We have booked tickets Rajkot to Rajula with GSRTC.in as online. At booking time session was expired soon and I was not collecting information like pnr but rupee were deducted from my a/c then after I don't get msg from system of booking. When I was reached at ST Station bus was waiting for us.They were finding us that such and such number are not coming that's why we are waiting so we are so for that b'coz we were coming from Jamnagar and we have connecting bus to Rajula. And I am travelling and calling to[protected] toll free number but there were no one pickup our ph. So what should I do now !!! I told to the conductor about this things but that fellow don't co operate or help us to get out for that situation. Even he was torchering us and not allow to travel. And he was told us that you don't have ticket that's why you are not allow to travel. Why should conductor doing such kind of nonsense thing I don't get him but still there are many foolish staff and rigid even. This is one fresh example that never booked ur ticket with online whenever you travel with ST. ST you still need to be more and more required to update for online booking facilities.

    Dear sir,
    In this regard s. T issued circular about bus speed related long route bus speed 80/km. But it is not implemented in himatnagar division vijapur st depot. Said bus vijapur dabhi vijapur bus running speed only 60/km and peas anger suffered long time taken. I m frequently traveled vijapur baroda vijapur. It is requested to u pl. Needful.

    Dabhoi to Vijapur bus running speed only 65km/hrs it is not sufficient as per S.T Nigam circular long rout bus speed raise up to 80km/hrs but this bus speed not raise till today.
    this bus organized bu vijapur depot his Division has been Himatnagar, gujarat.
    frequent traveler have suffering lost lot of time. pl. needful as earlyas possible.

      Service from- Surat dabholi.
      No of seats - 3.
      Bank txn no[protected].
      Seat no- 4, 5, 6.
      Amount - 593.

      Departure time was 22:00.
      I was there before 22:00.
      And till 01:00 I was waiting there only.
      I din got any information about bus not even call or any message.
      So I missed my bus.
      I wantmy money to be refund.
      please let me as soon as possible.
      When will I get thank you.

      Hello my name is sanjay Pandya.
      I have booked tickets for 3 people including mee.
      Bus detail is-

        Surat-Nehrunagar Volvo, schedule arrival time at 8.40 p.m. at Zadeshwar X, Bharuch has not arrived at the stop. We have booked two tickets no. 23 & 24 on the bus, but could not able to travel despite having valid tickets.

        Please refund us the amount in my CC from where I have paid the amount.

          ૫ાંચબત્‍તી થી મહંમદ૫ુરા વચ્‍ચે ના વિસ્‍તારમાં દરરોજ ટ્રાફીક જામ સર્જાય છે. જેથી ઘણો સમય બગડે છે. અને જંબુસરથી અાવતી બસો ૫ાંચબત્તીથી વિદ્યાર્થી ૫ાસ જગ્‍યા રોકીને અાવતા હોઇ જે અન્‍ય મુસારફોને ૫૬ જગ્‍યા મળતી નથી. ૫ાંચબત્તીથી સીટો રોકીને અાવતા બંઘ થાય તે માટે. જંબુસર ભરૃચ બસનો રૃટ વાયા શ્રવણ ચોકડી કરવા વિનંતી જો તેમ ના થાય તો (વન-વે) કરવા વિનંતી. જો (વન-વે કરવામાં અાવે અને રૃ૫િયા ૧ નો વઘારો ૫ણ અમો અા૫વા તૈયાર છે.

            I had booked a ticket for trip from Ahmedabad to jetpur, for 1/12/2016 1:55 PM however when I enquired after waiting long for the bus, I was informed that the bus route has been cancelled few days before... Why is it that it is still available for booking on the website when actually there is no actual bus to board at that time..I have wasted 2.5 hrs waiting for another bus to reach my destination.. Total waste of time..no value for our time..I would like it to be investigated and full refund of the ticket cost for this inconvenience and waste if time...

                Respected sir/mam,

                I am not complaining but bringing something to your notice as I am not sure about it.

                I far as I know Urinating is free in almost all toilets at GSRTC STATION, be it any station (They only charge people for Latrine/Privy) but this guys (I don't know his name) was collecting charge for Urinating too... I am talking about Ahmedabad Central Bus Station which has more than 4 to 5 Toilets... on 27th December he is on duty at toilet which is just near plat form no 24 ... which is man's solely Toilet ... he was wearing some Parrot Green Shirt ... I am just sending you this because I don't know if there is charge for Urinating too in GSRTC's rule book ... with this I am attaching a photo of that guy too it might help you to find him in big staff, in case he's actually doing wrong

                  Myself bhupat bharvad.
                  Me and my village friends (15 person) having a problem of morning bus route (rajkot-jamnagar local bus) time approaching falla village is 7:10am.. and this bus not coming last 1month and we having a lots problem in going school and job... because we having pass of local bus...

                  And... the other bus route contains 1hour gap earlier 7am and other are coming after 7:30... please do needful specially between 7 - 7:30am.

                    I'm Nirav badani travelling in mangrol - Bhavnagar gsrtc bus. My bus arrived rajula around 4.25 pm and it was noted that there was one tire got punctured. So that bus went to service station and we were advised to get another bus by giving that breakdown receipt to that conductor if we could get another bus before this bus got back to busstand. After that all we got another bus ( jafrabad - Bhavnagar). And bus just left the station at 5'o clock and conductor saw that mangrol - Bhavnagar bus was coming back so he forced all o[censored]s to get down the bus and leave as per the law.

                    As per my Knowledge there is no any rule stating passenger who are transferred from another repairing bus, have to leave the bus if it got back even out of the station. Think of the inconvenience suffered by old people, the pregnant lady, the lady with 3 small children and her 3-4 luggage begs.

                    I hope some warning at least must be given to conductor.

                      I had booked 2 seats for 2 senior citizens from Jetpur to Mundra on 24th November 2016 online from gsrtc official website.
                      I didn't get 5% discount on this ticket.
                      I didn't get discount for senior citizen ticket.

                      Gujarat government has already announced 5% discount during the period of 500 and 1000 rupees not issue. I want my total discount amount in account.

                        I am attaching herewith the e-ticket as PDF copy for your reference and further process.
                        My self NS Prajapati. I am a regular Passenger of GSRTC.
                        I have booked my ticket along with my family (4 Person) through GSRTC Website on[protected] for travelling from Zadeshwar X to Lunawada on[protected] on the occasion of Diwali.
                        Driver avoided to come Zadeshwar Pickup Point and went directly through Over Bridge and I was waiting in the Pickup point up to 2 Hrs.

                        The said Bus time was 10:20 AM. I came there at 9:30 AM and was waiting at Pickup Point up to 11:45 AM. I enquired with all Valsad Depot Bus Drivers came through the point about my booking and all were told me that your Bus has already gone. After hearing this, I got shocked because I was waiting at the pick-up point i.e. Zadeshwar X Highway. I called GNFC Depot but my call was not picked-up by the duty officers. When I went to GNFC Depot, the Depot office was closed. I discussed the matter with GNFC Canteen Person and he told me that the bus was waiting for me.

                        I want to ask you Sir, why your driver was not reached our Pick up stand. Due to this, I could not reach the next destination to catch the second bus. I have hired a private vehicle for reaching the destination. I had wasted my time and money by the mistake of one of your Drivers.
                        Sir, I want to get the refund of Rs.536/-.
                        Please do needful as early as possible.

                          The workers of public toilet of Ahmedabad gsrtc gita mandir station takes 10 rupees as a charge, while outside it is written only one rupee. It is a serious issue as they are taking 9 rupees more, that is almost 90% extra. I asked them that it is written only 1 rupee, in reply I was pushed out rudely. Please take some serious action against it, though it looks small but do the math, how much black money are they earning in the name of service!

                            Parking charge at ahmedabad central bus station (geeta mandir)

                            Today I parked my vehicle at Ahmedabad central bus depot's paid parking, where the person in charge(Mr.Dadabhai) charged 10rs for 12hrs. parking..After parking the vehicle when I saw the receipt, I found that there is 6rs charge mentioned in it for 12hrs.. I asked to that person for the reason for extra charging of 4rs, He replied that GSRTC having excess stock of old receipt books of 6rs. mentioned in it but the charge is revised to 10rs.??and...

                            Bus is running very slow. You Gsrtc people don't have value of time. In the online portal, Time time of reaching at vapi is 9. 25 pm and conductor said that it will take 11.00. Or 12. 00 o' clock. I am traveling in bus Ahmedabad to Poladpur. Right now bus reach at Ankleswar. I didn't get it how bus takes more than 10 hour journey time in just 376 km. Let me clear that Bharuch has no traffic today. In a bus, there is not mention bus number. Rules are that number should be mention in auto also. Than why it is not mention in bus. Second thing is suggestion box is just show peace. Box has no lock.

                              My daughter khushbu chinoy have booked ticket online from ahmedabad nehrunagar to vadodara bus depo with return trip two times on 19th november 2016 between 8:30 to 9:30. Money is also deducted from hdfc bank a/c both d times (Rs.400+ 400) but didn't get confirmation sms or email and tickets didn't get booked even though payment success msg appeared both d times.

                              What should we have to do to get our money back?

                                Sir i m travelling rajkot to chotila @rajkot depo.. I have only 500 rs. Note and i purchase 3 tickits worth rs.90.. But bus conductor not taking my 500 rs. Note and he told me 500 rs. Not allowed in bus.. And now i borrow 100 rs.. For other person. My family are now mentally disturb... So plz take immediate action against bus conductor.. Bus departure time is 8.45 am at rajkot depo.. If anu query plz. Call me..[protected]...

                                  I am not happy GSRTC of Ahemdabad Swachata Abhiyan.
                                  Blow General class people used toilet for not entertainment but it's daily requirement. But Employee are taking 10 & 20 Rs for used toilet. And there is only 1 Rs charge for used toilet as GSRTC Curculler and board fixed at toilet.
                                  We argue to toilet gaurd but not given permission.
                                  So stopped corruption and make healthy environment for people.
                                  I am awaiting your reply.

                                  in the tickets issued from gsrtc the departure time of DIU-JAKHOU bus is 23.15 but everyday the bus arrives around at 1.15 or 1.30. we have to wait about two to three hours at the bus station.
                                  so i request u to either change the timings in the tickets or make the bus in time.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    First thanks to gandhinagar depot manager for continuously supporting us. On the behalf of all student who are travelling regularly in pdpu bus, i would like to complaint that pdpu bus drive (Driver no. 145) is not a serious person because after continuous order from manager he is not following his order and taking decision himself.

                                    Actual route of pdpu bus is as follow:
                                    Morning 9 am pathika to pdpu
                                    Evening 3:30 pm pathika to pdpu
                                    4:15 pm pdpu to geb (And return)
                                    5:30 pm pdpu to pathika

                                    These three trips are arranged for pdpu student, but unfortunately only two trips are completed (Morning anf evening trip 4 pm) daily. This information is not older one but just after diwali.

                                    Second thing is that he is not coming to geb or gh-5 as per the decided route but only to pthikashram after giving many order from manager sir.

                                    He used to take bribe from students by not giving ticket and driving bus after drinking alchohol.

                                    I would like to request you sir that please take strict action against him and change driver for pdpu bus route.

                                    I am optimistic that you will not disappoint me.

                                    though payment of 274 is deducted from my account i have not recieved SMS or Mail for this ticket. so i request you to refund this ammount as soon as possible

                                      My name is Yogesh M patel. I am regular passenger of your bus.but some time I feel uncomfortable because the bus was not come regular.
                                      In Gujarat any function or any govt. Function on you are every time cancel bus of Kalupur we are so uncomfortable for this.
                                      My bus route is DSP - gh6- pathika - civil- Kalupur.
                                      It's so eregular bus...so please take some action
                                      And last 4/11/2016 to 15/11/2016 this days between bus was not come.so we have attend so much problem. Please take some action

                                      We are booked ticket in Gsrtc bus 16 Nov.but national Highway board declare 18 Nov end off the day not take toll in national Highways. Why are Gsrtc ticket in taking toll free.
