I registered one complain by this e-mail to you... I booked a ticket
from Rajkot central bus stand to Baroda central bus stand on dated 20th
October, 2014 and journey date is 28th October 2014 in SLEEPER catagery
in bus trip DWARKA TO PANIGATE, time 10 pm from rajkot bus stand.
On dated 28th october, 2014, 9.40 pm I reach rajkot bus stand and i
inquired to inquiry person (duty person) for this particular trip. He
say that bus time is 10 pm, so bus will come particular time. But very
long time (1.30 hour) bus is not coming in bus stand. In between 4 time
i inquired information for this bus trip for delay. When i go last
time, 11.15 pm for inquiry to that duty person, he says me DWARKA -
PANIGATE bus is standing on platform. But i seen that no any sleeper
bus standing that platform or whole bus stand. So Once again i reach
that inquiry person, So he surprised me and told ... TODAY SLEEPER BUS IS CANCELLED AND ARRANGE IN SIMPLE SITTING BUS.
and that time that bus also left out depo. So I asked to inquiry
person, without any information or altimation, how to i know for
changing bus matter. NOT ANY MASSAGE OR INFORMATION GIVEN BY INQUIRY PERSON AND THAT TRIP'S CONDUCTOR.
i journey with wife, Little son ( 3year) and 4 big bag, now how can
manage any new bus. And that time rajkot inquiry person done rudely
conversation with me. I meet 5 time to that person, but he was not
given any information for bus circumstance changing (sleeper to simple
sittnin bus) matter. Simple sitting bus no. is GJ[protected]as per
panigate depo, i visited 29th oct, 2014 afternoon for complain)
Then after that simple sitting bus was left out station, so i come in
private (eagle bus) with unexpected expense, because of gsrtc person
lazy work. NOT ANY INFORMATION OR ALTIMATION FOR THIS TRIP, HOW I UNDERSTOOD THIS MATTER OR SITUATION.??? Why management not given any information for this major changes from sleeper bus to simple sitting bus???? Pls. give me suggestion for this matter & Pls. give refund rs. 582/- for this unuse service (trip) for sleeper in dwarka panigate trip dated 28th oct, 2014. I travelled in gsrtc volvo from ahmedabad to baroda. Instead of having written on front of bus" free wi fi zone" it is password protected
