Sir I already booked 2 tickets for Surat to Nasik on[protected] for bus rout 0915SRTSHRDGJ46 for[protected].online.Rs436/ dudcted from my bank a/c.Tran.ref. was GS1767850.My bank a/c is [protected] SBI.Bank ref 77198141G00XYGV12 TFR to [protected] SBI 0.But tickets are not genereted.Today is[protected] [nearabout a month] yet not recived moneybeck.Pl. kindly look in to the matter very soon. Respected Sir, Since from last one year the online bus booking facility for sleeper is not available, only seating facility is available from Mata Na Madh to Bhavnagar . so many time we have complained to depo manager of Bhuj as well as Bhavnagar regarding this issue but no action is taken, so many passengers are related to saurastra are facing much problem due to unavailibilty of online booking specially for sleeper seat. Sleeper seat for Mata Na Madh to Bhavnagar could not visible for online booking, but same bus is return from Bhavnagar to Mata Na Madh are showing sleeper seat for Online Booking . Here i am talking about the Gandhinagar-Ahmedabad GSRTC Service. The Bus number is GJ18Y2153.. We have complained the Gandhinagar Depo manager Mr. Patel regarding this and this bus struck every week a day. So this has become a routine for us. request you to provide the best solution for this. for the rule of gsrtc passenger pass's charges is (1 day up&down rent * 18)=30 days you can travel in gsrtc's bus. really my charge is 64*18=1152 but they charged 1550 rupees. when i say the officer for this mistake he told me i m not responsilble for the issue you can get 400 rupees back from the ahm central office. i m waiting of your response mr. sunil kumar [protected]

I'm travel in " Junagadh - vadadra exp". my ticket amount is 171 than I give 200 rs, conductur say for 1rs but unfortunately I have not 1rs than I say I have not. than conductor give me only 20rs refund !!! my 9rs is where gone? in conductore pocket!!

Dear Sir I was coming from Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad. I used to visit this hospital as (nasal and respiratory) cancer patient (with an appointment with E.N.T doctor). When I got in bus to Gandhinagar. I was given ticket of Rs 21 from CIVIL to Gandhinagar. But I asked the ticket upto CH-0. (which is Rs 20 only) Ticket no. is 167092 dated 19/05/2015 11:01:08 PM. Depot return on ticket is VIJAPUR DEPOT (ticket given is civil to gandhinagar instead of civil to ch-0 infocity) I want to look GSRTC people to look into this matter as they are not taking the proper fare even from patients that are entering into bus from CIVIL. Even before entering the bus they do not tell the fare. This Re 1 matters to a cancer patient and even poor people. Question is i have not asked for gandhinagar ticket, I asked only for CH-0 Infocity. On asking, about to change the place of destination they threaten us to drop from running bus. They do not cancel the ticket and not give new ticket. Please take action against these people who are giving wrong ticket to passengers and not upto place where the passenger need to drop.

Dear Sir, I am working in Civil Court, Gondal. At today (18 May 2015) I have waiting for Bus and " Sarangpur To Junagadh " is coming at the time of 8.15 AM. This is the only bus that is coming at gondal and also for the Jasdan as well. I have pick up the bus and when collecting by bag at the same time the driver and conductor is not stopping the bus and behave very rudely with me and said " We haven't enough time to stop. I have change vehicle 5 times for reaching at Gondal. And also getting late at Court. Dear Sir, My complaint is that I booked 5 tickets from GSRTC website. My date of journey was on 15/05/2015. Starting point is : Surat. My journey is from Surat to Ahmedabad Sabarmati in sleeper express bus service. My journey time is 10:15 PM from Surat. My PNR No is :G9539113. But due to some technical problem the sleeper bus is cancelled. we have to go ahmedabad in normal express bus & will have to buy new tickets.I have spend Rs.1212 for sleeper bus tickets through your website. so my request to refund that money in my sbi a/c from which i have done my transaction.

Today i was experienced very poor service from GSRTC valvo regdaring air conditioning system is not working during whole travel from baroda (vadodara) to ahmedabad. When i was complaint to valvo staff and he is reply very rude. I am very fade up with the GSRTC arrangement. Please prefer private valvo bus services it is better than GSRTC. Valvo bus. Baroda to ahmedabad. Time - 1:30pm

This is to inform you that i had booked 2 bus tickets in SLEEPING Coach from Padra to Junagadh vide Seat No. 13, 14 and Ticket No. PDR528077 (Dtd. 13/05/2015) and Junagadh to Padra (Dtd. 22/05/2015) for my wife and 2 daughters. On arrival of Bus Depot on 13/05/2015 at 9 : 00 p.m., I surprise that depot manager has cancelled the sleeping coach bus due to some repairing work in sleeping coach bus and send seating coach bus. I understand the problem of repairing, but if they book the online booking of reservation then they have to continue with some other provision of sleeping coach bus. I feel that i have made major mistake sending my wife in GSRTC bus. You know my younger daughter is 1 yr. old and she is not able to travel whole night with seating arrangement. My wife also became very frustrated and decided never travel in FALTU GSRTC BUS. I REQUEST YOU TO PROVIDE REFUND ME FOR WHOLE AMOUNT OF RS. 1014/-.
