Dear Sir

We had booked ticket ST from bus depo reservation counter for Anjar to Ahemdabad central bus stand as ticket attached but during journey time conductor told that this bus didn't go ahmedabad & go bypass ahmedabad. So I went to Anjar bus depo office & he also told the same this bus not go to Ahmedabad. During booking we have at booking counter regarding stop of Ahmedabad Cereal bus stop then after we had book ticket.
We had book ticket for child alone then how he can go from Ahmedabad bypass to his home but depo office person & conductor clearly told that this bus do not go ahmedabad.
Need serous action on it otherwise I will complain to consumer care.Bus no. GJ-12-ZZ-617.

Or meri wife washrrom k liye gayi to waha ek ladies bethi thi usne washroom k 5 rupees charge liye he or mene kaha yaha likha he urin free me he or latrin k 1 rupees he to bol rahi he aapko kya pata paisa dena padenga or maghkut mat karo etc or ek dam misbehaviur kiya he so plz ese staff ko vaha mat bithao....

      I respected sir, i am a student of education and updown by bus modasa to godhra i complain against but solve but some times later problem be repeated.

      I must be not comfortable with against schedule of kind of driver conductor, my problem is so modasa _ godhra bus (Modasa depo) in morning 6:15am starting go to godhra at 09:05 on schedule time. Some conductor like jaiswal and with driver drive the bus is very slow and halt many no. Of station like malpur, sajjan pur and no of halt station please. Change the conductor for today schedule and saturday schedule. Or any other conductor recruit for this trip. Best regards

        Driver No. 42974, Ahmedabad- Vijapur, Vijapur Depot bus. BUS NO. 8043 . Bus was at Geetamandir (Ahmedabad Depot) at 19-20 Station, I just entered the depot and saw it standing so I walked faster and easily reached till Bus gate . But when i just tried to open the door, the driver reversed the bus and took a sharp and quick turn forward which pushed hard from side of the bus and he went on.

        This was very disgraceful behaviour from Driver . He might had saw me from side mirror trying to enter the bus still he did not stopped the bus and harshly continued it, at last pushing and Hurting me.Also one girl tried to catch the bus, was just behind me.

        I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE VERY STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS DRIVER FOR
        - Not stopping the bus while a passenger trying to enter.
        -Harsh driving inside the depot Hurting the passenger.


        If this type of things continue to happen people will loose their hope from system. I once again request you to take some action on this driver.

                I booked two tickets (1) Surat to Navapur for 12/4/17 and (2) Navapur to Surat for 17/4/17 with a transaction ID of GS3592624. On the booking website of GSRTC, I made a payment of Rs. 203/- trough BoI Credit card (at 1635 on 7/4/2017. However, immediately after the payment, the website stopped processing further and I got a message conveying that the tickets were not booked. Please refund my money immediately and inform by mail ([protected]@hotmail.com) or by phone [protected].

                  Let me first thank you GSRTC for providing commendable service across state in public road transport. Even i also appreciate the initiave taken by GSRTS to start online current booking ticketing system especially for Volvos. But i have to complain with very heavy heart that the drivers of Volvo are not well aware of digital mode ticketing system. I am travelling on dt 4 Apr, 2017 by Volvo from surat. My patriculara are as under:

                  I have recieved this m-Ticket as SMS on my mobile. But while getting onboard of my bus driver denied that my name was in his chart list. I insist him that this is m-Ticket and you have to make confirm that your chart must be updated. But he refused and dragged me to office to print new list. After going there he got new print out chart and it clearely showed my name was there in list. It means it was not my mistake or duty to check all such things or to go through such unprofessional act done by ticket checker of that bus.

                  The height in this cas was intially when unreserved passenger was asking to ticket checker about my reserved seat number whether is empty or not. Then he didnt even said them that right now do not seat there.

                  After confirming all from my side finally got to onboard my bus. But i see another passenger was seating on my seat. I politely asked him to take another seat but he refused and then said i(me)dont have reserved seat. How can he say that to me. But during whole issue neither conductor nor driver intervene to make me conforable to get my booked seat. I had to argue so much to get my seat. The passenger vacate my seat but then he took my next seat to show that he will not let me be comfortable throughout mu journey.

                  This matter seems generic in nature for you but i hope you will derstand that after paying 514 Rs. And booked your ticket accordance with all rules & norms. You have to face such pathetic things. And instead unreserved passengers enjoyed mpre comform than reserved. So whats the case to reserve tickets for Volvo priorly.

                  I hope you will initiate enquiry and will take appropriate action. I also expect that further GSRTC will educate their driver about new digital ticket modes. And instruct them to cooperate with reserved ticket customer on priority basis. My PNR no: is mentioned above to find that in which bus i was travelling.

                        I m regularly in week as a passenger use gsrtc ... I noticed that always St bus 10min hold on makarpura bus station ... there is cooler provide us by gsrtc bt always empty ... and nearby one shopkeeper who make a cold water by same cooler water line ... they give water only conductor and driver... I request change the cooler place and give to customer water... I hope you u.stand and take action... I wait for a change...

                            Ahmedabad to Vadodara Metrolink service was started its nice, We are daily travel from Ahmedabad to Vadodara.

                            Today dated 28.03.2017 I was taken a ticket from Ahmedabad to Baroda bus no GJ18 Z 0599, as per daily schedule we ask driver to drop us at Savli turning but he denied & not stop the bus as daily we are leaving as same place,

                            Even driver was stopped but before toll below the bridge but after request also he was not stopped the same & ask us to do complaint.

                            Kindly look into the matter & take some action,

                            Even I have same problem with bus stoppage to Savli Cross Road. Driver was arguing and denied to stop the bus. Also misbehave with us by saying that you can give complaint of mine to GSRTC.

                            The Bus number is GJ18 Z 0599 and travelling from CTM in morning around 07:45.

                            There are lots of companies are situated in Savli and many of the Ahmedabad person are daily travelling to do their job & business. We are travelling daily to Savli for our job purpose and with this MLS service we are very happy as it makes us to travel easily and a safe way. But because of some people this initiative taken by GSRTC doesn't getting huge success.

                            So, I kindly request you to please have a look into this matter and also if possible please provide a stoppage to dumad cross road (Amitnagar to CTM). So that more people can use this facility and off course we can use this facility in morning as well as evening time.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I m using metro link services on daily basis. But since last week from Accident of Het patel at Amit nagar u have shifted bus stop to Sama lake but it is too far and inconvenient to avail this service. Suggest you to start serving from same place, Genda circle, fatehgunj or station area where parking can be easily done. It it loss to govt service as private vehicles are picking up from nearest location from amit nagar.

                                Sir, today whilst I just boarded a bus from Ahmedabad Nehrunagar going to Bhavnagar, it had not moved a kilometer or two before which it came to a halt. The bus was quite new from its appearance but had absolute gearbox failure. We were lucky to have a passenger who could help us set the gearbox temporarily. So, the Government has to take measures.

                                  bus route-mehsana to ahmedabad via kherva langhnaj nardipur. This bus is a chansma depo and it is start from mehsana depo at 4:30 am . But in last one month this bus is very irregular and not cone properly. In last month only 4 to 5 days come that bus. So [please do necessary steps. Also in this bus many local villages passengers depend so please help to all.

                                    Hi, this is shweta zhare i have been travelling from these buses for 6yrs now. Your half of the employees are highly dominant and aggressive and rude. I am a 23 yr old girl i dont feel safe travelling, today i was coming from Ahmedabad and i askd the conductor to stop at one of the bus stops n he didnt and then i questioned him that you stop at narayani and few more stops where there is no official stop but here it is my home bus stop why dont you stop at this bus stop so he started doing inappropriate behaviour with me.

                                      They don't give a 15th days student pass...I don't know why????
                                      And my exam is coming so I want a bus pass because of I don't have any way to go exam point...So how can I arrived at exam????.
                                      And palitana to Bhavnagar bus have a daily problem...
                                      And the bus is not regular so that we have get a problem daily...
                                      When we ask to inquire thay can't give a properly answer
                                      We meet a palitana bus depot manager for the solution but we can't get a solution...
