Dear sir
I am regular passenger of buhari-surat (Intercity) bus 7:12 am. My pick up point at near lijjat papad, valod by pass on state highway. But bus driver and conductor does not stop the bus at 5/6/17
Morning and another 5 passenger with me. Bus driver run away by 120-140 km/hour.
They are talking me use another bus if you have problem. How can told me like this. It's my choice when i want drop and which bus i should pick.
So please punish conductor and driver.

    Respected sir,

    Many times i used to travel via dholka for anand. I have noticed many times that ladies toilets locked. When we ask at asking window of dholka depo, they answers that he might be inside of toilet just knok, he will be inside and will open the gate or other reason he will around. Further, there is no other space where ladies can go toilet. Gujarat gov. Support clean india and do not toilet in open slogan but government offices doesn't follows it. No one can bear that his/her mother or daughter or sister goes toilet in open. It is very serious issues and take fast necessary action at your end.

      This is about a person who sits for "puchh parachh" at bharuch bus stand (In the city) regarding inquiries about bus status. I asked my brother, 12 year old to go and ask about the status of a bus going to ntpc. He was listening but didn't respond. He kept ignoring, talking to his colleague. When he didn't come after 5 min, i went and he did the same thing. He was not answering the phone as well. It kept ringing in front of him. I had to be rude to him and then he responded. I just asked him to do his job at least and respond to people. Isn't that what a citizen will expect from inquiry room?

        The ac seater (Volvo) running on the ahmedabad surat route the ac was not working at all gj 18 ax 1779 is the busses no. I request you to kindly look into this matter. Even though we raised this issue with the conductor and the driver no help was provided. We boarded the bus at 12:45 pm at the ahmedabad central bus station. Kindly look into this matter and quickly resolve this issue at the earliest as the ticket charge was very expensive and there is no meaning in booking an ac bus ticket if the ac is not working. Don't just talk about development please provide some also.

          My self dipak patel living at kapadwanj today my wife is traveling from kaqpadwanj to ahmedabad on 7.20 bus. Bad experience happen with her she don't get sit because regular up down passenger booked sit by throwing their bags on bus sit and said it is my sit get up do not sit hear. My question is that how can the sit book as said manner and other passenger are also paid ticket they also right to sit.
          I have try to submit my complain to kapadwanj depo but the depo manager said please give your complain online this is regular problem for us so we cant do anything. Now i am said all buses purchase by up down passenger other are fool.
          I want proper justification for said issue otherwise i raised this issue with higher authority also. Bus transport is for public and if they not get the benefit than why we travel in public transport.

            My bus identify card serial no-69240, icard code no-72693a (R) dated 01 june 2017 and i have a daily passenger concession pass monthly pass no 355033 which is of express bus from valsad to vaghaldhara amount paid is rupees five hundred seventy
            Today i set in express bus of santrampur from valsad for vaghaldhara, i showed my bus ticket and bus pass to bus conductor, he checked and told me that bus pass is not accepted and i paid rupees twenty four, please tell me what to do and this is not acceptable in any case. Either bus conductor is not known about pass or bus pass prepared by valsad office is incorrect. Please reply at the earliest.

I was trying since three days, today (01/06/2017 12:21 am) i tried to book a ticket from baroda (Gsrtc joke of vadodara) central bus stand to rajkot central bus stand, but after the process, the money was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked. I wants my money back from gsrtc joke of online booking site and app, and from joking digital india of modi model. Its a complete fraud.

                  In Vadnagar-Visnagar route, the conductor of that route bus are not accepted 10rs. Coin. They only accept 10rs. Paper note only. Govt. Of India not banned on coin of 10rs. So, why they are not accepted???

                    Bus was late by 1:30 hrs & when we inquired in gsrtc pbr office, they inform bus is cancelled and asked us to cancel ticket online, but online no option available. So i raised complaint to gsrtc twice. But they don't responding properly. I mail, they reply, call us, when i call, they said mail us. I did both but didn't get solution.

                          Yesterday i try to booked my ticket from baroda to dhoraji but after the process the money was cut from my account but the ticket was not booked.
                          I visited the baroda central bus station for inquriy. The lady officer incharge inform me that the money will refund to my account but still the money is not deposited.
                          So pls refund my rs. 321/- back in my account asap.

                          We regularly passengers travel from sikka SDCC colony to jamnagar we are facing lots of trouble due to bus services of 6:00 am and future trips of same bus are not currently in the route.

                          So we are requesting you to take some serious action on that.

                            I'm traveling to surat from ankleshwar in gsrtc volvo bus. They are taking extra charges and not even providing one facility..!!! Wifi is not working, they r not providing water bottles n when i asked they said it's finished what can we do!. Seat is not adjustable bcz it has some problem. What is this.! What are u charging theses much for!? I[censored] can not provide the facilities u mention then plz don't take extra charges. Plz do take action as soon as possible thank u so mch

                              We reached Vadodara central bus station much before actual departure of bus schedule to depart at 9:40 a.m. We had booked ticket upto Nehru nagar Ahmedabad. There was no announcement and the bus. When we went to inquire about the bus it had already departed. Now we request you to help in cancellation of the ticket or atleast refund money. Pls view below the attachment of ticket. Its really unfair on part of GSRTC..

                                Regular travelling in Volvo but at counter neharunagar Ahmedabad stop, the ticket person never accept any kind of card payment, what is degital India, I have ask for card payment giving very roud answer, like I have ask for his kidney ..pathetic staff in morning time . Sarkari sarkari jesa hi rahega aise bogas staff hoga to ..tech your staff how to talk with people

                                  I try to book online tickets date:26/05/2017for journey una to gondal for two time... My gsrtc ob reference no. Are gs3809536 and gs3809695. Both time deduct money 363+363=726 ₹total. But tickets does not conferm... And money does not refund in my a/c though it is failure transactions... Now how i can get my money back. I sent a mail to gsrtc for refund. But there is no answer from them.
