I am exp passholder since so many years i travelled from anand old bus depot to bhadran in 2014 i write one complaint about buses is not operate from anand old bus stop t i got one letter mentioned that all bus will be operate through old bus stop but since 8 to 10 month so many exp bus operate direct new bus stop to anand. & we not got facility to old bus stop. On this route amul dairy collector office mamlatdar office railway station supermarket. Veg market is reachable. Thus st also get passenger but some st staff mismanaging route.in morning maximum buses pass through old bus stop but after morning all buses direct go to new bus stop. Thus we all passenger of old bus stop not get facility thus pl do needful in this meter & arrange to pass all bus including gurjar nagari &out depot buses through old bus station of anand pl give me answer

Sir, i have book ticket on 10/12/16 from Gandhidham to Dhangadhar, i have make the Payment by debit card and deducted from my Bank account, but i have not received the Bus Ticket mail and Sms from GSRTC.

Now i unable to nake journey and GSRTC already get the payment from my Bank.

So please get my Refund of 250/- which i had paid to GSRTC and not received the ticket. REF ID GSE3192594

I have book 2 ticket on 10/12/16 from Gandhidham to Dhangadhra, the transaction successfully but Ticket mail and Sms not received, also Payment of 250/- deducted from my Bank Account.

Pl confirm or Refund my amount 250/-, this is very Bad service of GSRTC given to Customers

    Dear Sir,

    I have been travelling Ahmedabad to Baroda via volvo frequently from Nehru Nagar.

    I have observed that guy who is booking tickets is not at all customer friendly.

    Instead having machine to accept debit card and credit card, he is not accepting card payment for current booking. Government has already instructed to accept card payment if one has facility to accept.

    Baroda station already accepting card payment. I appreciate baroda division for the same.

    I am requesting you to take this up and educate booking person / division head to cooperate with people of India.

    If this is not resolve, i will take this up with proper channel to expose the working practices of Nehrunagar bus stop (Ahmedabad division)

    Looking forward to resolution.

    On 05.12.16 I have online paid Rs. 222/- for Ahmadabad to Baroda Volvo BUS. But my TICKET not Booked and Money deducted from my account. I want refund of the same. Kindly do the needful immediately.

      I had booked 2 e tickets on 09.12.2016 from Ahmedabad Nehrunagar to Baroda Central Bus Stop journey date being 11.12.2016 but the tickets were not booked and amount was deducted from my HDFC bank account. The ticket was booked from following registered user id :-

        I have complaint about my Ticket which was not booked but Amount deducted.
        So I want Refund .
        Amount is Rs.1171/-
        So Many complaints but only 1% satisfaction.
        What is this?
        This ain't right.
        We want full support from GSRTC
        At one side PM Modi is saying Cashless if Government is like this then people will hate Modi bcz of this.

        Guys if you will support I'll start petition on Change.org

            I am working employee in reserve bank of india ahmedabad. My quarter is oppsoite collector kacheri subhash bridhge. My hometown is vasda. I travel in bus gandhinagar-ahwa 3 to 4 times in month.. I have to know the route of the bus from ahmedabad central depo to ranip depo. Because every time bus changes its route. Sometimes bus goes vadaj to direct ranip depo & some times bus goes from vadaj tp gandhi ashram to subhash bridge. Bus goes as per conductor & driver not specific route they choose.. So please solve my complain as soon as possible.

              I was booking eticket from my gstrc login. 2 times payment deducted but ticket not received. Please do needful for refund. Details as under.

                I had booked 1 ticket from Rajkot to baroda gurjarnagri 17.50 date 11/12/2016.i had paid through Hdfc net banking within 15 minutes.money deducted but ticket not booked and its showing session time out.sms or email I haven't received.my ob preference is GS3195468. How and when will I get refund of my money.gsrtc complaint number is not working.worst services.

                  It's now daily problem of most of customer, But Most of feels Shy to ask For their Rs.1 or 2 or 3 rupees, But I have complaining that, When I buy ticket of Rs. 39, (Rajkot-Morbi/Morbi-Rajkot) then Conductor takes Rs.40 instead Rs. 39 & then not gives other Rs. 1 & When I ask for rs. 1 so they gives Bad Reply &Behaves like a Boss, So Plz take some necessary action against this Type of Corrupt Conductor, who collect the Passenger money & Enjoy On Public Money...This leads Corruption ...& You have to Stop This.

                        - i have booked one ticket for ahmedabad to rajkot on 6th of dec at around 20:00 hrs for the bus scheduled at 00:30 hrs from ahmedabad.
                        - on the 1st attempt ticket was not booked but ticket amount deducted from my bank account.
                        - on the 2nd attempt ticket was booked successfully 4 hours prior to the journey even though bus conductor has denied the passenger to board on the bus.
                        - misbehaviour with government officers without any reason will not be tolerated again.

The ticket charges Rs.287 (Two times) was debited from my account through debit card but ticket conformation message & booked ticket was not showed in my account or not got the message in my mobile device. So please refund my Rs.574.

                            I just try to book my ticket from mahuva to Ahmedabad from gsrtc official website. I book my ticket for 11-dec-2016 (16:30) gurjar nagari with seat number 18. When I make payment my amount of 175 is debited but I have not received any sms or email for ticket confirmation and there is some error show me on gsrtc webpage. please help me in this matter as soon as possible.

                                I have tried to book ticket online in gsrtc for date 09.12.2016 yesterday time 9.15 Bus route Jamnagar Mahila and I want to go at Amreli for 3 persons the payment of rs.297 from Rajkot to Amreli is deducted from my card but ticket confirmation is not given to me by SMS or mail. When I tried customer care for the issue they told that don't book online due to server updation your transaction will not success. Please do needful.

                                      I have booked 1 e-ticket online at gsrtc on 08 Dec 2016 round trip 10/12/2016 from adipur to limbdi. & Return on 15/12/2016 from limbdi to adiipur payment of Rs398/- deducted from HDFC credit card but I did not get confirmation massage and mail on registered ID even in reservation chart also not showing my booking details against booking details.

                                        I booked one ticket from Valsad to Vadodara Central & 2 Ticket from Navsari to Vadodara Central Bus Depot from GSRTC booking website.I completed Transaction but didn't got message of pnr No. So I checked my history of booking but there was not showing details so I checked bank balance statement and found money is deducted.I later checked which seat I booked but it shows open to book so I'm confused.
                                        It's Volvo bus.

                                        They Have successfully Refunded all my money on 05/01/17 which was deducted on 08/12/016.It took long time but it refunded.Thank You. I have also complaint on their Refund Money Mail([email protected]). It also helped me. Thanks Consumer Opinion, too for giving such Platform

                                        I have tried so many times.Talked to Few Employee and They can't do anything that I understand.
                                        What to do?

                                        Amount is Rs.1171.

                                        I can't let it go this big amount.

                                        Both Are deducted on GSRTC 23988.
