I have book e-ticket for the date 09/03/2018 my journey date is 10/03/2018.. Through mobile application but i have book same ticket two times so please cancel my one ticket as soon as possible

    The bus which runs from surendranagar to dhuvaran is often not reported to the traffic controller in the depot at khambhat n is driven to the destination. So, when we ask about the bus, they reply that the bus has not come yesterday but actually bus had come & missed it. Moreover, the receiver of the phone is also very often deliberately put slightly away from its right place, so our can't make inquiry. This is what i experience often. This type of practice must be improved.
    Sir, i hope you will do needful in this direction.

    At new Trikon Baug Central Bus Stand at Rajkot, M/s. Balaji Ice Cream charges Rs.30/- for Anil Look though MRP is Rs. 25/-. Additional Rs. 5/- per pack charge for cooling. Unfair for common men.

      I have tried to book bus ticket twice on gujarat state transport app on 25th january and for which my credit card has been debited twice amounting rs. 208 each i. E. Total rs. 416 but tickets were not cooked and received system error message that : "your transaction is not completed as reservation system can't process your request" and i have immediately raise query on 25th january and followed after wards on regular basis wherein i get same reply you will receive your refund amount in 7 to 21 working days but till now i have not received any refund.

      So need your help i to get the refund on top most priority

      There are more than 5 counters for ticket booking but only one is working.other officer are seating on all counters but they don't get any care of customers's inconveniency. Please make customer supporting system for this service.

              Borsad depot maximum bus directly go to anand new bus stand & they did not run properly nadiad division al manager written order that all bus go-to anand via old bus stand of anand because in this route railway station court amul dairy collector office market. Thus pl arrange new order to give good facility to public all bus go via old bus stop in morning one local bus dahod borsad also not coming to old bus stand of anand. & one exp bues dahod. Borsad also not coming at old bus stand of anand thus pl arrange order that all buses of borsad depot go via old bus stand in up.. Down journey

              This bus timing is 9:00 AM and on web site of GSRTC name of the bus is Ahmedabad-Bhabhar.

              There is no bus at 9:00 AM Ahmedabad-Bhabhar instead of it there is a Ahmedabad- Diyodar at 9:00 AM.

              There is worst behaviour remarked in conductor of Ahmedabad-Diyodar about reservation and replied no reservation even there is a reservation.

                I drashtant tanna had booked my ticket for travelling from vadodara to rajkot on thursday night i told the person who was booking advance tickets of the bus, i told him to book my ticket in surat-jamnagar sleeper bus, i told the person twice to give me ticket in that bus only but instead he gave me ticket in surat - rajkot bus of the same day and when i entered surat - jamnagar bus i was told by the conductor that that ticket was of surat rajkot bus which had left vadodara 30 mins before in front of my eyes when i went to inquiry counter and i requested them to exchange my ticket in the next bus they told me that's your problem than i requested the conductor of next bus he took me inside bus and told me to sit on the floor as all seats were reserved i requested him to replace my ticket with ticket with the ticket of that bus but he said no and told me to take a new ticket of that bus. And i took thàt this was because of the mistake of person sitting at advance booking window i paid 405 rs and suffer a lot in finding bus as all buses were packed so i request to refund my 200 rs of the previous ticket because rs 200 is quite a big amount for me and it was not at all my mistake i have both the tickets with me if you want it than i can send them.

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  Today i booked 3 ticket in GSRTC APPLICATION for sleeper bus - Nathdwara ( From Malpur to Surat ). I got sms of amount Rs
                  651 deduction from my HDFC account but i didn't got ticket via email and confirmation sms of gsrtc. This is happened 3 times with me and didn't get refund of previous two transaction.
                  My transaction payment ID was 95091441. Ref no - GS5256798 & GS5256799.

                  i want refund of failed transaction deducted amount Rs. 651.

                    Dear sir we many people regularly do up down through junagadh - Khedbramha Bus from Gondal but suddenly it's route convert Gondal bypass and we many people have face problem as we all have routine practice to up down through this bus and also that time no other gurjur Nagari bus are there so we request to arrange the route of junagadh - Khedbramha via Gondal so many people have take advantage of it

                    I had booked ticket from gsrtc application ..for Ahmedabad to Junagadh on 28 Feb, 2018..two times my money deducted but ticket didn't booked and till now I didn't get any refund...amount deducted is around 378 rs.. reference I'd for that ticket booked is GS5222910 & GS5222980.

                    I was traveling 17/02/2018 Saturday porbandar to Vadodara bus no Gj18 Z 2094.Bus not started near rajkot. We waiting 2.5 hours on road to help Gsrts help but no any reply by GPRS system and rajkot depo Manager. So We manage person vehicle Bus. So we want full refund.

                      Gsrtc bus SURAT TO JAMJODHPUR sleeper was came at baroda station late by almost more than 1.5 hour. So I want to register complain against the route and gsrtc bus timing. Enquiry person says you always consider one and half hour late on given timing of bus.

                        Dear responsible staff,

                        Hereby i would like to declare such stupid management from gsrtc staff regarding ahmedabad to indore route bus..!!

                        1 : ticket was already booked by online web and afrer reached cbs-5 bus stand we got suprised to hear by cbs staff in cabin that bus has been cancelled..!!

                        2 : after the conversation with un-educated staff employee we have asked about online ticket and he replied us to was incredible (He said that our technical staff has never did changes on website to stop sell ticket if bus is cancelled..!!

                        Action required : action will be taken till pmo india and if money will not refund it is ok for me but i have missed help to my brother as he is hospitalized due to serious accident..!!

                          I've used gsrtc online booking service for ticket booking from deesa to baroda but transaction failed and ticket is not generated and rs. 568 is deducted from my sbi account. I've phoned to gsrtc customer care, they told me within 21 days your money refund in your account but now one month is completed from transaction deducted amount is not deposited in my account. Ref. No. Of gsrtc23988 on date 04/02/2018

                              Very pathetic condition of gsrtc buses. I am standing at sarkhej bus stand for travelling to kalol. Which is approx. 46 min. Journey from sarkhej. And i am waiting here from 10.30 a. M as the timing for sarkhej mehsana bus is 11.00a. M as per time schedule. And now it is almost 12 0 clock afternoon in this hot summer day wid a kid of 2 years. Now also the bus has came 1 hour late and they are doing lunch in bus and the bus is parked at other side of bus stop. This is very ridiculous. I am a soldier and coming to gujarat in six months and trying to use govt. Vehicle but i am very disappointed by this.

                                Today my parents wants to travel from ahmedabad to jamnagar by gsrtc, but very rude & unprofessional language used by bus conductor, as my parents were blind with both eye. (Disable). Conductor does not help the needing people. I request you that conductor & driver may help and co-operate with those people who are disable and needing

                                      Hi my self ravi & today i pick up bus from Rajkot which is i am already booked from online and its time is 12:45 but bus reached at Rajkot station 1:25, then after driver stopped bus so many time at hotels and all but not in many bus stations and also misbehaving with me and other passengers to not stop bus at the bus stop, conductor ring the bell to stop bus but driver did not stop the bus . The bus is from Bhuj to Porbandar & bus number is 1257

                                        I have booked ticket from Ahmedabd to Dakor in bus root 'Ahm to Bariya' bus on 25th Feb 2018 Sunday 9:00 AM.

                                        On web portal it is showing 1 hours and 40 min. But when bus arrive conductor informed us that it take 5 hours and bus will reach there by 2 PM. Also cant do ticket cancellation as bus departure time is already went.

                                        Our 252 rs was totally gone because of this issue. When contacted to gsrtc online customer care service they told that you and only cancel ticket before 2 hours of journey time. This is totally wrong.

                                        This is very bed experience.
                                        Information showing on Website is totally wrong as compare to personally ask at enquiry office at Bus ST Depo.
