And the bus goes to old bus stand... If we want to get down on new bus stand then, as per the conductors we need to buy a new ticket... Which is not fair at all... The passengers with luggage are harassed a lot... Request you to do the needful at the earliest.

I travel by your government bus sunav to nadiad. And today at 8 pm nadiad - gada bus didn't came and it's always get cancel 3 days in a week and delay every day when it's come. And main thing depo announcement didn't announce every day that this bus is late or cancel today. Because of this unresponsive behavior many passenger didn't get home on time and they have to suffer 2 hours. And when we go for complain they didn't give answer and make excuse. I pay my service pass money and didn't get my transportation on time and because of this i go home at night at 11 and it's not my only problem hundred of passenger suffer from this. Mr manoj bhai from nadiad depo didn't want to take responsibility on this. I[censored] really think we are your valuable costumer and you want to help us then please it's my humble request do some action on this and give me your valuable feedback

Bus driver from jhagadia depot did not stopped bus at umalla bus station. This happened many times, many people's are facing this issue and nobody is taking any action from depot and ignoring complaints. As usual i and few people were waiting for the bus to arrive for almost an hour and when the bus came we signal bus driver but driver did not stop the bus...

I booked a bus for date 2nd july 2018, from surendranagar to ahmedabad for time 5 am morning with seat number 39 and 40 for me and my wife. At the time of booking these seats were in a single row.

But when we saw the bus, these numbers were changed. 39 and 40 both seats were on separate side. Why and how this happened.

M but now a days this bus will be converted to gurjar nagri so we cant be afort to pasanger pass and so many student will be travel in these bus so i request you sir plz express bus or local bus can be provide to mornig becuse our colg time will be 7.20so cant not travel 5.30 bus plz request you to allowed student pass or bus will be change to local or express...

I have booked my tickets in GSRTC sleeper class bus ONLINE from SHIRDI to VADODARA MAKARPURA . The seat numbers are 4, 5 in sleeper class and 11and 12 in sitting .The date of journey was 30 JUN 18 . Whereas normal bus was provided in place of sleeper bus as it was confirmed by driver as well conductor of normal bus that sleeper bus broke down and the normal bus will replace that bus. As it is a great cause of inconvenience to passenger like us.Hence you are requested to refund the difference of fair to my account. Or else advice on the subject to get my refund.

I'm travelled from bus which is going to jafrabad from ahmedabad. Bus number was gj.18 y 6399. Driver stop bus near by village vichhiya at 1.57 a. M that was remote area and also sanitation facilities was not available there. They should do halt at least where people can refresh not anywhere at 2 o'clock of night.
Kindly consider my problem because it cost in future more if it's not solve. It can harm passengers too.
