Nandniketan Township (Essar oil Township) located between Sapar Patiya and Bed village this is officially bus stop but since long time even we sign to stop bus especially Bus No. GJ18-Y-7685 Jamnagar - Okha Morning 7:00AM.
Request you to please do need full.

I am standing at bajipura(tapi) bus stand from 3:15 am morning to 4:33 am on 29/02/2016 in this period of time there are 3 buses but none of them arrived on that period of time kindly take strict action

I am travelling at this time gujrat roadways bus indore to javua . Ticket print fare is 143/-
But your conductor collect this ticket charge 150/_
He said booking charge extra.
So plz. Confurm .each pessanger booking charge 5 rs. And this bus travellre about 20.
Means 100/__ rs extra income booking charge.
What this is right.
Plz. Urgent action for this complent.

I booked bus for una to veraval on 22/02/2016 online .bus time showing 19:00 on gsrtc.in. (image attached ) bus name is bhavnagar to veraval and trip code is 1500BVNVRLEXP51. But there is no such bus exists for una to veraval for 19:00 o'clock. Actually it exists for 20:15 o'clock according to gsrtc staff at una.
I also got confirmation message about booking from gsrtc.(image attached)
My PNR no. Is G11691321.
Depot manager not available at depot for complaining.i got totally negative response from staff except one guy who seats on reservation counter.
My wife is pregnant and we have to wait for 1hour and 30 min on depot.
Also we can't reach at veraval on time. So I missed my train (pnr no. [protected]) for veraval to jamnagar . also i have loss of 1200 rs.( train ticket + bus ticket )
Also i can't join my duty for next day at reliance, jamnagar.
So i have additional loss of 1500 rs.
+ reputation loss at company.

Respected Sir,
I m an engineering student of Gov't. Engg. College, Gandhinagar. We students are waiting for bus at GEB daily 4 to 5.30 pm.. But the bus of Bapunagar is never stop at that stand. So we have to go always pathika for bus of bapunagar.. And this is not fair.. We havebus pass yet we have to pay in rikshaw for pathika..
Please consider my application and take action as soon as possible

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please go through attached screen shot and ticket of the journey between GNFC Depot to Kalol in which the conductor has charge as adult cost Rs. 109 & Child cost Rs. 60 simillarly in same bus trip i have checked on that day in reservation online site the chsrge for the similar journey is for Adult Rs. 99 & Child cost Rs. 50 with reservation charge.

How is it, possible? Please explain asap...

I am prakash prajapati. we face trouble by road between Oda to Pansar. It is in worth condition so long time due to that in night accident may be occurred. we face back pain due to this broken road condition. please do needful. Check why it is not repaired.

As per above sub. Kanoda to Himatnagar bus late takeoff from mehsana busstand at 7.20 actually time is takeoff 6.30 but intensely do by that bus driver & conductor for less Passangers get by them because all passengers goes in mehsana to himatnagar intercity so some himatnagar direct Passangers missing to that bus so kindly request to do that kanoda to Himatnagar bus takeoff on time from mehsana busstand

I travelled from Nadiad to Vadodara by Intercity Bus from Nafiad to Vadodara & I was dorced with insulting in loud voice & I paid Rs. sixty six 66=00 on 11th Feb. 2016

Dear sir,
As per above sub, the bus hold at himmatnagar depo from 10:30 am more than 1hr and as per driver it will take next 1 or two hrs.
I am traveling in this bus with my family from Surendranagar to udaipur but unfortunately we are suffering here due to mis management of depo person or gsrtc.

But, there is no refund. Please refund amount...

Dear sir, I am prakash prajapati. @ 16 junary I lot of try to call mahesana bus station on inquiry no. 251151. I had emerganacy to know about Mahesana- KALOL bus is available or not. I call at least 15 times but no single ryply. Gujarat ST service is so lower class. And goverment servant so lassy which paid high salary. I request to know officer at that time and get panished On ligal way.

I have complaint and bad experience of botad inquiry counter once i have inquiry of buses running from botad to lathi but person on inquiry counter is not giving proper answer and tell me bad words once person came out from inquiry counter and ready to fight with me . you can check cctv camera of date 13/01/2016 at 1 pm to 2.30 pm
