As per above sub. Kanoda to Himatnagar bus late takeoff from mehsana busstand at 7.20 actually time is takeoff 6.30 but intensely do by that bus driver & conductor for less Passangers get by them because all passengers goes in mehsana to himatnagar intercity so some himatnagar direct Passangers missing to that bus so kindly request to do that kanoda to Himatnagar bus takeoff on time from mehsana busstand

I travelled from Nadiad to Vadodara by Intercity Bus from Nafiad to Vadodara & I was dorced with insulting in loud voice & I paid Rs. sixty six 66=00 on 11th Feb. 2016

Dear sir,
As per above sub, the bus hold at himmatnagar depo from 10:30 am more than 1hr and as per driver it will take next 1 or two hrs.
I am traveling in this bus with my family from Surendranagar to udaipur but unfortunately we are suffering here due to mis management of depo person or gsrtc.

I have tried to book ticket on[protected]. Ticket is not booked and Rs. 768 is deducted from my bank account.

I have sent mail regarding the same to gsrtc on mailid [protected]@mail1.gsrtc.in.

But, there is no refund. Please refund amount...

I have tried to book ticket on[protected]. Ticket is not booked and Rs. 494 is deducted from my bank account.

Dear sir, I am prakash prajapati. @ 16 junary I lot of try to call mahesana bus station on inquiry no. 251151. I had emerganacy to know about Mahesana- KALOL bus is available or not. I call at least 15 times but no single ryply. Gujarat ST service is so lower class. And goverment servant so lassy which paid high salary. I request to know officer at that time and get panished On ligal way.

I have complaint and bad experience of botad inquiry counter once i have inquiry of buses running from botad to lathi but person on inquiry counter is not giving proper answer and tell me bad words once person came out from inquiry counter and ready to fight with me . you can check cctv camera of date 13/01/2016 at 1 pm to 2.30 pm

Hello sir...I am working in Indian air force, I was travelling from vadodara to kalol(pms) around 0130 in early morning.there is no conductor in that bus.when I asked for ticket he told me to give amount what is in ticket, I don't have 1 rupee change, so he refused me to give a ticket and told that go and take change from near by shops in very rough language, his behaviour was not good to me and other passengers also.and he was driving very roughly at night. That bus was from santrampur depot and bus no was 9670 and date is 07 Jan 2016 in 1236 in morning. Being a defence personal it's my responsibility to inform you to take necessary action against that driver, and please inform what action you have taken, and necessary will not done by your side, I will go to higher authority.

We booked a ticket online from baroda to ahmedabad which was scheduled at 8.30 am on 15.12.2015. As the bus did not come till 9.20 and we had a urgent meeting at Ahmedabad, , we went counter but they inform us that it can be cancelled by sending mail to above E- Mail ID. We immediately informed to gsrtc via mail ID.[protected]@gsrtc to refund the fare mentioning PNR no. and went Ahmedabad by local bus. I have not received the fare in my account tll date.We again sent e-mail again two times. Tv set installed in gsrtc buses between ahmedabad to gandhinagar two way trip dose not working properly. some of the tv set have a volume function problem and some of the tv set have a on screen picture display problem. i hope, if, the GSRTC paying a huge amount to SAMBHAAV MEDIA LTD for passengers entertainment according to policy, it is necessary to work this tv set regularly.i would like to request to you to sort out this problem.

The surrounding of bilimora GSRTC is really clean but the washrooms are in a very bad state. It was a very bad experience for us to use the washrooms

Respected sir We are regular passenger of surat mangrol vankal rout. We have 6 o clock bus surat netrang bus after that only one option vadi bus. Nd this bus is very irregular. Everyday bus is late. Nd driver always drinken. Yester he accidant bus. Its not one time bt many time but cant action. Give us another option to over rout after 6 clock in our rout.

Respected sir, I am one of essar employ and I am up down daily buses via g.s.r.t.c.All bus facility were good but problem is g.s.r.t.c bus driver not follow your bus timing. Here give u one example hazira Adajan bus departure at 7.05 in the morning at hazira but daily it departure 6.45 am 20 min early at its time. So please help sir.
