Topic : About turning on a closed bus...

It is to be informed that the bus of Vadnagar Depot, which used to run from Visnagar to Deesa in two routes in the morning and evening, has been stopped, then the regular students as well as permanent passenger pass holders in this bus have difficulty in coming and going, so a humble request is made to continue this bus.

Hi team, I have booked gsrtc advance ticket to travel from baroda central bus station to Gandhinagar for 17th January at 00:05 time. I got ticket for seat no 20. Bus originated from songadh then come to baroda and then gandhinagar, but bus didn't come at all. I have choose another bus after waiting for 1 hour. PNR no. G[protected]. OB number :- GS27068441. From Viramgam to Ahmedabad we have to face bus issue in morning, we have 3 buses in morning at 7a.m. after 7 a.m. we have no bus till 7;30 am, at 7;30 am we have more 5 buses. but it's worst for us because we can't reach on time at office.

we have one bus facility at 7:15 am, but since 15 to 20 days that bus timing is changed, so we have to face this issue.
on behalf of all passengers I sincerely request you to please again do the previous time of 7:10 / 7:15 so many of passengers have to not sufferer,

With reference to the subject we would like to request about to change timing of bus no GJ-18-Z-8495 ( Sanad to Viramgam to Ahmedabad to Udaipur)

We are daily passenger pass holder & up down daily since 4 -5 years by this bus. Since last 15 -20 days bus timing has been changed 07:15 to 07:30 AM so that, we are unable to reach at our service place on time & daily late can be also deduct our salary.
GJ-18-Z-8495 reaches Viramgam at 07:00 am and stayed at there up to 07:30, so this is not logical, instead of to stop at Viramgam for half an hour bus has to give stoppage at Ahmedabad depot .

Also from Viramgam on 07:30 there are more than 5 buses departure so, kindly change the time of this bus 07:15 as regular time so, that daily passenger can reached there work place on time

We have this one regular bus facility on 07:15 am so, kindly take this request on prior and change the time of bus no GJ-18-Z-8495

Special remarks for MR. Zala Driver,
his behavior is not good with passenger & some time he can't reach at time & sometime not drive properly (drive very slowly ), bus timing is 7:30 then also he not put bus in stand till 7:30, its his regular practice. after half n hour hold he not put bus on time also drive slowly, so we can't reach at office at time, from Ahmedabad we have to go far & take other transportation from there, after miss that transpiration we have to wait there .

my salf vasava sandip here i am inform to you i am passenger who daily up-down pratapnagar to bharuch and i have express paas from ( pratapnagar to bharuch, today as on date 13/01/2023 @ friday rajpipla to surat bus no:GJ 18 Z 6529 and conductor no: 1482, my arrived place pratapnagar and departure place is jhagadiya i dont known why conductor not allowed my Express paas on express bus he said to me your paas not...

Today I'm traveling via Rajkot to kodinar (Rajkot to Una Bus) 8:30 bus from Rajkot.
I have seen driver is drunken and misbehave with conductor and also not follow time table and reverse (not U turn. It's in reverse gear) the bus (on single lane road) approx 1.5 km just for eating delicious food.
Please acknowledge that.and ensure that this will not happen again.

On 8th January 2023, I was traveling to Gandhinagar from Junagadh in gurjarnagri class bus named Veraval - Gandhinagar. (Bus Number - GJ 18 Z 5180). In that bus the behaviour of conductor was unacceptable. He was very rude towards all passengers. Mostly not giving answers of passengers query and if gives the answer then it was given very rudely. We are not travelling free of cost, so why this type of behavior?? One of the passenger asked him whether this bus will go veraval or not, in reply of that conductor told that you don't know reading?? Read the board. Is this the way a government servent should communicate??

Action must be taken against him.

Hello sir my self mitesh i am doing job with transport GSRTC dayli up/down from vadodara to GNFC bharuch amd i have a passenger pass, dayli every bus forword and return staying in hotel's more then 40 to 45 min so i will try to change bus bus conductor not alow to seat a bus and misbehave with me and fight with me so please resolve my problem thank you for your support your's Indian citizen

Today at 9 am when I was going to una from kodinar, the bus going to una did not have board. The bus number was 5069 and it was going to una. I had to ask one passenger of the bus where the bus was going. Since the bus was full, the driver arrogantly denied to take me in. I was ready to travel standing which was being done by some passengers too. Since I had to reach my college on time I had to board it. The bus driver insulted me many times despite there was no reason to do so. He asked for my address and told me that he'll come to my place and we will deal there. Pleased take necessary action in the interest of thousands of people who travel.

I had done booking from Junagadh and the bus was from MADHAVPUR to RAJKOT. The bus didn't arrive to Junagadh depot and when asked to the person in the Junagadh depot informed that this bus does not arrive to Junagadh anytime.
So i want refund of my ticket.

Ahmedabad to dahod (kheda depot) time is 20.15 but time change 20.45 time so i request to bus time change 20.15 is currect situation.

After long time ago s.t stand ahmedabad to kathlal (ahmedabad depot) night out time is 19:50 but after covid bus time change 19:10 time so i request to bus time change 19:50 is currect situation.

I have booked ticket to travel from veraval to ahmedabad. And this bus will be departured from veraval only. Departure time was 8:30 pm and now time is 9:45 pm. And at inquiry section they gave us excuses about cleaning bus, filling fuel into bus, etc. I need to reach out at ahmedabad urgently and no time schedule is maintained here.

સહ વિનય આપ અધિકારીશ્રીને જણાવવાનું કે કૃષ્ણનગર ડેપોથી સાંજે ૫:૩૦ કલાકે ઉપડતી બસ કૃષ્ણનગર મહેસાણા જે બેચરાજી ડેપો ની છે.

અવારનવાર આ બસ ના રૂટમાં ફેરફાર કરવામાં આવે છે જેના કારણે અમે લોકો હેરાન પરેશાન થઈએ છીએ.

કૃષ્ણનગર થી વાયા ગાંધીનગર મહેસાણા તેમજ ગાંધીનગર થી મહેસાણા જવા માટે આ છેલ્લી એક લોકલ બસ છે જેની આપ શ્રી એ નોંધ લેવી.

સદર બસનો સાંજે કૃષ્ણનગર થી ઉપડવાનો ટાઈમ 05:30 કલાકનો હતો જેને ફેરવદલ કરી સાંજે 6 કલાકે નો કરવામાં આવ્યો. જેના લીધે બસ નિયમિત ટાઈમ કરતા અડધો કલાક લેટ પહોંચાડે છે. તેથી અમને બધાને તકલીફ પડતી હતી જેની જાણ અમે ડેપો મેનેજર શ્રી અને મહેસાણા ડિવિઝનમાં કરેલી.

હવે આ બસ નો રૂટ કૃષ્ણનગર થી લંબાવીને જનસેવા કેન્દ્ર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે જેના કારણે બસ વધુ લેટ પડે છે અને અમે લોકો જે આ બસમાં રોજીંદી મુસાફરી કરીએ છીએ ઘરે પહોંચતા મોડું થઈ જાય છે.

સવારે 6:00 કલાકે ઘરેથી નીકળીએ છીએ અમદાવાદ નોકરી પર જવા માટે સાંજે કૃષ્ણનગર થી આ બસ પકડી ઘરે આવવાનું હોય છે વારંવાર આ બસ ના રૂટમાં ફેરબદલ તેમજ ટાઈમમાં પણ બદલાવ કરવામાં આવે છે જેથી અમને લોકોને તેમજ બીજા ઘણા બધા મુસાફરોને પરેશાની થાય છે.

સદર બસ નો ટાઈમ પહેલા મુજબ કૃષ્ણનગર થી સાંજે 5:30 વાગ્યાનો કરી આપવા આપ અધિકારીશ્રીઓને નમ્ર વિનંતી

Hello, hu Gsrtc ma travel krto to bus hati surat to bhuj ane maru pickup point hatu ahmedabad thi pachi 2 vage bus avi ne ame chadi gaya, pachi approx 6 :30 me conductor ne kidhu ke maliya avadh ubhi rakhjo to ke kem me karen janviyu ke ladies bimar che to amre have bhuj nathi javu maliya utri jasu to ke driver ne pucho driver ne puchva gayo to ke conductor ne pucho pachi me je stop kidhu tu emne em na kidhu ke ek kam kro aa jgya rakhsu utri jajo but nai me je stop kidhu ena 200 mtr pela ubhi rakhi didhi am thodi chale pela na pado pachi ubhi rakho avi bakwas service e pan ladies mate had che ava driver ne conductor ne complain karu chu

Complaining about conductor driver of bus bagdana to dahegam date 25/12/2022 ; not picking pessanger at trapaj on 5:15 pm and after ward call to conductor and not picking pessanger even from bhavnagar as well and talking with pessanger rudely

ભાવનગર ડિવિઝન ની બસ અમદાવાદ થી ભાવનગર જતી સવારે 06:15 ની બસ સ્ટોપ હોવા છતાંય બસમાં બેસવાની ના પાડી છે છેલ્લા ત્રણ મહિનાથી બસ ડ્રાઇવર ના પાડી રહ્યા છે કે સ્ટોપ નથી જ્યારે આજે બસની ટિકિટ નીકળી અને સ્ટોપ પણ હતું. નમ્ર વિનંતી કે પ્રજાને હેરાન કરવાનું બંધ કરે.
