Sir, we have arrived at our pickup bus stop before time. We have been waiting for our bus from time 23.00 to 02. Oo late night but our bus did not come. So we contact to t. C he has commited us you donnot worry i write about this matter for your refund in your ticket & wrote it. I send that photo copy with it.

I hope get my refund as quick as possible

Address. B/20, new rangjyot society, B/h. Visit petrol pump,
Sabarmati, Ahmed a bad.
(MOBILE NO). [protected].

THAT DAY WE ARE ARRIVED AT BUS STOP AT 23.00 & WE WAIT FOR OUR BUS AT 1.30 AS PER CONTROL ROOM T. C. ORDER. AFTER ALL THE BUS DID NOT COME. SO T. C. WROTE IN MY TICKET THAT THE BUS DID NOT COME AT 1.30 with signature for REFUND. Then we were went to Gitamadir bus stop by auto rickshaw pay fare rs. 300.00 & we go surat by express bus paid fare rs. 779.00. We have very bad experience I never forget it.

So I request you get refund as quick as possible.

I already send my ticket photo copy with TC signature in my complain.

good morning sir,

I had received call from Mobile no. [protected] ( Sister name : Sapana Tiwari) . She told me that she is calling from GSRTC Quality control room from Delhi office. she want, I take my complain back instead of she give me 10% Extra money on GSRCT Bus ticket amount.
She need some information of my Bank ATM Visa card Detail for transfer amount in my account. but she told me give this detail at a time not tomorrow.
( I recorded this call talk in my mobile)

Can I know that why I have to suffered that night & by whose mistake or who made me fool ?
