Anand to nadiad local bus ticket amount is 18 rupees, conductor not return 12 passengers 2 rupees. Total amount become 24 rupees. This is half hour rout, in half hour 24 rupees black money generated by that conductor. I give change to conductor, then he says to me, why are you taking care of passengers. He says to me you are not mantri, if you become mantri then obey your rules. Take action against that conductor. Contact: Sounak patel [protected].

My reservation from ahmedabad central to vasda on 29th july.i tried two time for reservation but failed both time after the payment done and no confirmation of my ticket.i lost twice about rs234 and not yet refund of those rupees.please refund my 468 rs as immediately possible

Dear Team,

There is an route from Baroda to Nadiad on 6 p.m. via Amit nagar circle. Bus due to some applications the route changes to Baroda to nadiad via Vasad as of common route.

But, on that route there is 7 to 8 passengers of middle stations.

And after that route change bus in not shown in online booking and also today on dated 08.01.2021 there is not any bus conductor nor driver come on time and we suffer to travel.

So, kindly do needful and do the route as before. As i can't understand that on the next day of application given by commutor how GSRTC would change that much changes??

    I am one person who is travelling through the bus. Bus which is traveling bhavnagar to ahmedabad. Without giving time period they stay at hotels. We just start lunch and bus is ready to run away. We paid 100 for lunch without complete lunch. This is totally injustice. We must confirm time period before stay. My ticket no bvnk269081 and bus depart 11 am from bhavanagar. Please do help this issue. Please do step against conductor.

      Yesterday, date: 7/8/2017, i tried to book 2 tickets from ahmedabad central bus stand to baroda amitnagar for volvo of 4:00 pm at around 3:45 pm from the gsrtc app. It worked till i did payment, i got message that money have been deducted from my account, but the tickets did not book, it said failed transaction. I had to buy another tickets with cash. When will i get my refund of 418 rupees?

        This happen with me twice that i book online ticket then money cut off from my account but no ticket has been send to me over mail or sms and when i check that seat which i booked it's showing as booked and when i meet onsite booking centre so they telling me that this thi gs happens and your money will get refund in 24 hours but nothing was refunded,

        I'm attaching last transaction details, please something not going fine please check this and help me to refund my money.

        If i won't get any solution then i'll go to court absolutely, i'll not entertain this kind of dump government service!

          I have booked my ticket through gsrtc android application details of ticket mentioned at the end of the this. My complaint is that i have booked ticket for seat no. 18 position which shown in the gsrtc application was at behind next to conductor seat but when i actually boarded in the bus i found that my seat was at different place in the bus. I booked that 18 no. Seat because my hight as shown in android of gsrtc application there was no seat ahead of mine but due to different position of seat i had suffered alot during my journey as i could not able to stretch my legs. Further when bus was on highway and all ticket allocation was completed by conductor i asked him to turn off the bus' inter lights as it was 1:00 am. All most midnight he refused to do so. Therefore it had added in my suffering and i found much dissatisfaction and defect in bus services. So kindly pay due regards to my complaint.

            Gsrtc is very bad service. Today i book my bus but when i go at bua stand no one available security guard all are going there home... What a funny that thing... Also i call d c of depo he say we does not do any thing... This is gsrtc service with gps??? Some other responsable peraon not receive call and palanpur dc say it is not in our hand... I always hate gsrtc and its service... Also we not any msg from gsrtc

              I booked (Payment was made via sbi net-banking) a bus ticket for date of journey 05 oct 2017 from your site (On-line) on today at 01:49 pm.

              The details are as under

              Bus service :- express

              No. :- 1045rjtsmntgj47 (Via - gdl, vrp, jtp, jnd, ksd, vrl)

              Time :- start at 10:45 hrs. Reached somnath at 14:45 hrs.

              Start from :- rajkot central bus stand

              Nos. Of seat booked :- 02 nos.

              Seat no. :- 19, 20

              Amount deducted for 02 tck :- rs. 290/-

              The amount of rs. 290/- has been deducted from my account through transaction ref no. Jsbi[protected]igabtwtsd4

              But tickets were not confirmed by your site & in my booking history there is no confirmed ticket available

              Hence you are requested to kindly book my ticket and forward it to my e-mail or refund my deducted amount to bank account number.

                    On dated 05/08/2017 3:00 pm in himatnagar to naroda patiya mini bus i travel from himatnagar to chiloda. During that journey i forgot my power bank and charger in bus. That bus belong to himatnagar depot. I try to contact himatnagar bus depot and i got news regarding conductor number which id 649. I am living in ahmedabad so i contact hinatnagar depot through telepone and asked about the conductor-649. But they told me that the conductor had not report yet to us yet. I want to contact that conductor and want to ask about my luggage which i forgot in the bus. Please help me out

Amjad khan was plying with the life of passenger and he is knowingly drive the bus very poorly when we oppose than he put the bus in to the ahmedabad main depo and what ever u want to do you can do this is his statement so it is our humble request please remove him from the service because he is not fit for drive.

                            We have tried to booked ticket from porbandar to una on 5 august 2017 from gsrtc website but it was not working so we have booked from paytm..
                            When we gone to bus station and asked abt bus time they told that time is 4 pm.. While in gsrtc website it was 3-30 pm.. Then we waited but up to 4- 30 bus didnt came on 5 august 2017.
                            Then after another bus came nd we asked if reservation ticket will be liable or not they told to cancel it.. Nd take new ticket..

                            Then when we gone to cancel the ticket they told that as it was booked from paytm we couldn't help.

                            Nd in paytm website as bus timing passed couldn't refund..

                            Now what to do??
                            Why gsrtc login is so difficult??
                            Nd why gsrtc allow paytm to booked ticket when gsrtc not taking any responsibility for it..
                            Very bogus system..
                            How gsrtc can expect to do online booking more when gsrtc employee are not sure for any bus will come or not..
                            This is the reason why people avoiding online booking in government bus..

                            I do request to have maximum stops for express also. As it is partial to have 3 stops in 2 km road in other places and no stop in adipur for 5 km road...is this what our govt. Is helping us with maximum buses with least stops.??

                              Today i'm in rajkot bus-station at 5 :30 am and ask to information for rajkot to wakaner, they told me bus arrive at 6:00am.

                              Unfortunately, i'm wait till 6:30am but bus not in station.

                              I try to ask one more time for bus., they told me now 7071 bus it's not arrived from wakaner (Dhangadhra).

                              So, what i do know.?

                              I'm thinking there lac of information between depo to depo, or may be driver /conductor not inform to depo.

                                  I am daily travel to gandhinagar from lal darvaja terminus at morning 9 am. Bus from lal darwaja to gandhinagar byuro arrive at 9.15 and there are 3 handicap persons also regularly travel from same bus. This is the only one bus who travel via motera and it is very irregular so that we all people have to suffer a lot. Specially on thursday when bus driver on his week off there is no other driver available and bus cancel that time so that is my humble request to you that please taking care of regularity of bus so those handicap people can travel without trouble.

                                      Please consider my complain about gsrtc bus driver and conductor miss behaviour with passengers during duty time... Also not stopping bus at authorised bus stand at small villages of mansa and vijapur district.. 100% rough driving, smoking during bus driving, always force girls to sit at pilot chamber during driving.

                                      Bus route name "devada to bapunagar, driver and conductors name bharatbhai-driver, sureshbhai-conductor. Depo-mansa, himmatnagar division.

                                      Passenger always doing complain at depomanager in written but still not taking any action. So we humble requesting you to take a legal action on the same.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        This is to request gsrtc, to take necessary step for all the conductors doing their job.

                                        Conductor? They do not know the meaning of it. Conductor is the one who's responsibility is to guide passengers. While majority of them are so rude, that they need to learn basic manners and communication skills.

                                        They insult the passengers who doesn't know the route. They are the one who has to guide passengers, but it's totally opposite.

                                        There must be proper interview for them and training, so that they conduct well and develop india by this little step.

                                        Also necessary steps must be taken if any complain is registered against specific conductor. They actually deserve it.

                                        Hope for the best response from gsrtc.
