Respected sir,
I'm a student and i live in borsad. Every day I travelling to anand from borsad for study. My college time is 11AM to 2:30PM.
My complaint is regarding to timing of dhuvaran bus which is not in proper time. There are so many students traveling from borsad to anand but numbers of buses are few and we have to wait everyday in between time of 2:30 to 3:30 at anand new bus stand.
So my request to you that please increase only one bus between anand to borsad route .

    We facing problem going from Mundra to bhuj early morning 7 am bus.
    We always late to reach office at bhuj.
    There is might be setting of local transport bus. Might this happened at time of Mr. Karsan Bhai.

    We hope you short this problem as late reach in office.
    This thing always happened also student studying in science.commerce and engineering college student face problem they miss class as about their future.
    As I am parents we spending too much money for education for children carrier.
    But like Karsan as department. Handling at bus he cancelled the first trip 7 am bus .
    As every this time of problem facing many we getting warring from our senior due to late reaching office u hope u understand my and all problem I hope you put regular bus from Mundra to bhuj morning 7 am.

      Hello, My name is Monarch Vyas . I had booked 2 tickets on 29th January (Sunday time 11:38) from the official site of GSRTC for the Bus of 30th January 6:00 AM RAJKOT To ANAND.
      This two tickets was booked on the names of 1.) MONARCH VYAS
      2.)SAGAR BUSA

      Because of some problem in GSRTC site the OTC was generated at a time, But the Payment was not done successfully .
      But the ruppes was deducted from my bank account.
      On POS [protected] at GUJARAT STATE ROAD TRA txn# 420766.

      Bank Name:- STATE BANK OF INDIA, RAJKOT

      RS.320=00 has been deducted but ticket was not generated.

      So my humble request to u to refund a ₹320 as soon possible.

        I m a daily traveller from ahmd to kadi .from last 1 month we are facing bus unavailablility issue and when asked to Gsrtc official they said enough driver issue is mazor concern.
        So i would like to Request that plz look into the matter as so many people traveling standing in next bus.

          Despite the exorbitantly higher fares charged by GSRTC, the quality of buses are one of the worst across the country.
          I travel through Volvo from Ahmedabad to Surat frequently.
          The cleanliness in the bus is absolutely non existent.
          Seats are stinging, Curtains are soaked in dust and have non been probably changed ever since installation, foot rest are broken and non operational, I rarely find TV working.

          Is this the bloody services for which they change us insane?

          On being requested to open the trunk to keep luggage on the bus GJ01 DZ 7511 from rajkot to ahmedabad at 11 am, the driver did not move at all and the person sitting with him talked extremely rudely. We had to open the door on our own in spite of being a patient.

            Dear sir .i want to travel Ahmedabad to jamnagar and I pick the bus is Palanpur to jamnagar from Ahmedabad st stand .when I m pick the bus and take a sit .after that conductor tell me for leave this sit because of his mistake and he is not taking care for reservation chart and one person who come from Palanpur and going to jamnagar and conductor said me for leaving this sit for that person.and this is wrong with me pls reply me as soon as possible .because I m very disappointed for this.

              Also some local ST bus also not stop at the ST bus station that's why I have to travel with other options

                Hello,

                Today morning 8.10 AM I have park My 2 wheeler No. 5545 at Gitamandir GSRTC bus stand parking place. I have found that for all 2 wheelers they have charged Rs. 10 instead of mentined charges in pay slip.

                I have also pay Rs. 10 instead of lower.
                After arguement with parking staff, the misbihavely talk with Me.

                I have comolain for that. Bcz as a Single person if they charge Rs. 6 more...

                I booked GSRTC bus ticket online from GSRTC official site.
                My PNR no. is G14415688
                My Journey Date: 31/01/2017
                I booked ticket from Ahmedabad Central to Surendranagar
                Bus route is From Godhra To Surendranagar
                In booked ticket departure time from Ahmedabad is 16:10

                At the time of departure Bus is not at their platform so asked for bus in information counter they are telling bus time is 17:15 and telling that in official site timing shows are incorrect.

                So, What exactly We the passenger are do?
                If GSRTC is not able to giving the best facility for E-ticketing so please don't give.
                We are giving booking charges for our convenience. And every time we disappoint in GSRTC e-services every time some inconveniences we face.

                Please do not make money from fool your customer.

                  We have booked this 4 sleeper ticket from Juanagadh to Ahmedabad online by mobile booking site, when we reached to the bus the conductor says its seating and not sleeping ticket.

                  i have attached ticket and you can see on ticket its writter SLEEPER CLASs nowhere its written its seating.

                  My Mother in law and father in law was very sick and so we were unable to seat on seating ticket and we have to left the bus and on that day there was no tickets available on any other buses for ahmedabad.

                  so we have to stay there for whole night which cost us Rs.1000 for guest house and another ticket for Rs. 1400 for next day morning.

                  if those ticket were seating you should have been write somewhere on the ticket that this is sitting ticket and not sleeper.

                  i will like you to bear my entire cost of Rs. 3600.

                        I am daily travelling from ahmedabad to kadi & vice versa.

                        I used to travel back to ahmedabad after 6.as you will be aware that 6-7 pm is the pick hours for those passengers who are daily travelling because of job schedules.

                        There is only one bus which is picking up its journey at 6:20 from kadi depo towards ahmedabad, and i find this bus every time overloaded with passgengers.

                        I used to go standing throughout journey.Please put a new bus for the said route(kadi to ahmedabad)
                        near to this time.

                              I have made complain for GSRTC Recuitment ( Advertisement no. GSRTC/201516/4 ) for the post of Clerk and Traffic controller.
                              As per the result provided on 23/12/2016, I declared as Pass in the examination conducted in the exam.
                              But as per revised result I am declared as fail ( Published On 23/01/2017 )
                              However, I have paid fees for computer Skill test on 06/01/2017 which was going to be conducted on 13/01/2017.
                              So, my purpose for making this complain is to refund the fees which are deposited in Post Office of Rs.262/- between the this two result dates.

                                જય ભારત સાથે જણાવવા નું કે ગુજરાત સરકાર ના પ્રધાન શ્રીં.હીરાભાઈ સોલંકી દ્વારા રાજુલા ડેપો ( જી. અમરેલી) ની રાજુલા થી સુરત (વાયા:- મહુવા.તળાજા.ભાવનગર.વડૉદરા ) ની બસ છેલ્લા ૬ માસ થી ચાલુ થયેલી. અને તાલુકા ની જનતા ને ધીમે ધીમે ખબર પડતા તેની આવક વધવા લાગી. પીક સિજન મા પણ રૂ. ૨૭ થી ૩૦ હજાર ની આવક થતી. અને ઑફ સિજન મા પણ રૂ .૧૫ થી ૨૦ હજાર ની આવક હતી .

                                રાજુલા મા થી રોજ ની ૧૫ બસ પ્રાઇવેટ સુરત જવા માટે ઉપડે છે. અને લોકો પાસે થી વધારે રૂપિયા લે છે . તેવા સમયે ગામ ના ગરીબ અને જરૂરીયાત વાળા લોકો ને આર્શિવાદ રૂપ આ બસ હોવા થી ખુશ હતા . પરંતુ અચાનક આ બસ બંધ થતા સમગ્ર તાલુકા ના લોકો ખુબજ હેરાન થાય છે .અને ઉચી કિમત આપી પ્રાઇવેટ મા જવું પડે છે આ ઉપરાત અપ – ડાઉન કરતા વેપારી .નોકરીયાત. વિદ્યાર્થી ને પણ ખૂબજ તકલીફ પડે છે . આ બસ બંધ કરવા પેહલા તેને ON LINE BOOKING માં થી કાઢી નાખવા મા આવી જેથી લોકો સીટ બુક ના કરાવી શકે . અને આવક ઓછી આવે અને પછી બંધ કરી છે . તો આ બસ તાત્કાલીક ચાલુ કરવા વિનંતી.

                                    I'm regular traveller to Ahmedabad(memco) to modasa. I usually go in the bus AHMEDABAD TO ZALOD which came near to 7:30 at memco. but from someday I've noticed that the driver who is coming from the rakhiyal wasn't stopping bus at memco cross road.he just come with bus and pull it all the way into BRTS and passes on. This was happening 2nd time with me in. In some past few weeks he repeatedly doing this.
                                    So this is my humble request to inform the driver that please stop the bus at memco cross road.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I have booked e-ticket from surat central bus to himatnagar which is of 21.15 in trip code 2115srtamjexp51from gsrtc online ticket booking on 23.01.2017 and after submit option from gsrtc site amount of bus fare rs.207/- is being debited from my kotak mahindra bank account but i did not get e-ticket after this i dialled gsrtc no.[protected] and is engaged. And booking is not successful ans session completed after debit amount from my account. My trip is on dt.23.01.2017. My ob reference of bus from gs3332148. Please refund money as early as possible.
