    We have booked 3 tickets from Godhra to Jetpur for travelling date 23/05/2015, through Dahod to Junagadh Bus, Arrival time of the bus at Godhra is 09:30 PM, and we reached on depot at 09:00 PM sharp, but we have waited upto 01:30AM Midnight for the bus, but to bus was not came at depot, even the inquiry counter person had not given proper answer about the arrival time and behave rudely with Ladies, later on we have submitted the original tickets to Mr. Nayanbhai at booking counter and communicate the entire matter to him, he had collected the tickets and assure us to process of Refund the amount, but even after 10 days we have not received any refund amount even they did not contact us for the process, inbetween we have visited 4 times at bus depot and discuss the matter to Mr. Nayanbhai again, and Mr Rajdeepbhai and Mr Gurjar who is depot head, still we have not received any communication and not even response properly, as a lady i have visited 4 times to depot and did not get any proper response.

          I have booked E-ticket from gsrtc site. from Rajkot to bhuj in sleeper coach. reference number - GS1862864. My problem is after payment debited from my account I had no ticket showed in screen and also not showing conformation in booking history, so I can not have any conformation about this ticket but my payment is already debited from my bank account . so do needful as early for refund my payment.             Sir I already booked a ticket for Rajkot to Rajula on 31/05/2015 for bus rout no 1215MDRRJLGJR51. my first transaction was completed and amt was deducted from my sbi account by the way of net banking but a massage flashes " sorry service temporary not available please try after some time". and i have not got the ticket.               Its a matter between bus service between gandhinagar to mehsana. As i was travelling back my home I bought ticket of mehsana of 35 rs and conducter gave me a tored currency in return and not ready to change it even he had change to give me back .                   Respected Sir, Since from last one year the online bus booking facility for sleeper is not available, only seating facility is available from Mata Na Madh to Bhavnagar . so many time we have complained to depo manager of Bhuj as well as Bhavnagar regarding this issue but no action is taken, so many passengers are related to saurastra are facing much problem due to unavailibilty of online booking specially for sleeper seat. Sleeper seat for Mata Na Madh to Bhavnagar could not visible for online booking, but same bus is return from Bhavnagar to Mata Na Madh are showing sleeper seat for Online Booking .                     Here i am talking about the Gandhinagar-Ahmedabad GSRTC Service. The Bus number is GJ18Y2153.. We have complained the Gandhinagar Depo manager Mr. Patel regarding this and this bus struck every week a day. So this has become a routine for us. request you to provide the best solution for this.                       for the rule of gsrtc passenger pass's charges is (1 day up&down rent * 18)=30 days you can travel in gsrtc's bus. really my charge is 64*18=1152 but they charged 1550 rupees. when i say the officer for this mistake he told me i m not responsilble for the issue you can get 400 rupees back from the ahm central office. i m waiting of your response mr. sunil kumar [protected]

                                    Dear Sir I was coming from Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad. I used to visit this hospital as (nasal and respiratory) cancer patient (with an appointment with E.N.T doctor). When I got in bus to Gandhinagar. I was given ticket of Rs 21 from CIVIL to Gandhinagar. But I asked the ticket upto CH-0. (which is Rs 20 only) Ticket no. is 167092 dated 19/05/2015 11:01:08 PM. Depot return on ticket is VIJAPUR DEPOT (ticket given is civil to gandhinagar instead of civil to ch-0 infocity) I want to look GSRTC people to look into this matter as they are not taking the proper fare even from patients that are entering into bus from CIVIL. Even before entering the bus they do not tell the fare. This Re 1 matters to a cancer patient and even poor people. Question is i have not asked for gandhinagar ticket, I asked only for CH-0 Infocity. On asking, about to change the place of destination they threaten us to drop from running bus. They do not cancel the ticket and not give new ticket. Please take action against these people who are giving wrong ticket to passengers and not upto place where the passenger need to drop.

                                    Not given any response till now. There is no hope in this country, particularly in gujarat because there will be no change even when everything gets digitized in gujarati public servants.

                                    They will still find new ways to have bribe, by making the person (even he/she is poor or sick) who do not give bribe to wander from places to places, so that in end he would end up giving large amounts of money to all public servants for closing a particular requirement of document.
                                    ALL corrupted public servants still are free as no one can case them because o[censored]nity in then to have corruption in country and making the simple citizen give them bribes and lieu indirectly as in case of new type of dowry system.

                                      Dear Sir, I am working in Civil Court, Gondal. At today (18 May 2015) I have waiting for Bus and " Sarangpur To Junagadh " is coming at the time of 8.15 AM. This is the only bus that is coming at gondal and also for the Jasdan as well. I have pick up the bus and when collecting by bag at the same time the driver and conductor is not stopping the bus and behave very rudely with me and said " We haven't enough time to stop. " and he moved immediately. The village Ambardi (Jam), Ta. Vinchhiya, is very disused and lonely place that any personal vehicle also not available for transportation. I have change vehicle 5 times for reaching at Gondal. And also getting late at Court. So, considering the above fact requesting to you to take necessary and strictly action against concern on urgent basis.
