But all delux bus have changed to me different ticket rupees like 37, 24, 41 so place action to all delux bus ticket one charges to same place and what is action for my complain giving writtenly answer to me. Dear sir
Bus was late by 1:30 hrs & when we inquired in gsrtc pbr office, they inform bus is cancelled and asked us to cancel ticket online, but online no option available. So i raised complaint to gsrtc twice. But they don't responding properly. I mail, they reply, call us, when i call, they said mail us. I did both but didn't get solution.

Yesterday i try to booked my ticket from baroda to dhoraji but after the process the money was cut from my account but the ticket was not booked.
I visited the baroda central bus station for inquriy. The lady officer incharge inform me that the money will refund to my account but still the money is not deposited.
So pls refund my rs. 321/- back in my account asap.

I'm traveling to surat from ankleshwar in gsrtc volvo bus. They are taking extra charges and not even providing one facility..!!! Wifi is not working, they r not providing water bottles n when i asked they said it's finished what can we do!. Seat is not adjustable bcz it has some problem. What is this.! What are u charging theses much for!? I[censored] can not provide the facilities u mention then plz don't take extra charges. Plz do take action as soon as possible thank u so mch

We reached Vadodara central bus station much before actual departure of bus schedule to depart at 9:40 a.m. We had booked ticket upto Nehru nagar Ahmedabad. There was no announcement and the bus. When we went to inquire about the bus it had already departed. Now we request you to help in cancellation of the ticket or atleast refund money. Pls view below the attachment of ticket. Its really unfair on part of GSRTC..

Regular travelling in Volvo but at counter neharunagar Ahmedabad stop, the ticket person never accept any kind of card payment, what is degital India, I have ask for card payment giving very roud answer, like I have ask for his kidney ..pathetic staff in morning time . I try to book online tickets date:26/05/2017for journey una to gondal for two time... My gsrtc ob reference no. Are gs3809536 and gs3809695. Both time deduct money 363+363=726 ₹total. But tickets does not conferm... And money does not refund in my a/c though it is failure transactions... Now how i can get my money back. I sent a mail to gsrtc for refund. But there is no answer from them.

Dear i have booked ticket from aburoad to anand in jalore karamsad bus on[protected] that day bus not came in abuorad depot i have waiting more than 1 hours. I have given complaint to gsrtc but not responded. I iave call to gm operation but pa told that he is busy. Call to mr. Gandhi and mr. Solanki also.
In mail gsrtc provide anand depot manager number but she is not give answer in proper way.

I have also complained in bhavnagar depo but they are told me call for helpline number on that day. I have also complained online support forum but none of the response from there. My complaint id is 121691 so please help me.

On date 24/05/2017 route of bus una-upleta employee not accepting currency worth rs. 100/- printing before year 2005. He said that our collecting person not accept that currency.
So i ask that what is your circular for not accepting rbi notified currency?
Rbi notified currency not accepting is offence of govt. Of india.

I have booked my ticket on 18.02.17 from gandhinagar to amreli thro online. Amont debited from account but ticket not booked.. So many phone calls to your representative on toll free no. Every time he asked for checked nad confirm... Till date we have not received my money baxk... I also confirm with my bank, bank already given a money to gsrtc... Pl do the needful..

On 23/05/2017, the bus which started from Mundra till Kodinar was held at Bhachav Bus Depo for 2 hr because conductor of the bus left his post due to personal reasons without informing the authorities and passengers. We tried to contact the Mundra bus depo authority Mr. Depak, he was not responding to calls. Afterwards when the passengers contacted the authorities at Gandhinagar and Bhug, then we got a solution for our problem. We submitted a written complain at Bhachav Bus Depo regarding the inconvenience we had to face. It is a humble request to you, please look into our problem and take necessary actions.

Hello, my name is chanubhai parakhiya, im from gondal and daily travel from gsrtc toady i travel from rajkot - bagasra express and i show one sheet is without passenger and a bus tyre on it when i ask to conductor for it he didn't gave proper answer. I am handicap parson you can understand problem of mine to travel standing 35 km its like an hour and when i ask to complain book he didn't gave any answer so please take action again it. Today I'm journey Dhasa to Ahmedabad at 13:20 our ticket amount rupees 335 I pay 500 conductor not give me return my chang and when I asked​ for Chang that time his behaviour was very bed and say you give me Chang. He was saying I have not a 5 rupees this your responsibility you give me change and after go out the bus. Please you take steps against my compleint. I hope next time his behaviour is good.

I travelled by volvo bus on 21st may 2017 from Ahmedabad to Surat.

It was my worst experience by traveling through volvo bus.

Jorney started late at 6 pm instead of 5.30 pm.

Tyre got ruptured on the highway near Karjan
Driver still continued to drive upto Bharuch with broken tyre putting life of all passengers in danger on busy highway road.
We reached Bharuch in same condition.
There he stopped at Hotel Ronak and he tried to change tyre but he didn't have instruments, so he waited for other bus to come and give him instruments.
Then he changed tyre and we started journey again.
We reached Surat bus stand at 1 am on 22nd May instead of 11 pm on 21st May.
It spoiled my total day.

I demand my money back along with compensation or I will go for press release as well as legal action.
