Sir,
Yesterday we booked a ticket from ahmedabad to dwarka. Bus was at today 30th september timing 06.55am from nehru nagar bus stop gsrtc. I came to the stop by 6.25am and i enquired about the arrival of bus they said it will come by 6.55am. After 10 mins, i again enquired about the bus they said the same as i was travelling from here for the first time so i was concerned about the bus. But after 15 mins i again enquired about the bus and they said the bus is gone even without picking me and my friend i asked the person that why didn't he inform me he said its not my duty. I asked him about the bus number and drivers contact details so that i can catch the bus from next station. The person at enquiry desk took 10 mins to provide me the details and was yelling at us, then i contacted the conductor but conductor was also yelling at me and was not giving me the location of next stop. After giving lecture for 10 mins he said you can catch the next bus which is at 10am. Right now i am sitting in nehru nagar bus stop frustrated and irritated. This wasn't expected from state like gujarat.

The enquiry desk man helped to get the next bus and the conductor also apologised
Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Please take some action on Conductor of Surat-Radhanpur bus. Which is not stop at Chandkheda bus stop at 11:10 PM[protected]. You would know that someone is late already in late night and they didn't stop there.

    Respected sir/madam, most of poor people and middle class people travel through gsrtc and some show indiscipline behaviour. They throw plastic waste here and there and out of the window which leads to unclean atmosphere at st depot. I would request you to install dustbins in every row in st buses and also make sure that the waste is disposed from the buses time to time so that new passengers get an empty dustbin.

      My son travels from kalol to nirma university located on sarkhej gandhinagar highway everyday but he needs to wait for around 30 mins for a bus and even when the bus arrives it either doesn't stop or is full. I request the concerned authorities to increase the number of busses going towards sarkhej so that people could travel without wasting much time

        Yesterday on27/09/2017 i was waiting for bus at st stop which is build at highschool char rasta at gadhada swamina at 7.40 pm about a bus named una dahod came bus passing no is 0664 but it was stopped by 24 meters away from the stop i go in bus by running rapidly but a senior citizen was also with me and he is suffering by knee joint pain very heavily so he came slight slowly hence conductor very roughly soughte and use very bad leguage for walking slowly to bus then i bagged to conductor but he told bad language to me which words are not good to write down here hence i asked to him to provide me complaint book for write a complaint but he told me that i will not give you the complaint book do whatever you want to do since all these i got down to botad depot and i asked the traffic controller mr. Dhirubhai bhadaniya to lodge my complaint and provide me complaint book available at traffic controller point but he all aged refused to give me complaint book and he told me that complaint book are already provided to all conductors then i told the conductor has not provided the same that's why i'm asking to you but he still refused to give me the complaint book and called the bus driver and conductor against me in front of his chamber and asked them both for all these matter but the conductor was still using bad leguage and shouting and trying to fear me he told now i will never stop the bus at stop point to pick you up and do where ever you want to do complaint, if you complaint against me i will fight with you as i'd got punishment by my officials for prohibition and i'm very bad person all my st staff knows me now get lost, i was scared by all these type of misbehaviour and bad leguage in front of traffic controller and he was doing nothing after all that i asked again for complaint book to tc but he told that as per rules this happens to gadhada swamina hence you go to gadhada depo and make complaint!!! I don't know what are the rules to give a complaint book to a passenger but how can a tc refuse me and sents me to gadhada swamina depo at 8.30 pm as the tc knows very well that gadhada depo staff is unavailable after 7 pm very well the bus no is 0664 bus named is una dahod express bus the base numbers are 24431/13839 respectively please do some thing about all these matter my i card number is btd/btd/0003238 and the ticket from gadhada to botad which was paid by me for the senior old man suffering from heavy knee pain of rs. 24/00 ticket number is 072644 date 27/09/2017 time is 19:42:04 the bus is of nadiad depo all these information about the ticket is printed on the ticket.         આજ રોજ તારીખ[protected] ને સોમવારે સવારે મારે વિરમગામથી નડિયાદ જવાનું હતું. વિરમગામ એસ.ટી. માં પછતા તેમણે સવારે 9 વાગ્યે દિયોદર-આણંદ વાળી બસ હોવાનું જણાવ્યું. GJ-18-Z-0522 માં ફરજ પરના કંડકટરે બસ નડિયાદ નહી જાય તેમ કહી ટીકીટ આપવાનો ઈન્કાર કરેલ છે

          I have booked e-ticket for journey dated 29/09/17 from Ahmedabad to junagadh on 27/09/17 . amount debited to my account but e-ticket was not booked
          Please refund it to my account
          The details of complaint here below
          1 booked e-ticket on 26/09/2017 in the bus starting from Ambaji to Junagadh and my journy starts from Ahmedabad central bus stationdated 29/09/2017 at 7.10 p.m. then I alsobooked another e-tickets on27/09/2017 for the same bus and same time, these bothe the times my account debited by Rs. 218/- each time but e-tickets were not booked and shows both the status of PNR are null
          Ref nos are 1. GS4275548 and GS4280517 respectively for both the time booking .total amount debited my account was Rs 436/-
          kindly refund both the amount to my account .
          I also recomment to GSRTC to develope the app for booking e-tickets are user friendly and options are to be given for to get the refund o[censored]nsuccessful transaction

            Ahmedabad to taranga temple local bus arrives late minimum 1 hour daily at himmatnagar bus stand. Inspite of complain to depo manager at himmatnagar bus stop. For that matter there is no any action taken regarding for this matter. And they just said there is no sufficient number of driver and conductor. So this matter is can't able to solve. And there is only one bus to going to in that awkward area. So kindly give some positive action regarding that..

              Today itself i travel in gsrtc volvo from surat to ahmedabad as it departed on 11.30 from surat... And according to schedule it must reach us on 4 pm to ahmedabad nehrunagar... But it take 1.30 hour advance and kept us on 5.30... U must take serious steps... And refund or compensate our money... As it is necessary to reach due to death of family member... U must refund or compensate my money... Thats totally cheating

                I have tried to advance booking a ticket for 2 times & both the time online transaction were done & payment deduct from account & ticket booking observed failed and my booking reference is given below for your reference.
                1) gs4257804 transaction date : 22.09.2017 &
                2) gs4262099 transaction date : 23.09.2017
                So for that after 48 hrs. Still i couldn't received my payment back. So please help me.

                  Hi,
                  While travelling in gst bus gj 18 z 0140, mandvi to jamnagar, we had a tyre puncture. However there was no equipment in the bus to replace tyre e. G tyre jack. When asked the conductor he said if they are lucky they are provided with spare tyre. However it is shocking that he had to call up the depo to get the jack and such basic necessities when such things should be present in the bus by default. There were small kids and ladies in the bus. They had wait for almost 2-3 hours to get the tyre changed. I am a proud nri gujarati who prefers travelling in our state transport ratger than using personal car which i can very well afford. However such incidents raise my doubts and trust on our institution. Please take a note of this to avoid happening.

                      I had booked the bus from pune to valsad at 9pm. However when i reached the shivaji nagar bus stand at 8:50pm i was told the bus had left.
                      Its surprising the bus left ahead of time without waiting for the reserved passengers. I request you to take action against the concerned authorities and refund the ticket amount.

                        On today onwords only 01 bus is coming after 6:00 pm to tili time 7:28 pm.

                          It is my complaint that from gandhinagar to politechnique via gujarat university bus is not available from 9:30 am to 11:15 am even 4-5 time oral complaint was made but no bus was kept available by the officer of gandhinagar bus station. Even though enough bus, driver and conducter was available and were spending time at bus station bus was not available and this negligence are repeated many times due to this negligence we have loss of study as we reach college and classes late so please take legal action on this

                            Navsari ankleshwar route bus via bardoli mandvi maujha gundia dehli valia, has stopped functioning since 3 to 4 months as new road was being constructed between maujha and rajpara, now the road work has been completed still bus service is stopped, so request you to talk to navsari depot and make bus service available, this bus has been running since last 50 years. So y it is not running now. I am from gundia village and people of gundia maujha rajpara petia are facing problem for traveling. And students of these villages are also facing problem.
                            Kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem as soon as possible

                              In the morning time between 8 to 9 the bus availability between krishnanagar to gandhinagar is very less due to which one bus be overloaded and having threat of accident etc.
                              Non availability of bus force people to travel in available one bus with inconvenience.in one bus, public of two buses travel.
                              The only one bus also does not come on time and regularly, on every monday the bus is cancelled, and thus people suffer a lot.
                              The number of buses between oick hours like 7 to 9 should be increased atleast one bus should be there in every fifteen minutes between pick hours, due to non availability students be late in exam and the some miss the other bus in next station.

                                On dt 18.09.2017 driver of bus bhuj mahuva bus no gj 18 z 0339 miss behave with customer of breackdow bus naransarovar to mangrol for to not carry the customer besides condector of naransarovar to mangrol submit the report through customs
                                This insidenc happened at bhachau old bus stand
                                I am also class 2 officer of gujarat government besides that they miss behave then think about common people

                                  I had booked 2 advance online tickets from baroda to bhavnagar last week for my parents. They had to journey on 16th september-2017 at 5:30 pm from baroda central bust station. They reached before time and waited for 8:30 pm mins 4 hours at the bus stop but the bus didn't come and they denied and told to my parents that you have to collect refund online because your tickets are purchased online. Then i tried a lot to cancel online but "time out" msg was reflected there.. They had to reach bhavnagar for some family emergency but not reached and mentally and physically they had to suffer a lot. Also we don't get refund.. So pls look into the matter and kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                                    I am naresh chadar who are doing job in santrampur block of mahisagar district gujarat since 3 years. I am continuous observing that the canteen of state transport depo santrampur always charging more than maximum retail prize (Mrp) in every product like amul milk, mineral bottle, cold drinks etc. If i talk about the amul milk gold prize then we find it is rs. 26/- is printed but they are charging rs. 30 and sometimes rs. 35/-. So in this regards i feel that they are deprive the rights from consumers, so i am requesting you to please take a appropriate action against the canteen of santrampur depo bus stand.
                                    If i talk about the evidence then right now i have only witness but soon i would going to make a video on the same.
                                    If you would like to take a investigation then you come with us for the investigation then you would also come to know the same.

                                      I am travelling to baroda from rajkot in dwarka-vadodara bus & there is several complaints about sofa does not cleaned. As well as in my sofa i found glass pieces of window, how can i sleep in my sofa... When i asked to conductor about this he said workshop person is responsible for that...

                                      Sir i don't have any regret about this problem bt i want to just let you know & kindly proceed further whoever is responsible for that... Hope for the proceed

                                        હું ૩ દિવસ થી સુરત થી જુનાગઢ તારીખ ૧૭/૧૦/૨૦૧૭ ના જવા માટે ઓનલાઈન ટીકીટ બૂક કરવા નો પ્રયત્ન કરું છું, પણ GSRTC ની વેબસાઈટ માં ખામી હોવાના કારણે ટીકીટ બૂક નથી થતી, આના માટે મેં ૨ વાર GSRTC ના Toll Free Number ૧૮૦૦૨૩૩૬૬૬૬૬૬ માં કોલ કરેલ ત્યાં થી પણ સંતોષકારક જવાબ ના મળ્યો, અપને વિનંતી છે કે મારા પ્રશ્ન નું જલ્દી નિરાકરણ લાવો તેવી આસા સાથે મારી વાત ને વિરમું છું .

                                        Bus stoping hold long time on hotel
                                        Travel on a bus and stop at privet hotel and hold more than half hours passengers are suffering for long waiting so get correct this situation and this kind of situation facing every time gsrtc provide very par beti services.
