Here i am to submit my complain against bechraji depo for daily routine long route bus has been cancelled continuouslly from last 3 day.

And from last 3 month it's time schedule has been changed.

So many people struggling and traveling in other bus because of this trouble.

And the most important thing is that here we are more than 20 to 25 passenger who daily up down in this bus with pass at morning and at evening.

If bus will cancel so think that what happen with us and our time and money spend

So take action as fast as possible

Complain against long route bus cancelation on the route at Morning mehsana to bapunagar and at evening Bechraji to bapunagar and it return at 6.10 to bapunagar to mehsana
This bus continuously cancel and irregularities because of dismanagement

So pls take action as fast as possible

    I am working in ongc cambay since long years with approx 35 college from anand to cambay (Khambhat). Due to construction of railway over bridge we are getting late by 15 to 20 minutes daily due to diversion of petlad city. On behalf of all passengers i humbly requesting for the " diversion of route of anand. Khambhat bus (8.00 from anand) via sandeshar-fangni - college chokdi to khambhat till the construction of overbridge of railway.

      From saputara to baroda from morning 10am we started our journey with oour four year daughter it is 16:30 hrs we have reached ankleshwar and as per driver there is no halt for lunch or anything. Since morning we haven't had lunch as no halt is specified for this route. Its still three hours to reach to baroda. Kndly give a reasonable explanation for not providing halt for this route. Our bus is from nashik to godhra. On[protected].

        Your bus driver, driving bus number gj18z0605, was driving on wrong side of the road to avoid traffic signal putting lives of others at risk. He was also driving fast. Date 04/10/2017. Time 12.15 pm. Place. Near narhari hospital, fatehganj vadodara. He parked the bus later near kashiba children hospital. Bus was metro link service bus between amit agar and ctm.

        Your bus driver (Bus number GJ18Z7578, Ahmedabad-Pavaghdh-Machín) was taking overtake from wrong direction and because of this my was was about to stuck between circle wall and the bus itself… i did break my car so fast otherwise it could be a major accident
        This whole incidence occurred just immediately traffic single opened at Transpeak-Silox abacus circle on Sama-Savli circle at time approximately 3:30pm- 3:35 pm from direction national high way to entering vadodara city

          As i travel frequently from dahod to devgadh baria. From last 1-2 months i have noticed irregularity of buses between dahod to devgadh baria. And also there is a problem with the inquiry counter. When they are asked about the busses they reply negatively and say "that they dont know anything" sometimes they font even reply. Please go through this issue as passangers are suffering alot due to this irregularity and behaviour of the inquiry counter

            I was traveling in shreenath ji dwarka bus in between the station named lakhtar is not have a proper toilet facilities like electricity, and many others, which is really very uncomfortable for night passengers specially a lady. There is a need to develop a stop atleast for the safety of a woman's and childrens, here government is developing the bus stations of mega city's but there is a need to look for the small city's. Hoping for the results.

                We are coming from ambaji to ahmadabad dt.02/10/2017 time.3.30 p. M., bus no. Gj18-z-2277, i have get the ticket but conductor has misbehave with me & my family regarding change, he also talk bed wards at the time of dropping ranip bus depo ahmedabad at time of 7.40 p. M.. At ranip bus depo conductor has catch my shirt & also told bed wards again & again, driver pick the stick both of guy talking misbehave with me at the time of 7.40 ranip bus depo dt.02/10/2017. All this misbehave you can see at the cctv of ranip bus depo. Driver support the conductor all this way happen.
                I have very badly experience at the time of journey.
                I wan't justify & pls. Take action of those both of guy.

                  Today in the morning (I. E. At 8.45 p. M. On 3rd october) i have booked two tickets for journey to baroda on 6th october 2017. The journey time mentioned is 6.45 a. M. To 8.45 a. M. But the journey date mentioned is 4th october 2017 even though i have booked the ticket for 6th october 2017.

                  Not only this, even on the website of the gujarat st, even the booking for 3rd october for journey from 6.45 to 8.45 a. M. Also shown available evan at 8.45 a. M. On the said date.

                  Thus, there is deficiency in service.

                  I must be repaid the refund along with the mental harassment charges.

                    I am from rajpipla. There is a bus at 4:00 am from rajpipla to bharuch everyday. Today bus was not alloted because of maintenance issue. Same problem has occurred several times in last three months. But authorities are not interested in maintaining the bus. I am working in dahej due to this cancelled bus i am getting late on duty. Also other people are suffering as another bus is scheduled on 5:30 am. Please suggest authorities to maintain the bus or provide another bus on this route.

                        Yesterday on 1st oct 2017 i want to go dwarka, so i book online ticket on 30th from talgajarda to dwarka.in morning at 6 am i goto bus stop in talgajarda and get the bus, after these the conductor ask me for destination, i said i want to go dwarka before for i can say i yave reservation i make a ticket in after i say i have reservation then he use very abuse language to us. This very ridiculous people in the system. And the very bad thing is that you gays no take any type of action on them. Because of this type of behavior i mostly avoid to travel in govt buses.

                        Request to you take any action or try to change behavior of that gays.

                          I tried to book tickets in GSRTC from Reliance to Baroda Central Bus station Seat No. 04&05 but ticket not booked and amount deducted from A/C.

                            Sir,
                            Yesterday we booked a ticket from ahmedabad to dwarka. Bus was at today 30th september timing 06.55am from nehru nagar bus stop gsrtc. I came to the stop by 6.25am and i enquired about the arrival of bus they said it will come by 6.55am. After 10 mins, i again enquired about the bus they said the same as i was travelling from here for the first time so i was concerned about the bus. But after 15 mins i again enquired about the bus and they said the bus is gone even without picking me and my friend i asked the person that why didn't he inform me he said its not my duty. I asked him about the bus number and drivers contact details so that i can catch the bus from next station. The person at enquiry desk took 10 mins to provide me the details and was yelling at us, then i contacted the conductor but conductor was also yelling at me and was not giving me the location of next stop. After giving lecture for 10 mins he said you can catch the next bus which is at 10am. Right now i am sitting in nehru nagar bus stop frustrated and irritated. This wasn't expected from state like gujarat.

                            Please take some action on Conductor of Surat-Radhanpur bus. Which is not stop at Chandkheda bus stop at 11:10 PM[protected]. You would know that someone is late already in late night and they didn't stop there.

                              Respected sir/madam, most of poor people and middle class people travel through gsrtc and some show indiscipline behaviour. They throw plastic waste here and there and out of the window which leads to unclean atmosphere at st depot. I would request you to install dustbins in every row in st buses and also make sure that the waste is disposed from the buses time to time so that new passengers get an empty dustbin.

                                My son travels from kalol to nirma university located on sarkhej gandhinagar highway everyday but he needs to wait for around 30 mins for a bus and even when the bus arrives it either doesn't stop or is full. I request the concerned authorities to increase the number of busses going towards sarkhej so that people could travel without wasting much time

                                  Yesterday on27/09/2017 i was waiting for bus at st stop which is build at highschool char rasta at gadhada swamina at 7.40 pm about a bus named una dahod came bus passing no is 0664 but it was stopped by 24 meters away from the stop i go in bus by running rapidly but a senior citizen was also with me and he is suffering by knee joint pain very heavily so he came slight slowly hence conductor very roughly soughte and use very bad leguage for walking slowly to bus then i bagged to conductor but he told bad language to me which words are not good to write down here hence i asked to him to provide me complaint book for write a complaint but he told me that i will not give you the complaint book do whatever you want to do since all these i got down to botad depot and i asked the traffic controller mr. Dhirubhai bhadaniya to lodge my complaint and provide me complaint book available at traffic controller point but he all aged refused to give me complaint book and he told me that complaint book are already provided to all conductors then i told the conductor has not provided the same that's why i'm asking to you but he still refused to give me the complaint book and called the bus driver and conductor against me in front of his chamber and asked them both for all these matter but the conductor was still using bad leguage and shouting and trying to fear me he told now i will never stop the bus at stop point to pick you up and do where ever you want to do complaint, if you complaint against me i will fight with you as i'd got punishment by my officials for prohibition and i'm very bad person all my st staff knows me now get lost, i was scared by all these type of misbehaviour and bad leguage in front of traffic controller and he was doing nothing after all that i asked again for complaint book to tc but he told that as per rules this happens to gadhada swamina hence you go to gadhada depo and make complaint!!! I don't know what are the rules to give a complaint book to a passenger but how can a tc refuse me and sents me to gadhada swamina depo at 8.30 pm as the tc knows very well that gadhada depo staff is unavailable after 7 pm very well the bus no is 0664 bus named is una dahod express bus the base numbers are 24431/13839 respectively please do some thing about all these matter my i card number is btd/btd/0003238 and the ticket from gadhada to botad which was paid by me for the senior old man suffering from heavy knee pain of rs. 24/00 ticket number is 072644 date 27/09/2017 time is 19:42:04 the bus is of nadiad depo all these information about the ticket is printed on the ticket.                                   આજ રોજ તારીખ[protected] ને સોમવારે સવારે મારે વિરમગામથી નડિયાદ જવાનું હતું. વિરમગામ એસ.ટી. માં પછતા તેમણે સવારે 9 વાગ્યે દિયોદર-આણંદ વાળી બસ હોવાનું જણાવ્યું. GJ-18-Z-0522 માં ફરજ પરના કંડકટરે બસ નડિયાદ નહી જાય તેમ કહી ટીકીટ આપવાનો ઈન્કાર કરેલ છે

                                    I have booked e-ticket for journey dated 29/09/17 from Ahmedabad to junagadh on 27/09/17 . amount debited to my account but e-ticket was not booked
                                    Please refund it to my account
                                    The details of complaint here below
                                    1 booked e-ticket on 26/09/2017 in the bus starting from Ambaji to Junagadh and my journy starts from Ahmedabad central bus stationdated 29/09/2017 at 7.10 p.m. then I alsobooked another e-tickets on27/09/2017 for the same bus and same time, these bothe the times my account debited by Rs. 218/- each time but e-tickets were not booked and shows both the status of PNR are null
                                    Ref nos are 1. GS4275548 and GS4280517 respectively for both the time booking .total amount debited my account was Rs 436/-
                                    kindly refund both the amount to my account .
                                    I also recomment to GSRTC to develope the app for booking e-tickets are user friendly and options are to be given for to get the refund o[censored]nsuccessful transaction

                                      Ahmedabad to taranga temple local bus arrives late minimum 1 hour daily at himmatnagar bus stand. Inspite of complain to depo manager at himmatnagar bus stop. For that matter there is no any action taken regarding for this matter. And they just said there is no sufficient number of driver and conductor. So this matter is can't able to solve. And there is only one bus to going to in that awkward area. So kindly give some positive action regarding that..

                                        Today itself i travel in gsrtc volvo from surat to ahmedabad as it departed on 11.30 from surat... And according to schedule it must reach us on 4 pm to ahmedabad nehrunagar... But it take 1.30 hour advance and kept us on 5.30... U must take serious steps... And refund or compensate our money... As it is necessary to reach due to death of family member... U must refund or compensate my money... Thats totally cheating
