    Respected sir, My name is Nilesh Jadav my wife teacher at dabhoi so she pick the bus at soma talav, vadodara today i faced bad experience of bus conductor and driver i go soma talav for drop my wife there i found one bus is there so quick my bike near the door and shouted please stop the bus but conductor closed the door so we r requesting them but he not open the door and bus is start he speak very roughly and say chadhi jao bus ma but bus is run so we don't take risk because it is not possible for ladies so i drive bike fast and reach next station kapurai chokdi but they also not stop there some people are hand up and requesting them but they do not stop there also this incident is 15th August 2015 at soma talav, vadodara on 7:20 AM approximately and bus number is GJ18Y8287 and bus destination is chandod. my mobile no is [protected] so please take action against him any further assistance you can call me i am ready for it

      I did booking for Ahmebadad to morbi bus from GSRTC website on 13th aug. I have I reached to iscon stop before the time. but no bus came. We waited for 2 hours. then I called to Gitamandir bus stand, they said there is no bus at that time for ahmedabad morbi. I lost my money and time. please do refund my money. bank transaction ref. num is[protected].

          While booking the ticket online the payment was accepted yet no ticket was issued. The ticket was of the Volvo bus from Ahmedabad to Baroda dated 30/07/15 departing from Nehrunagar at 17:30 Hrs PNR No: G10100929. The OB reference no for the same is GS1972815. The account from which the ticket was booked is jahnavibhatt. Please grant me the refund.

            Pm bus and print out at 9 pm seat no - 16. 17. 18. 19. 20 but in bus ticket are

            Not mention in conductor booking history so conductor given another

            Ticket in bus so i would like to request that please refund online ticket

              Hello Sir,
              I had booked the 3 m-tickets (Seat number 3, 4, 5) for SHIHOR to AHMEDABAD for date “19/07/2015” and time 13.45 (through mobile on 18/07/2015). But, the ST BUS could not reach on time at SHIHOR because of two tire puncher near KADAMGIRI.
              So, I had to follow up 10 to 15 times at PALITANA ST DEPO and SAVARKUDLA ST DEPO and finally I had to talked with the ST BUS Driver and he told me that he was not sure about how much time BUS will take to complete two tire puncher.
              So, the BUS Driver told me that it may take around 7 to 8 hrs to reach at SHIHOR around 21.00 hrs (9.00 pm) because of Sunday and unavailability of enough staff at PALITANA ST DEPO.
              After that, I had to wait but, the ST Bus cloud not reach till 17.30 (5.30 pm) and I could not wait more because of two little children and I had to reach on time at AHMEDABAD.
              So, here I am providing my m-tickets details and contact details and also attached two images to refund my payment.

                I had booked 10 tickets (sleeper)for journey date 11/7/15 ( through internet on 18/6/15)from Dwarka to Ahmedabad vide PNR No G9863893 & G9863818 (trip code 2000DWKABDSLP15).The departure time was indicated 20.00hrs. I would like to register complaint that the said bus was departed from Dwarka to Ahmedabad at 18.00 hrs.instead of 20.00 hrs.We suffered & harassed a lot as there were 8 ladies (2 ssenior citizens) travelling with us out of our 10 tickets.Though our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is keen to introduce digital india there was nobody bother to inform us about the timing of bus by SMS or EMAIL. It is my humble request to look into this matter & fix the accountability of GSRTC .as the matter is very serious.It is also requested to compensate us. Hope to get an early reply & justice.

                  I am engineering student.we are ten girls in group and going in st bus from bapunagar to GEB Gandhinagar. At return time on around 4 o'clock chanasma to bapunagar bus arrives at GEB.But on showing hand and we ten comes in between the road also but still they dont stop thu bus and instead of stopping it they increases the speed as they comes near the stop. Please its our request to take some kind of actions please...

                    Myself Vijay Parmar, my number is [protected], I am traveling through GSRTC BUS at time 8:42 pm on date[protected]. I have taken ticket and sit on the customer sit. Conductor comes to me and uses bad words and forced me to sit in other place, because he wants to sit there. right now I am in the bus, conductor has no manners how to talk with customer. I am requesting that please take proper action against him. So he will not do this kind of behave with any customer.

                      Hello,

                      We have booked 2 tickets on 12 / 7 / 2015 for vadodara to dakor in the bus : jambusar - modasa. The departure time of bus jambusar - modasa (Pnr no. : g9999005) from vadodara was 6:50 am. We have reached bus - stand on time but after few minutes we got to know that bus was left out at 6:30 am and its the routine time of bus. So will you please update the bus timing in the website?

                      And our problem is bus left and we could not go in that bus. Now we want our amount back, hope that u can understand our problem and process for the refund and revert us back asap.

                        Ryt now we are travelling from Vadodara ti saputara in a gurjar nagri bus no. GJ18 Z 0153. Why the hell the driver and the conductor is keeping all the indoor lights of the bus switched on in the night time when everyone wants to sleep. All the customers are angry due to this. Are they bloody taking revenge from the customers by spoiling their sleep while they themselves cant sleep due to night journey and working. Why the hell they join such work then ? Plz help us and call the driver and ask him to switch off the lights.

                          To whom so ever it may concern, This is to bring to your notice that the buses to polytechnic from gandhinagar in the morning from 6:30-7:30 are very irregular which leads in delay for college going students which affects the studies. The authorities at the gandhinagar bus station themselves have no clue about the timings and if asked are making lame excuses to conceal the matter. I hereby request you to do the needful so that we dont have to miss our college lectures.

                            Yesterday I travel in bus root jamnagar to div. Ticket no.006277 Dt.07.07.2015, time. 15:35:51. For jamnagar to khambhalia. I have to emergency drop at kanchanpur. But conducted not drop me at kanchanpur. So have loss for financial and mentally disturb. So I request to take legal action on the conductor.

                                Dear sir, I am himanshu amrutiya studing in baroda. I want to complain about gsrtc baroda to ahmedabad intercity bus ticket collector for his rude behivour.on date 5-july-2015 at 6.00am we all passangers are standing in queue for ticket. He has refused me for ticket because i dont have 500 rupees exchange and said that you have to bring change otherwise i will not allow ticket to you. He bhivour is very rude and he also speak bad words about my family. He is a goverment officer he sholud not be talk like this thirdclass language. Please help me and reply me as soon as possible.

                                  respested sir, i am mr. sunil laxman vala from kalawad dis- jamngar i kindly inform you before last few date may have face very criticle problem for irregular bus time shedule. speciely wronge timetable / shedule for s.t but deparcher time in evening . afeter 5 pm to p pm nos of 4 buses are deparch from rajkot depo within 15 minutes time racio following buses are ( 1. vajir khakhariya, 2. dhrol 3. amarapar & 4. pata meghapar ) following buses are deparch one by one time distance betwwen 15 minute . i kindly inform you above 4 buses rout are very crowdy but this bus departch time is very wornge and unsutaible to passangers and reguler up-down peoples. and afet 6.00 pm to 7.00pm are arrange only one bus from rajkot - varudi mata local bus by rajkot depo. above 4 buses are going every day empty and this buses night hold his place. this stretergy are very bad and this is unprofitable issue for gsrtc dept and many time varudi mata bus any issue are delay on cancelled then passanger are face very criticle problem and next bus are come after 1.30houres i kindly request to you notify this complaint and change the time table any one bus after 6.00pm because students and daily office staff and industrial staff deparcher time is 6.00p, m and if you arrance bus for this staff its very sutaible to each other i hope you give a proper response for this complaint and if you non give a response then i forword to higher dept

                                      I've used GSRTC online booking service for ticket booking from Gandhinagar- Pathik Ashram to Baroda- Makarpura. When I enter the Source and Destination and try to search, the page redirects to itself instead of showing list of available buses. If no buses are available then it should show "No bus available".
