This bus is from Sidhhpur depot from Ahmedabad to Deesa, Express.

I was waiting for this bus at Ranip depot since 5.15 am. Bus arrived at 5.35 am. I requested to conductor to see my reservation details. But he denied for any reservation in that bus. I requested again and again. But he denied confidently. I checked details and my reservation was confirmed in that bus only. Issue is that conductor had not taken courtesy to check details. He might be forget to collect reservation list from Ahmedabad depot. But this is very serious issue. He had wasted passenger's time. If such type of people exist in bus transportation, they can harm on someone emergency journey. Kindly take legal action to that conductor and revert back me your response. Your action will be appreciable...

Paras Circle (City Point) bus stop is given in Nadiad. However, the driver of the Kheda-Dahod Gurjar city bus does not stop the bus and keeps going at full speed.
So we don't save time to go to Dakor in the morning.

would like to appreciate the services and response of lady bus conductor employee number 1330 ms. Bhavna solanki. - gondal depot

i was travelling on 29/01/2023 from junagadh to rajkot at 5pm, conductor was ms. Bhavan solanki having employee code 1330 and driver employee code 53191185n

ms bhavan's behavior with all (small/elder, rich/ poor) passenger was very fantastic.

Very first time i had good experience with gujarat bus transport else always had very bad experience and was getting scared to travel in gujarat bus transport.

Ms. Bhavan please keep it up and be inspiration for others.

Early morning local bus "MORBI-RAJKOT-MORBI " which irregular in January 2023. Whole months student who use that bus they face difficulties. I think they don't know the importance of education. Bus No. Is GJ-18-Z-8122 OR GJ-18-Z-8140

જામનગર સોમનાથ સમય ૭.૪૫ વાયા તાલાળા તાલાળા જતી બસ વેરાવળ બાયપાસ છે સિદ્ધિ સોમનાથ બસ જાય છે તે વારંવાર રજૂઆત કરવા છતાં પણ વેરાવળ બસ સ્ટેન્ડમાં જતી નથી બસને વેરાવળ બસ સ્ટેન્ડમાં સ્ટોપ કરાવવા નમ્ર વિનંતી

25/01/2023 I came to traveling from Ahmedabad to balasinor GSRTC bus .. at Gita mandir Bus station. for using toilet they are charging 5 ₹ from each person, including small kids(babies)also.. and they are seating inside toilet. outside of toilet there is a board mention charges for different usage for bathing 1 ₹, for urine 0 ₹ .when I went inside they asked me to pay 5 ₹, I asked I just want to go for a pee .. for that also 5 ₹ ? he said yes… and paid …
After coming outside I take a photo of the board … and one male (May be worker) came to me and asked me why U take a photo.. ? I told him you are charging money .either change the charges mentioned on the board . or stop charging money for same . I m going to complain. he said .. it’s for cleaning charges .. we have to clean washrooms…
This matter is required to be considered by the concerned authority... Please do the needful for the same.
Please take action immediately.

This is general complaint for GSRTC app and website.

After booking they only provide PNR number only. When you try to find vehicle number or more details from PNR app and web not showing vehicle number.

Even only boarding and departure point is mentioned. So if bus is coming from location which is far from your boarding you even don't know where bus is coming from.

Also we experience many time bus not come on time. For this they do not contact you for the same or no message or mail come for the late bus.

One have to ask each bus conductor whether this is a bus person searching for due to
Vehicle number is not provided.

This is serious issue. Thousands of passanger suffering from this.

Need to resolve this on urgent basis.

Please do not ignore the things.

Bus mehsana kovaya comming from mehsana going towards kovaya didn't stop at talaja jakatnaka inspite of raising hand to driver and conductor they just ignored and have not stop the bus . Talaja jakatnaka bhavnagar is a stop and mostly all buses take stop here. This happened 2 time

નલીયા ભાવનગર બસ ઉભી ન રાખી તારીખ ૨૩, ૧, ૨૦૨૩ ના મોથાલારોડ થી ભાવનગર ની બુકીન્ગ હોવા છતા બસ ઉભી ન રાખી અમારે લેડીસ સાથે હતા ને અમે રખડી પડયા અને અમે કંડકટર ને કોલ કરયો તો અમને સરખો જવાબ નો આપયો ને કોલ કટ કરી નાખ્યો કંડકટરે,
કંડકટર ને કોલ કરયો તો તે ખોટું બોલે કે અમે બસ ૧૦ મીનીટ ઉભી રાખી જોકે બસ ઉભી રાખીજ નોતી ત્યાં મોથાલા રોડ પર સીસીટીવી કેમેરા મા સાફ દેખાઈ છે

Hello Dear sir/Maam,
My name is Amit Kashyap, resident of Navsari. I am writing this complain or you can call it suggestion for Starting an Early Morning bus service to Saputara whether from Surat or Navsari. Ya I know you might thinking what this guy is talking about.
So as we all know Saputara is a major tourist destination for us south gujarat peoples but the connectivity with saputara is almost not present out there. For us lower middle class peoples ST Bushes are the only options for long distance by road, Now theres only 1 to 2 bushes are there from my city Navsari to Saputara that to on late night and in evening and no return bus from saputara to navsari in evening.. So what we want is a Proper bus service from Surat to Saputara in early morning so which puts us in saputara at around 11 to 12 noon and returns from saputara at around 5 or 6 in evening as per convinence. Now i know its difficult to start new bus service from anywhere, it might includes lots of behind the scenes work which we normal peoples don't know but i am assuring you the GSRTC authority that this bus service will eventually be successful. There are lots of reasons like i already said, people like us can also travel to this beautiful place without their private vehicles or private bus, i talked to multiple people regarding this issue of not having proper connectivity to saputara really upsets them cozz all of them want to go there but its really expensive to book texi or private bus.. And as soon as people will know about this service they'll surly prefer this bus over any other option and might spent their weekend in Saputara. And we can cover lots of cities in between for more passengers like if we start from surat, we have Sachin, Maroli, Navsari, Diverted from Gandevi, Billimora, Chikhli, Vansda, Waghai and many more small towns in between.

So its my and many people's from south Gujarat appeal to GSRTC to start a mentioned bus service.
We would surely be Thankful to you..

મારું નામ દિગ્વિજયસિંહ એમ. ગોહિલ છે. હું આજે તારીખ ૧૬/૦૧/૨૦૨૩ સોમવારના રોજ ભાવનગર થી સરધાર આવવા માટે ભાવનગર જમજોધપુર બસમાં પ્રેસ કવોટર પિક અપ પોઇન્ટ થી બસમાં મારા પરિવાર સાથે ચડ્યો ત્યારે ડ્રાઈવરે મારી સાથે અસભ્યતા ભર્યું વર્તન કરેલ છે.
મારી ઉંમર ૬૭ વર્ષની છે. મારે પગ માં પ્લેટ આવેલી છે.. પગ નું ઓપરેશન કર્યા બાદ હું ખૂબ ઓછી મુસાફરી કરું છું. બસ માં ચડતાની સાથે જ મને ડ્રાઈવરે એવું કહ્યું કે, "ટિકિટ બુક હોય તો જ ચડજો નહિતર પાછળ બીજી બસ આવે છે". બસ માં કોઈ એવો નિયમ છે કે ટિકિટ બુક હોય તો જ મુસાફરી કરી શકાય ? જો કે, મે તો મારી અને મારા પરિવાર ની ટીકીટ બુક કરેલી જ હતી. હું લાકડી ના ટેકે ચાલુ છું. બધા મુસાફરો પોત પોતાની જગ્યા એ બેસી જાય પછી હું મારા નંબર ની સીટ પર બેસી જઈશ એવું વિચારી થોડી વાર હું કંડકટર ની સીટ પર બેઠો જેથી કોઈ ને નડું નહિ અને અને બસ માં બ્રેક લાગી હોય તો હું પડું નહિ. પરંતુ મને એ શીટ પર થી ઉભા થવા કીધું. હું ત્યાં થી ઉભો થઇ ગયો. તેમ છતાં મારી સાથે ગેરવર્તન કરવાનું ચાલુ રાખ્યું. મારા પુત્રની ઉંમરનો હોવા છતાં મને ટુકારો આપી ને વાત કરી . તેમજ "જેને ફરિયાદ કરવી હોય એને કરી દે જે મને કઈ ફેર નથી પડતો" એવું કહ્યું. ત્યાર બાદ મે કંડકટર પાસે ફરિયાદ બૂક માંગી તો કંડક્ટરે મારી પાસે ફરિયાદ બુક સાથે નથી. એવો જવાબ આપેલ છે. J થોડી વાર માં જ બીજા ૨ ૩ વ્યક્તિઓ સાથે પણ એવું અસભ્ય વર્તન કર્યું અને જેને ફરિયાદ કરવી હોય એને કરી દેવાની એવું કહ્યું . જો કે લેડી કંડકટર બહેને ૨ ૩ વખત ડ્રાઈવર ને એવું કીધું કે હવે તમે શાંતિ રાખો તેમ છતાં ડ્રાઈવરે બોલવાનું ચાલુ રાખ્યું હત. હું ઓનલાઇન માધ્યમ થી આપને આ બસના ડ્રાઈવર વિરોધ ફરિયાદ કરું છું. આ ફરિયાદ ને ગંભીરતાથી લઈ તાત્કાલિક ધોરણે આ ડ્રાઈવર પર વર્તણૂક ના નિયમોને આધીન પગલાં લેવામાં આવે એવી મારી વિનંતી છે.

સવિનય સાથે જણાવવાનું કે પાલનપુર થી ઇડર સાંજે ચાલતી હતી જે નો સમય સાંજે ૫.૨૦ હતો તથા તેના અગાઉ ની બસ પલાનુર ખેરાલુ સાંજે ૪ વાગે તે બસપણ બંધ કરેલ છે અને તો આ બસ માં રેગુલર વિધાર્થી તેમજ કાયમી મુસાફર પાસ ધારકો ને આવતા તેમજ જતા હતા તથા આ બસ ચાલુ રાખવા નમ્ર અરજ કરવવા માં આવે છે .

સવિનય સાથે જણાવવાનું કે વડનગર ડેપોની બસ જે વિસનગર થી ડીસા સવારે અને સાંજે દિવસ માં બે રુટ માં ચાલતી હતી તે બસ બંધ કરેલ છે તો આ બસ માં રેગુલર વિધાર્થી તેમજ કાયમી મુસાફર પાસ ધારકો ને આવવાં તેમેજ જવાની તકલીફ પડે સે તેથી આ બસ ચાલુ રાખવા નમ્ર અરજ કરવવા માં આવે છે .
