Respected sir,
I'm travelled from bus which is going to jafrabad from ahmedabad. Bus number was gj.18 y 6399. Driver stop bus near by village vichhiya at 1.57 a. M that was remote area and also sanitation facilities was not available there. They should do halt at least where people can refresh not anywhere at 2 o'clock of night.
Kindly consider my problem because it cost in future more if it's not solve. It can harm passengers too.

I booked my ticket from palanpur to mehsana modhera highway. I made the payment. Then i see that amount is debited but my ticket is not booked. I booked my ticket on[protected]. So now i want refund. So please take a prompt action. Because in this website it has written that payment transaction should be completed in 15 min. But it couldn't happened. That's why, and i booked ticket for tomorrow i. E[protected] so that i want my refund. So please give due attention to complaint.

I m a student and last 4 yr i m regular use jamnagar to ahemdabd bus at 5 a. M but now a days this bus will be converted to gurjar nagri so we cant be afort to pasanger pass and so many student will be travel in these bus so i request you sir plz express bus or local bus can be provide to mornig becuse our colg time will be 7.20so cant not travel 5.30 bus plz request you to allowed student pass or bus will be change to local or express

Dear sir/madam,
Bus bound from gandhinagar to kapadwanj at 0915h is being delayed deliberately by the driver driving today 28jun18. It has become a habit of this driver. He stop the bus at unauthorised stp also. Today he started from gandhinagar at 0924h instead of 0915h.
We have many times requested him to drive bus as per rules. But of no use.

Kindly ask driver to run the bus in time and not to stop at unauthorised suop.

Other bus driver on this route are very nice and having very good behavior.

Myself passengers, i have a complain about petalad surat bus, bus number gj-18-z-1840, time-8am this bus is irregular from few days due to bus speed. Bus speed is control under 60 to 65/km that's why the bus is let atlist 20 to 25 minute due to this we are facing problem. We are let at job because bus is irregular and this bus is gurjer nagari bus we have passenger pass of gurjer nagari in that bus atlist 20 to 25 passengers have pass. So kindly note our complain and please help us to regular bus time. We try to contact with petlad depo manager but he can't answering our calls. Moreover the bus is gurjer nagari but in a month bus is ordinary more than 10 time. This is a request from all passenger who have service pass of gurjer nagari bus.

Bardoli linear. We are having a complain about the renewal of student pass in bardoli linear station. There is only 1 server for boys and girls due this mass gathering is done on the station. We are coming from last 1 week and still due weak server the pass have not been renewed. Due to this we are not able to attent our college lectures. Please look in our problem.

I had tried for booked my gsrtc ticket on8th june 18 but i could not get that ticket but my amount was deducted from my account worth of around 700.
I please to request you to revert asap.
I thought it will return on 3 to7 days as every privet sector return the amount but our govt sector has to improve for thir attitude towarsa the customer.
Gsrtc ref num is gs 5847105.
Hope that it will works and look your prompt and positive response in regard of subjected matter

(No-092052) between vadodara to thuvavi that bus is express.. And that driver did not stopped bus at 'thuvavi'... Stopage
That guy always stopped a bus... Long distance..
Sir i am working woman and that bus driver daily forget thuvavi stopage and drop late night too much long...

23 જુન 2018, શનિવાર ના રોજ બારડોલી-જાફરાબાદ બસ મા 2 સિટ રિઝર્વ કરેલી.બસ નો ટાઇમ 8:20 નો હતો. 3 કલાક સુધી રાહ જોયા છતાં પણ બસ આવી નહિ છેવટે અમારે પાછું ઘરે આવવું પડ્યું અને રિઝર્વેશન પણ કેન્સલ ના થયું.તેથી અમારી ટિકિટ ના પૈસા રિફાઇન્ડ કરવા વિનંતિ. પેસેન્જર ને ખુબજ તકલીફ પડે છે. તો આ વિષય પર ધ્યાન કેન્દ્રિત કરવા નમ્ર વિનંતી...

Bus number details are totally wrong and booking is not updated in conductor sheet
So i paid extra amount to travel the bus
What is the issue is happening here..

I was in saputara on dated 7th june & taken on line 4- ticket from saputara bus stand in charge same day for 8th night bus seva.

I have reached on bus stand at 9:15 pm. To pick the bus, while bus time was 9:50pm.

Ticket was for ahmedabad from saputara.

Ticket was for my family name is below :

But bus not came that day, i wait till 12 :00 pm (24:00) after that i pick another bus for surat & then surat to ahmedabad by taking another ticket.

It happen because there was some strike from farmers of maharashtra. So bus have cancelled from shiradi.

One of the passenger is smoking cigarette inside the bus in the presence of the bus driver and conductor. I tried to stop him politely but he didn't stopped. The conductor and bus driver also didn't took any action against this problem. I am having asthama issues and am allergic to these kind of smokes. I request you to look in this particular matter and solve the problem by contacting the driver or else conductor so that they can properly take care of these things.

૬/૬ એ ઓનલાઇન ટીકીટ બૂક કરાવી હતી.તેમાં ૨૫૬ રૂપિયા કપાયા પણ ટિકીટ મળી ન હતી. ૭/૬ એ જ ટિકીટ બુક કરાવી પણ ૨૫૬ રૂપિયા કપાય ગયા . ટીકીટ મળી ન હતી. કુલ - ૫૧૨ રૂપિયા કપાયા છે. અને ૭ દિવસ પછી ૧૨/૬ એ રૂપિયા ૨૫૬ ખાતા મા આવી ગયા છે. હજુ બાકીના પૈસા ૨૫૬ પાછા મળ્યા નથી.

ટીકીટ ની બુકિંગ નો સ્ક્રીન શોટ અને કપાયેલ પૈસા તથા પાછા મળેલ પૈસા નું મીની સ્ટેટમેન્ટ નો ફોટો નીચે એટેચ કરેલ છે.

I am on bardoli depo and hear student pass office has say thet can't work speedly they say computer server is slow they say that thing from last 4 to5 days and all the students are disturb so please help us the officer do bed behaviour with student studrnt stay in line from morning 7 am to evening 4 pm. Please help students to solve this problems.
