I'm Nirav badani travelling in mangrol - Bhavnagar gsrtc bus. My bus arrived rajula around 4.25 pm and it was noted that there was one tire got punctured. So that bus went to service station and we were advised to get another bus by giving that breakdown receipt to that conductor if we could get another bus before this bus got back to busstand. After that all we got another bus ( jafrabad - Bhavnagar). And bus just left the station at 5'o clock and conductor saw that mangrol - Bhavnagar bus was coming back so he forced all o[censored]s to get down the bus and leave as per the law.

As per my Knowledge there is no any rule stating passenger who are transferred from another repairing bus, have to leave the bus if it got back even out of the station. Think of the inconvenience suffered by old people, the pregnant lady, the lady with 3 small children and her 3-4 luggage begs.

I hope some warning at least must be given to conductor.

    I had booked 2 seats for 2 senior citizens from Jetpur to Mundra on 24th November 2016 online from gsrtc official website.
    I didn't get 5% discount on this ticket.
    I didn't get discount for senior citizen ticket.

    Gujarat government has already announced 5% discount during the period of 500 and 1000 rupees not issue. I want my total discount amount in account.

      Dear Sir,
      I am attaching herewith the e-ticket as PDF copy for your reference and further process.
      My self NS Prajapati. I am a regular Passenger of GSRTC.
      I have booked my ticket along with my family (4 Person) through GSRTC Website on[protected] for travelling from Zadeshwar X to Lunawada on[protected] on the occasion of Diwali.
      Driver avoided to come Zadeshwar Pickup Point and went directly through Over Bridge and I was waiting in the Pickup point up to 2 Hrs.

      The said Bus time was 10:20 AM. I came there at 9:30 AM and was waiting at Pickup Point up to 11:45 AM. I enquired with all Valsad Depot Bus Drivers came through the point about my booking and all were told me that your Bus has already gone. After hearing this, I got shocked because I was waiting at the pick-up point i.e. Zadeshwar X Highway. I called GNFC Depot but my call was not picked-up by the duty officers. When I went to GNFC Depot, the Depot office was closed. I discussed the matter with GNFC Canteen Person and he told me that the bus was waiting for me.

      I want to ask you Sir, why your driver was not reached our Pick up stand. Due to this, I could not reach the next destination to catch the second bus. I have hired a private vehicle for reaching the destination. I had wasted my time and money by the mistake of one of your Drivers.
      Sir, I want to get the refund of Rs.536/-.
      Please do needful as early as possible.

        The workers of public toilet of Ahmedabad gsrtc gita mandir station takes 10 rupees as a charge, while outside it is written only one rupee. It is a serious issue as they are taking 9 rupees more, that is almost 90% extra. I asked them that it is written only 1 rupee, in reply I was pushed out rudely. Please take some serious action against it, though it looks small but do the math, how much black money are they earning in the name of service!

        I traveling to surat to bagsara slipping bus today and at a time bad experience in bus. this bus very bed conditions. this bus not for traveling purposes. this is for scrap only.

          Parking charge at ahmedabad central bus station (geeta mandir)

          Today I parked my vehicle at Ahmedabad central bus depot's paid parking, where the person in charge(Mr.Dadabhai) charged 10rs for 12hrs. parking..After parking the vehicle when I saw the receipt, I found that there is 6rs charge mentioned in it for 12hrs.. I asked to that person for the reason for extra charging of 4rs, He replied that GSRTC having excess stock of old receipt books of 6rs. mentioned in it but the charge is revised to 10rs.??and...

          Bus is running very slow. You Gsrtc people don't have value of time. In the online portal, Time time of reaching at vapi is 9. 25 pm and conductor said that it will take 11.00. Or 12. 00 o' clock. I am traveling in bus Ahmedabad to Poladpur. Right now bus reach at Ankleswar. I didn't get it how bus takes more than 10 hour journey time in just 376 km. Let me clear that Bharuch has no traffic today. In a bus, there is not mention bus number. Rules are that number should be mention in auto also. Than why it is not mention in bus. Second thing is suggestion box is just show peace. Box has no lock.

            Hello!

            My daughter khushbu chinoy have booked ticket online from ahmedabad nehrunagar to vadodara bus depo with return trip two times on 19th november 2016 between 8:30 to 9:30. Money is also deducted from hdfc bank a/c both d times (Rs.400+ 400) but didn't get confirmation sms or email and tickets didn't get booked even though payment success msg appeared both d times.

            What should we have to do to get our money back?

              Sir i m travelling rajkot to chotila @rajkot depo.. I have only 500 rs. Note and i purchase 3 tickits worth rs.90.. But bus conductor not taking my 500 rs. Note and he told me 500 rs. Not allowed in bus.. And now i borrow 100 rs.. For other person. My family are now mentally disturb... So plz take immediate action against bus conductor..                 Dear sir,

                I am not happy GSRTC of Ahemdabad Swachata Abhiyan.
                Blow General class people used toilet for not entertainment but it's daily requirement. But Employee are taking 10 & 20 Rs for used toilet. And there is only 1 Rs charge for used toilet as GSRTC Curculler and board fixed at toilet.
                We argue to toilet gaurd but not given permission.
                So stopped corruption and make healthy environment for people.
                I am awaiting your reply.

                in the tickets issued from gsrtc the departure time of DIU-JAKHOU bus is 23.15 but everyday the bus arrives around at 1.15 or 1.30. we have to wait about two to three hours at the bus station.
                so i request u to either change the timings in the tickets or make the bus in time.

                  Dear sir,

                  First thanks to gandhinagar depot manager for continuously supporting us. On the behalf of all student who are travelling regularly in pdpu bus, i would like to complaint that pdpu bus drive (Driver no. 145) is not a serious person because after continuous order from manager he is not following his order and taking decision himself.

                  Actual route of pdpu bus is as follow:
                  Morning 9 am pathika to pdpu
                  Evening 3:30 pm pathika to pdpu
                  4:15 pm pdpu to geb (And return)
                  5:30 pm pdpu to pathika

                  These three trips are arranged for pdpu student, but unfortunately only two trips are completed (Morning anf evening trip 4 pm) daily. This information is not older one but just after diwali.

                  Second thing is that he is not coming to geb or gh-5 as per the decided route but only to pthikashram after giving many order from manager sir.

                  He used to take bribe from students by not giving ticket and driving bus after drinking alchohol.

                  I would like to request you sir that please take strict action against him and change driver for pdpu bus route.

                  I am optimistic that you will not disappoint me.

                        Since last more than a week, amreli to dhasa jn via damnagar bus is cancled third time
                        As for the infrmation this is the last bus for damnagar. More than 30 person in a day travelled in the same bus. But beaause of the busses scheduled we are not able go back home without this bus. We are also not infomed about the cancletion. So action immideatlly

                          My travel journey date is 14/11/2016
                          I book the ticket online from Savarkundla to ahmedabad krushna nagar.
                          Booking of ticket my father name but the mobile number is add of my.
                          So online ticket message come on my number & this message send to my father mob. number. Passenger name on ticket is my father Dhirubhai.
                          During traveling bus conductor check ticket &talled him this ticket is not accepted & tell him to take new ticket. So i am contact gsrtc compaint, he tell to give for refund. So please give my refund as soon as possible..

                            Since 4 days all gsrtc buses in operation over all toll plaza whereas toll tax cloases that days
                            In all tickets included toll tax charge, and bus conductor have not get it pay any invoice by toll tax
                            Many crore rupees of people cheat by GSRTC since 4 days .
                            Why divisional manager didn't plan without toll tickets

                              I have booked e-ticket from savarkundala to junagadh which is of 10:43 p. M from gsrtc online ticket booking on 06/11/2016 and after submit option from gsrtc site amount of bus fare rs.188/- is being debited from my s. B. I bank account but i did not get e-ticket after this i dialled gsrtc no.[protected] and is engaged. My trip is on dt.07.11.2016 at 2:25 pm. My ob reference of bus from savarkundala to junagadh is gs3078837 and my user id of gsrtc e-ticket booking is bipinboghara and my mail address is [protected]@gmail.com. You are requested to process my refund to bank account (Account no: [protected], ifsc code: sbin0016065). Thanking you.

                                Driver usuf of surat bodhan timing 7:30 at orna village. This person is stupid, ridiculous and very very bad person and he is misbehaving with passenger and not stopping bus even passenger raise hand. This is only one bus in which is coming at surat bodhan route in morning and all collegean students workers and employees are traving. He is not stopping bus at stops. We dont want this driver at this route. Kindly help as soon as possible.

                                  મારી તા.૧૪/૧૦/૨૦૧૬ની નીચે મુજબની ફરિયાદ કરેલ હતી.જેનો કોઇ જ નિકાલ થયેલ નથી તેમજ જી.એસ.આર.ટી.સી.નો જવાબ સંતોશકારક નથી.તથા મારા વધારા ના ખર્ચેલ નાણાં પરત કરવા કોઇ જ ખાતરી કે ઘટતુ કરવા કોઇ જ નક્કર જવાબ મળેલ નથી.તો આ વધારા ના ખર્ચેલ નાણાં પરત થાય તેમજ મને ન્યાય મળે તેવુ ઘટતુ થવા વિનંતી છે. મારી જુની ફરિયાદ આ મુજબ છે. તા.૩/૧૦/૨૦૧૬ના રોજ અડાલજ (અમદાવાદ) થી પાલનપુર જવા માટે ટિકિટ નં.૦૩૨૧૯૩ તા.૦૩/૧૦/૨૦૧૬ સમય ૧૬:૩૮:૩૯ થી રૂ.૧૯૪.૦૦ બે ટિકિટ લીધેલ.આ બસ ઉંઝા ખાતે આવેલ ત્યારે કંડક્ટર દ્વારા બસ ૧૦ મિનિટ ઉભી રહેશે.જેને પેસાબ-પાણી કરવા હોય તે જઇ શકે છે.આથી અમો બન્ને (પતિ-પત્નિ) ઉંઝા ખાતે એક ખૂણામાં આવેલ પેસાબ ઘર માં જઇ ને લગભગ ૫ (પાંચ) મિનિટ પહેલા પરત આવી ગયેલ ત્યારે અમને જ્યાં ઉતારવામાં આવેલ તે જગ્યાએ (પ્લેટફોર્મ) પર બસ નહોતી. આજુબાજુ તપાસ કરતાં પણ બસ ક્યાંય હતી નહિ.ત્યાર પછી ઉંઝા સ્ટેશન ખાતે કમ્પ્લેઇન કરેલ છે.કમ્પ્લેઇન નં.૦૧૧૩૦ છે.ઉંઝા સ્ટેન્ડ પરના ફરજ પરના કર્મચારી ના જણાવ્યાનુસાર આવી બસની નોંધણી અહિ થયેલ નથી.તેમજ ફરજ પરના અધિકારી ને વિનંતી કરેલ કે અમોને બીજી બસમાં પાલનપુર જવાની વ્યવસ્થા કરી આપો પરંતુ તેઓશ્રીએ કોઇ વ્યવસ્થા કરેલ નહિ અને અમોને અમારી રીતે ત્યાર પછી આવેલ દાહોદ ડીસા બસમાં ટિકિટ નં.૦૩૪૧૪૬ તા.૦૩/૧૦/૨૦૧૬ સમય ૧૮:૪૯:-- થી રૂ. ૮૬.૦૦ બે ટિકિટ દ્વારા પાલનપુર ખાતે આવેલ અને પાલનપુર સ્ટેન્ડ ખાતે પણ કમ્પ્લેઇન કરેલ છે.જ્યાં ફરજ પરના અધિકારી પાસે કમ્પ્લેઇન બુક ઉપલબ્ધ ન હોઇ કોરા કાગળ પર કમ્પ્લેઇન કરેલ છે. સ્ટેન્ડ પરના ફરજ પરના કર્મચારી ના જણાવ્યાનુસાર આવી બસની નોંધણી અહિ પણ થયેલ નથી.ત્યાર બાદ સમયાંતરે ઇંટરનેટ પરથી જુદા જુદા અધિકારીઓના ફોન નંબરો મેળવી આ બાબતે ઘટતુ કરવા વિનંતી કરવામાં આવેલ છે.આમ ઉપરોક્ત હકિકતો ધ્યાને લઇ જવાબદારો સામે યોગ્ય પગલાં લઇ અમને ન્યાય આપવા તેમજ અમારા વધારાના ખર્ચેલ નાણાં (દાહોદ ડીસા બસમાં ટિકિટ નં.૦૩૪૧૪૬ તા.૦૩/૧૦/૨૦૧૬ સમય ૧૮:૪૯:-- થી રૂ. ૮૬.૦૦ બે ટિકિટ) પરત કરવા તેમજ અમોને થયેલ માનસિક તકલીફ અંગે પણ ઘટતુ થવા વિનંતી છે.વધુમાં આ બાબતે એસ.ટી.ની ઓનલાઇન કમ્પ્લેઇન સેવા દ્વારા કમ્પ્લેઇન નં.#293243.તા.૦૪/૧૦/૨૦૧૬થી કમ્પ્લેઇન કરેલ છે.પરંતુ ક્યાંયથી પણ આવી ગંભીર બાબતનુ સંતોષકારક ઉત્તર મળેલ નથી.

                                    I am Animesh Palchoudhary from Vadodara. I had booked an online ticket from Vadodara to Rajkot on 7-November-2016 for journey date of 8-November-2016. As per the schedule, the bus was supposed to depart from Padra at 5:45am and reach Vadodara pick up point (Gotri Road) at 6:05am. Despite the schedule, the bus departed from Vadodara pick up point at 5:45 (before the scheduled departure time). I reached the pick up point at 5:55 and came to know that the bus has left at 5:45am.

                                    I have attached my journey booking details and also the bus schedule for proof that bus starting time from Padra is 5:45am in the morning.

                                      Today i travel in bhuj to rapar bas from shivlakha geb when i stand in bus then other 2 passenger with me but i don't know them conducter told me a ticket i give 100 rs to cunducter and i told conducter other 2 passengers are not with me so give me separate ticket but conducter don't give me separate ticket and not give me my return amount and conducter bihave a not good... so i request you to note my complaint and do for this
