My complaint is that I booked a E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of Journey was 09/02/2017 from Vadodara to Amreli in Express class.

My PNR no. is G14508590 and trip code is 1500CPRBGREXP51. My total bus fair is Rs. 185/-. My Journey time was 5:40p.m. On my travel date, I reached Vadodara Central bus station at 4:45 p.m. and inquired about my bus from inquiry office and i dont get any perfect answer from them.And i wait for my bus 2:30 hours like I was waiting for my bus like 7:30 pm and then I travelled from another GSRTC bus.But my reservation was not work there and thats why I paid full amount again to the conductor.

He further told me that you would claim refund of amount of bus fare from GSRTC online.

He also told for further details you can ask to depo incharge.when i ask to depo incharge they told me bus is from Chhota udaipur so we can not give any perfect details. So i search the contact number of Chhota udaipur bus station. After that I get details that bus was cancelled.

Considering above facts and circumstances, I hereby request you to please credit amount of bus, in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige. My complete details are as under.

    i had to book ticket from vadodara to ahmedabad but there is problem to book a ticket and two times the ticket fare is deducted from my account.
    but the one time fare is refunded to my account and one time fare is not refund till date.

    so, please i request you to refund my ticket fare

    i had booked a ticket from broda to amedabad two times from my email id the amount is deducted from my account
    only one time fare is refunded by you and one time fare is till left.
    i am sending my account statement then you will better understand so, what i say you.
    also send the message copy for booking ticket.
    so, please request you to refund the ticket amount.

    11:00 p.m i am standing on Near Tata school, Navsari Bus stop station, GSRTC's Bus no.GJ-18-Z-1836 comes i called to Bus driver for stopping the bus, but he can't stop the bus please must actions against him !

      Respected sir, i was travelling from jasdan to gondal for personal purpose and reached jasdan st at 6.00 am in the morning to catch the bus jasdan gondal of 6.15 am. The bus didn't come. At inquiry counter, no one was available. Some conductor of other bus told that he didn't know about the bus. Next bus scheduled to be 7.05 am which also didn't come. The person at inquiry counter first informed that it may come and later on informed that driver of the bus is making up down and as when he come, bus will go. It is a winter morning and people has to suffer for such lousyness of st staff in cold because driver is making up down. I asked for complain book at inquiry counter but the person informed that it is available with manager. I don't think he was telling truth. It is kindly requested to take appropriate action against the official at fault and the person at inquiry counter who tried to miss guide public.

      I was traveling from surat to junagadh it should take 12 hours as per gsrtc board mentioned.
      But both the driver and the conductor jointly late the bus by stopping in in necessary place and over time halt.The speed of the bus is less than average normal speed.please take some possible actions to get us more satification.

        I am travelling daily from Himatnagar to Ahmedabad. I have a Gurjarnagri pass. I am complaining against conductor o[censored]daipur-Morbi ST Bus. Yesterday i am sitting in the above ST Bus and bus was going to Ranip bus stand, Ahmedabad but I wanted to go Naroda-Patiya, Ahmedabad. I showed my pass to the conductor but he denied to accept the pass and told me that this pass is not valid for this bus. I wondered about his response. Even i told the same QUERY to Himatnagar depo manager but he did not help me and not resolved my query and not given proper answer for why the pass not valid in this bus.

        I request you to resolve my query on urgent basis and wanted to know the reason why the conductor not accepted my Gujar Nagri Pass. I have paid advance money to issue a pass and then such type of conductor not accepting this pass..So there is no meaning to issue a pass to regular passenger.Not happy with your services.
        Hoping your positive reply in this matter with resolution.

            When i go to Vadodara central bus terminal for going to Ahmadabad they not accepted debit card/credit card for current booking of Volvo Bus even they have facility of swap machine on dated 07.02.2017 08.30 a.m.
            I have only 200 rs. for my miscellaneous expenses.
            Common man handle very less cash for miscellaneous expenses only.
            I am highly opposed this system here whole India go for cashless and how this GSRTC is a responsible government organization take this kinds of wrong decision which create inconvenience to general public.
            My request to GSRTC committee they start to accept the debit /credit card & BHIM apps for current booking which will very convinced to common people and GSRTC also.

            I also experienced same thing. One side PM modi is spendin crores of amount for demonitization awareness but he is fail to implement these concept on ground.

              Dear Sirs,

              I am regularly travelling to Rajkot from Jamnagar in nonstop bus Is, 48 fare from Rajkot which takes 2.15 hrs to complete the journey of 90 kms. The bus is not even running @ speed of 45km/hr clearly giving passage to private players to flourish.

              Since we are in high speed era, at least it should run with the average speed of 60km/hr.

              This is great time loss for all passengers Who want to support government run units. Even Chhakada Rickshaw are faster than this bus.

              Pls look in to the matter if we can improve this service related issue.

                Respected Madam/Sir,

                This is to inform you that my Trip from Surat to Bhavnagar (GSRTC) (Trip Code: 1900DMPBVNSLP15) was cancelled without any prior notice and Employee of GSRTC at inquiry Counter (Surat Central Bus Depot) said that our bus ticket charge will be refund in my account within a week as i booked ticket online!

                Journey Date was 25th January 2017, it has been almost two weeks but didn't get refund yet!

                  All Ahmedabad- Gandhinagar buses do not stop at all the pick up points.
                  Vijaynagar-Sarkhej (leaves around 5:20pm from 5:20pm from GH-0) never stops, even though there's sufficient place to stand. Same happens with the "vikas route" bus starting from Pathikashram at 5:30pm. During this time, even the frequency of the buses has been reduced nowadays. It so happens that 3 consecutive buses do not stop at GH-0, as a result the public has to keep waiting for almost an hour and then have to go all the way standing. Due to this irregularity and uncertainty of these buses, one may not go for buying monthly passes, though its economical. This really creates problems to students/ commuters. Kindly try to resolve this issue on earlier basis. Thank you.

                    I'm a student and i live in borsad. Every day I travelling to anand from borsad for study. My college time is 11AM to 2:30PM.
                    My complaint is regarding to timing of dhuvaran bus which is not in proper time. There are so many students traveling from borsad to anand but numbers of buses are few and we have to wait everyday in between time of 2:30 to 3:30 at anand new bus stand.
                    So my request to you that please increase only one bus between anand to borsad route .

                      We facing problem going from Mundra to bhuj early morning 7 am bus.
                      We always late to reach office at bhuj.
                      There is might be setting of local transport bus. Might this happened at time of Mr. Karsan Bhai.

                        Because of some problem in GSRTC site the OTC was generated at a time, But the Payment was not done successfully .
                        But the ruppes was deducted from my bank account.

                        RS.320=00 has been deducted but ticket was not generated.

                        So my humble request to u to refund a ₹320 as soon possible.

                            Despite the exorbitantly higher fares charged by GSRTC, the quality of buses are one of the worst across the country.
                            I travel through Volvo from Ahmedabad to Surat frequently.
                            The cleanliness in the bus is absolutely non existent.
                            Seats are stinging, Curtains are soaked in dust and have non been probably changed ever since installation, foot rest are broken and non operational, I rarely find TV working.

                            Is this the bloody services for which they change us insane?

                            On being requested to open the trunk to keep luggage on the bus GJ01 DZ 7511 from rajkot to ahmedabad at 11 am, the driver did not move at all and the person sitting with him talked extremely rudely. We had to open the door on our own in spite of being a patient.

                              Dear sir .i want to travel Ahmedabad to jamnagar and I pick the bus is Palanpur to jamnagar from Ahmedabad st stand .when I m pick the bus and take a sit .after that conductor tell me for leave this sit because of his mistake and he is not taking care for reservation chart and one person who come from Palanpur and going to jamnagar and conductor said me for leaving this sit for that person.and this is wrong with me pls reply me as soon as possible .because I m very disappointed for this.

                                I am traveling in gsrtc st bus since past 6 months, and facing the problem that not a single express bus stops at chhani bus station

                                Also some local ST bus also not stop at the ST bus station that's why I have to travel with other options

                                  Today morning 8.10 AM I have park My 2 wheeler No. 5545 at Gitamandir GSRTC bus stand parking place. I have found that for all 2 wheelers they have charged Rs. 10 instead of mentined charges in pay slip.

                                  I have also pay Rs. 10 instead of lower.
                                  After arguement with parking staff, the misbihavely talk with Me.

                                  I have comolain for that. Bcz as a Single person if they charge Rs. 6 more...

                                  Bus route is From Godhra To Surendranagar
                                  In booked ticket departure time from Ahmedabad is 16:10

                                  At the time of departure Bus is not at their platform so asked for bus in information counter they are telling bus time is 17:15 and telling that in official site timing shows are incorrect.

                                  So, What exactly We the passenger are do?
                                  If GSRTC is not able to giving the best facility for E-ticketing so please don't give.
                                  We are giving booking charges for our convenience. And every time we disappoint in GSRTC e-services every time some inconveniences we face.

                                  Please do not make money from fool your customer.

                                    We have booked this 4 sleeper ticket from Juanagadh to Ahmedabad online by mobile booking site, when we reached to the bus the conductor says its seating and not sleeping ticket.

                                    i have attached ticket and you can see on ticket its writter SLEEPER CLASs nowhere its written its seating.

                                    My Mother in law and father in law was very sick and so we were unable to seat on seating ticket and we have to left the bus and on that day there was no tickets available on any other buses for ahmedabad.

                                    so we have to stay there for whole night which cost us Rs.1000 for guest house and another ticket for Rs. 1400 for next day morning.

                                    if those ticket were seating you should have been write somewhere on the ticket that this is sitting ticket and not sleeper.

                                    i will like you to bear my entire cost of Rs. 3600.

                                      I am daily travelling from DABHOI to SOMATLAV (VADODARA) in (DABHOI to AMBAJI BUS) Bus timing is 5.15 AM but bus not arrival on time daily.I & also some peoples working in company going to in 1st shift.If bus is daily late coming this is not good for us.So please i request to you kindly take some action.
