We have booked ticket from bhuj to rajkot sleeper bus on 28 december through paytm. Bus time was 9:10 pm. But the bus came was sitting. Pnr noumber is : g18183816. Ticket id : ozso5u. Order id : [protected]. Trip id: 1825jsltjndslp1:5064:241:1359. Amount was 825 rs. Please refund the money as soon as possible. We did not go in the sitting bus. I am sending the photos of ticket. All the details are in the photos. It has been already 15 days.

Complaint marked as Resolved Okk so consumer Complaints did nothing even after so many mails, after 30 days. But I have booked ticket through Paytm . I complained on Paytm . So thay refunded me with in 30 minutes. So the conclusion is there is no use of consumer Complaints because they do nothing. This site is just formality . You just think that after complain they will refund you. But no well this is gsrtc we are talking about. So well never complaint here. I got refunded through Paytm. I think you people don't have any rights to fool people. If you are not going to take any action against complaint then why you have this site. Why westing peoples time and money. Well I learnt that never complain on this site.
Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Remarks: very poor experience of online ticket booking.
