I booked bus from ahmedabad to baroda on 30 july, 2018 timings 6:30 pm.
Due to rickshaw strike couldn't reach the bus stop on time.
I requested to transfer the ticket. Though many seats were empty, still i was not allowed to.
When you have same amount and due to valid reason if you are requesting to transfer a ticket, then it should be possible.

My complainy is Rajkot to Kalavad express bus is one day stop and one day not stop in mota mauva.
This is a new mini bus coming to khambhadiya district.
This express bus night in Kalavad..
This bus is coming Rajkot 6AM.
If stops every day then not stop any days.
Please sir answer very fast from me.
I am waiting for your answer.

I am doing daily up & down from baroda to surat for which I want to made a monthly pass but due to my departure time is early 7 am & back time is 10pm hence not able to go your window counter hence if you will provide online facility for it many of people like me access & get easy pass.

Dear sir

I am working in a village in that only one bus available in the morning so u have to catch the bus complusary.. But many a time .Today.. Ahmedabad to Ambaliyasan bus has reached Chandkheda but ur driver not stopped the bus.. So am feeling Un satisfied with GSRTC..

With due respect it is inform you that we are the students of rk university tramba about 10 students are daily travelling to tramba from babra daily we are used to travel through amreli - dwarka gsrtc but it is coming full and daily we have to travel by standing it is nearly about 62 km far from our village so please it is our request to solve this problem...

I was waiting for a bus to Gandhinagar at Gujarat High court bus stand on 23rd of the July, 2018. At around 12:25PM a bus with number GJ18-Z-2939 came and even though I raised my hand and signalled the driver to stop at the bus stand, he denied by hand gesture and did not stop.

I am at valsad bus depot near railway station. I arrived here at 12:00 pm. I want to go to unai. At enquiry i was informed that bus for unai will arrive at 1:00 pm. Its 1:30 now and now i asked enquiry about bus info he plainly said there is no bus available and totally said its not coming. No announcements were made about any cancelation. My whole day is wasted. They dont value wastage of others time money and energy. Totally disappointing gsrtc.

In gsrtc vadodara - halol or halol-vadodara mini buses conductors do not allow student passes.
Do not stop any locale buses at kotambi (Vadodara) stop.
No any locale bus conductor allow to student pass in all mini buses.
No any locale buses stop on kotambi stop.
Many time complain give in depot manege. But no any give solution.

Ati ap saheb ne jannavvanu ke dhandhuka depo ma bas time tabel pramane bas avti nathi kyarek 30thi 40 minit bas vela ave ane kyarek bas etlij modi ave se ane condakter 2 sito nakhi ne bese se bas ma kyarek kyare condakter pan hota nathi

I sat in bus at 12:34 pm from motipura bus stop for gadhada kampa. Bus conductor told me where you want to go i told him to 1 ticket for gadhada kampa. But bus conductor told me there is no stop on my system. I told to him ok then give me next bus stop ticket and drop me at gadhadakampa. Conductor use abuse word and i will not stop there such kind of word used by him. I felt guilty. 3 time incident happen with different buses i request you please add bus stop at gadhadakampa also, give some punishment to conductor si he can not use such kind of word.

Hello sir,
I have booked two ticket from chikhli to ahmedabad ranip for the journey on 28 july 2018 to the name of laxmidas parmar & geetaben parmar. The bus name is valsad mehsana express. Its depature time is 7.15 am but when passenger went to chikhli bus stand at 7.10 am the bus is already left. And bus stand management said that its right time is 7.00 am. So please kindly suggest us what we do?? Our money are going wasted. If you want futher proofes related to ticket then i can send you the details.

And today this trip fair to 97rs. Also ahmedabad to ambaji original fair to 120 rs. And today this trip fair to 150rs. So... How can i you... Please replay.. This is a big crime... Please justice... Some how he was to free or i asked about bus routes n his behaviour lyk he is ignored me... Or i told him 7 time n thn his reply is half an hour latter your bus on platform... Its not good... Please very educated people also travll on your gsrtc so plz be careful...

Good afternoon sir,

This is to inform you that my name is chetan sagar, doing service in government primary school. I am doing up down from sojitra to vadodara via anand everyday. At 5:45 pm me and my many couligues are coming from vadodara to sojitra via anand. At this time one express bus is scheduled from vadodara to aanand. This bus route is "anand - pavagadh - anand expeess". This bus has departure time from vadodara is 5:50 pm but on the day when conducter is ashokbhai, this express bus departing at 6:05 pm everytime. We are requesting you to take action so that this bus departure at 5:50 pm or kindly shift this conducter in another route so that we can reach to sojitra via anand on time.
Hope that you will take necessory action to resolve our problem as soon as possible. We will wait for your action.

I am anuj barot, i have travelling from rajkot-vadodara, i have purchased ticket rs 189 whose ticket number 028489, near dhola-bagodara checking are carried out, but i have lost my ticket, i told checking officer to check out machine report but still not checking out and one decision taken to take fine 500rs from me, and second ticket purchase for travel whose rs 189 ticket number 028510, i can't believe in gsrtc for inconvenience for traveller because this travelling cause to me 189+189+500= 878 rs
Please take necessary action against him.
I have all kind of proof towards officer i[censored] want then i will send to gsrtc managing director.

Dear sir/madam,
I have booked a ticket seat no 30, 31 for destination: ahmedabad in bus surat to radhanpur with pnr no.:g21126507 dated 16th july, 2018 official arrival time of the bus: 00:35 at pickup point: bharuch gnfc bus stand which was delayed and reached bharuch at 8:30 am (The conductor called me for the boarding) i. E 8 hours late from the decided time.

Due to this, i had to catch another bus i. E from surat to ambaji which arrived at 4 am. So, the reserved ticket was wasted and i had to buy another ticket for the same destination.

Kindly provide me some solution to this issue commercially.

Also, i have mailed on [protected]@mail1. Gsrtc.in for the same on 19th july, 2018 but no reply has been provided from that side

During my travel in GSRTC Volvo, I experienced very rude and unethical behavior of bus conductor. He doesn't have etiquettes. GSRTC needs to take a next towards teaching them how to talk to women and other passengers. I am highly disappointed with the way he talked to me.

Dear sir we are doing up-down from anand to khambhat and vice-versa. From khambhat to anand, bus no 9500, rajavadi, departure time of the said bus is 5:20. But the bus did not come on time everyday. Almost 30-40 people who works in ONGC, PUBLIC SECTOR BANKS OR IN POLICE DEPARTMENT And other department. The bus always comes late. Infect in this week it comes at around 6:15. I request you to take serious action against them. And regular the bus.

As a professor I am working in merchant engineering college.i was coming from visnagar to vadnagar.i raise my hand to stop bus which was going vadnagar and bus was on depot of visnagar bus stand. I hold the handle of door and driver was driving bus for 100 meter so therefore he know I hold the handle. So if any injuries happened to me who was responsible for that. I want to know detail answer about this issue.

I am RTI ACTIVIST and I wish some hard steps should be taken over that bus driver for this kind of behaviour.

If the bus is full and the passengers trying to get in the bus driver and conducter did'nt say a word and just drive the bus while passengers are in hanging condition they even did not bother to tell them that bus is full... bus staff don't care if passenger is fall down or crusher under the tier... very unsatisfied with the service of gsrtc.. disappointed..
Bus staff's behaviour with the passengers with the pass is very bad like they are ruling over us.. i am rating gsrtc below zero.
