જય ભારત સાથે આપ શ્રી સાહેબ ને જણાવવાનું કે તારીખ 01/05/2023 સોમવાર ના રોજ સવારે કપડવંજ ડેપો ની બસ કપડવંજ - દુધરેજધામ સવારે 7.30 વાગ્યે બસ ખાલી હોવા છતાં રામ તલાવડી ઊભી રાખેલ નહોતી, અને ફરજ ઉપરના ડ્રાયવર એ હાથ કરતા અમારી ઉપર આવી કટ મારીને બસ ફાસ્ટ હંકારી મુકેલ હતી વધુ માં આપ શ્રી સાહેબ ને જણાવવાનું કે રામ તલવાડી થી અમો અપ ડાઉન કરતા ઘણા મુસાફરો દરરોજ હેરાન થઈએ છીએ.
અત્યાર સુધી કપડવંજ -દુધરેજધામ લોકલ બસ હતી પણ જ્યાર થી એક્સપ્રેસ કરવામાં આવી છે ત્યાર થી ફરજ પરના ડ્રાઈવરે નડીઆદ માં રામ તલાવડી કાયદેસર નું એક્સપ્રેસ અને લોકલ બસ નું સ્ટેન્ડ હોવા છતાં એમની મરજી મુજબ ક્યારેક ઊભી રાખે છે અને ક્યારેક નથી ઊભી રાખતા જેની આપ શ્રી સાહેબ ને જાણ થાય. જેથી યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરવા અને ન્યાય આપવા આપ શ્રી સાહેબ ને નમ્ર અપીલ છે.

We have file a complaint in the month of 8thFeb, 2023 regarding the the resumption of ahmedabad-gandhinagar bus service at 7:10 am.

There are so many labourers at the paldi bus station and due to the cancellation of the 7:10 am ahmedabad-gandhinagar bus service there is very much load in the 7:20 am ahmedabad- gandhinagar bus and it was all most full at the paldi station itself so that passengers from the next stations could not even get in to the bus.

We sincerely request you to resume the above bus at 7:10 am so that the load can be shared and all passengers can travel safely.

Today I travelled Ahmedabad to Chattral and my fare is 43 INR and i give 50 rupees to bus conductor. After I demand my 7 rupees return, he denied and misbehaved with me, Bus number is GJ18Y7919 and my ticket number is 291599

Subject : Complaint matter against the driver and conductor of the bus plying in our Rajkot Kalavad route...


Kindly inform that GSRTC Mini Bus No. GJ-18-Z-3210 plying on our route Rajkot to Kalavad at 2:45pm never park on the platform at Rajkot Central Bus Stand due to which many passengers face inconvenience and this bus directly from the parking lot. takes off and no one is allowed to sit even in the parking lot due to bullies and additionally if any passenger does not have free money, the conductor in the bus uses abusive words and behaves in a way that pleases everyone (like if they do not have free money they do not sit in the bus, have you come to your father's merrage?, if you say anything, I will put you in the bus...) some of whose words are not even writable which are used by conductors and today I was standing at Metoda GIDC Gate No. 3 Even though there was space in the bus, the bus was not stopped and not only at my stop but it never stopped at any other stop from Rajkot to Kalavad except Nikava. I have also attached the photo of the passengers sitting on the bus and the photo of their ticket from their phone and which complain already told by rajkot depo manager with all details on number [protected] through whatsapp. It is our humble request to register this complaint and take appropriate action on it.

આપના દ્વારા છેલ્લા 15 દિવસ થી મેઘરજ થી અમરેલી બસ સેવા ચાલુ થઈ છે, તેના બદલ આપણો ખૂબ ખૂબ આભાર, પરંતુ આમાં રાત્રિ ની મુસાફરી હોવાને કારણે નોકરીયાત વર્ગ માં થોડીક મુશ્કેલીઓ સર્જાય છે, જેથી આ એકસપ્રેસ બસ સેવાને સ્લીપર/ સ્લીપર એ સી બસ સેવા કરવા આપને નમ્ર અપીલ છે.

I was travelling in car with my family at night and there I faced a lot of problem. Firstly there were no lights on the road. And as road construction is going on no proper sign board are mentioned. We were about to bang into one of the construction because no sign was mention and it was very dark. I would request you to add proper signs to avoid accidents on road.

સવિનય સાથ જણાવવાનું કે અમારા રૂટ રાજકોટ થી કાલાવડ માં બપોરે ૨:૪૫ વાગ્યે ચાલતી GSRTC મીની બસ નંબર GJ -18 -Z -3210 બસ ક્યારેય રાજકોટ સેન્ટ્રલ બસ સ્ટેન્ડમાં પ્લેટફોર્મ પર પાર્ક થતી નથી જેના કારણે ઘણા મુસાફરો મુશ્કેલી અનુભવે છે તથા આ બસ સીધી પાર્કિંગમાંથી જ ઉપડી જાય છે અને દાદાગીરીથી પાર્કિંગ માં પણ કોઈને બેસવા દેતા નથી તથા વધારામાં કોઈ પણ પેસેન્જર પાસે છુટા પૈસા ન હોય તો બસમાં કંડકટર બધા વચ્ચે અપશબ્દોનો ઉપયોગ કરે છે અને મન ફાવે તેવું વર્તન કરે છે (જેમ કે છુટા ન હોય તો બસ માં ન બેસાય, તારા બાપની જાનમાં આવ્યો છો, કઈ બોલ્યો તો ગાડી માથે ચડાવી દેશું...) જેમના અમુક શબ્દો તો લખી શકાય તેવા પણ નથી જે કન્ડક્ટર દ્વારા ઉપયોગ માં લેવામાં આવે છે તથા આજે હું મેટોડા GIDC ગેટ નંબર ૩ પર ઉભો હતો ત્યાં બસ માં જગ્યા હોવા છતાં બસ ઉભી રાખવામાં આવી ન હતી અને એ ફક્ત મારા સ્ટોપ પર જ નહિ પરંતુ રાજકોટ થી કાલાવડ સુધીમાં નિકાવા સિવાય અન્ય કોઈ સ્ટોપ પર ક્યારેય ઉભી રાખતા નથી આ બસમાં મારા મિત્ર કે જે એ સમય દરમિયાન રાજકોટ થી આ બસ માં મુસાફરી કરી રહ્યા હતા તેમના ફોનમાંથી મેં એ સમયનો બસના બેઠેલા મુસાફરોનો ફોટો અને તેમની ટિકિટ નો ફોટો પણ સાથે જોડેલ છે અમારી નમ્ર વિનંતી છે કે અમારી આ ફરિયાદ નોંધી તેના પર યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરવા વિનંતી.

Surat-amreli bus from Baroda to Amreli it is never on his time it always late please have a look on it because of there inconvenience passengers suffers alot many ot them are have a personal urgent work so what do we for it...please try solved the s soon as possible. So many times its around 3-3:30 hours to reached late...

Dear sir,

I complaint against bus driver and conductor for rude behavior with my father and sister whos travelling in St bus Mundra to mandvi on 28.4.2022 conductor leave my father on radhanpur bus station-Gujarat and miss behaviour with my sister in bus for bus can not stop 2 min. He rudely behavior with my sister. My father have already tickets of 2 person. In addition to that conductor saying new ticket generate of my sister

I hope you will take necessary steps and action

Gsrtc bus which started its journey from Nadiad to Deesa needs in between break for lunch because from nadiad it started the journey at 2:30 pm then the conductor told that near unava it will stop for lunch for 30 mins and many traveller could face problems to reach at their destination so for this take some action

Driver has no sense of driving.
Me and other passenger felt so many time reckless driving on the highway.
Furthermore driver has not enough knowledge of noise pollution, therefore he is frequently blowing the horn unnecessary.
Driver has no feat of complaint so he told that do whatever you want to do.
Due above mention reasons, i request that give him a strict punishment so this situation will not face by any passenger...

Mandvi to Kawat bus ( GJ 18 Z 7745 ) do bypass halol depo in 3 days of week and today also and we call bus conductor Mr. Himanshu and Driver Mr. Jayesh about why he do bypass halol depo today ? but he refuse to come depo and not properly answered,

And
They always stopped bus for eat food at unsafe place on deep forrest area Zari village and waste minimum 45 min every day

I had booked my Volvo from Baroda Central bus station to Ahmedabad Nehru nagar which was supposed to depart from Baroda at 8.45 am. The pnr of the booking is G[protected] with fare INR 239. The bus was delayed and supposed to reach Baroda at 11.15. i wasn't able to wait for so long as i already had meetings scheduled with the client. When I reached out to local ticket counter they said they can't provide refund as ticket was booked online. I contacted customer care but even they didn't provide me any solution and I had to book another ticket of Volvo bus at 9.30 am. I was not at fault here and had to suffer. So I want my full refund to be done .

According to the new timetable of the new depot of Bhavnagar, 4 local buses have been shown after 6:30 pm. But after 6:30 p.m., the direct 9:00 p.m. Mahuva local bus arrives, it is also not on time.

There is only 1 bus pr provided between 6:15 to 7:00 AM from Bodeli to Vadodara that to coming from Kavant, bus gets overloaded everyday. Not even place for standing.
They are not keeping any extra bus for Vadodara.
One day they kept extra bus, that day the bus run on 6:45 from bodeli, second it run on 6:40, and other day it run on 6:30. We don't know when to reach bodeli depo to catch that bus.

When I asked bodeli depo manager about this, they are saying that there is no fix timings for extra buses.
Also depo manager never gives answer with good attitude.

Please keep one bodeli to vadodara bus between 6:15 to 7:00 AM.

Bus route vadodra to dhari in this bus all child above 5 years ticket in not taking by coundcutar as per my observation. So please check it.

Hello I'm complaining about the bus number GJ18-Z-8600 rapar depot midi bus (rapar bhuj rapar via dudhai).
Firstly bus reaches bhuj delay and goes in workshop frequently, departure time is 9:00 AM from bhuj but its always late, today Bus is 1Hr delayed . Please note that bus don't go in workshop frequently, its difficult for us to wait for hours.thank you.

A bus from Vav to Ahmedabad is scheduled at 17:00 which did not come at Starting point Vav (Banaskantha) and directly went from Tharad to Ahmedabad. I was waiting for it at Vav. My time was wasted and could not reach the end station in time. If any issue then please don't show bus on gsrtc site. Who is responsible for this issue.
Day by day GSRTC is going worse.

TORAN HOTEL NEAR TO DHANDHUKA Prize is very high compare to other hotel & qulity is not good
Simple men how to afford tea prize is 20..and qulity is poor
Poha prize 30 but its mot hot...etc
Amul masti mrp is 15 but hotel can charge 20
