        Hello Sir; I am BIRJU SAVALIYA here by informed you that, I booked my ticket of BAGASARA to SURAT on 20/09/2014 at night(Saturday) Ticket booking date (journey date 21/09/2014 at 5:00 p.m. from Bagasara depo. When i booked my ticket via debit card the massage shows that your transaction has been approved from axis bank VISA CARD. at the time of ticket generation, it was not generated due to server problem. i did not get any massage, email or history record in my GSRTC account. I also concern to manager of BAGASAR DEPO. he shows me 0.00 Rs paid. but from my account 374 Rs debited. i contact to axis bank, fill cardholder dispute form, but they ask me for proof is it possible to get any proof for online debit card transaction ? so i take ticket manually from depo by cash. I did not get refund money yet. So i kindly request to revert my money to my account OB REFERANCE NO of ticket booking GS1231336

          I was returning Halol at 12 at night in BUS NO. GJ 7879 (VADODARA - ZALOD ) . Driver drives bus out of bus-station and gives control to another boy in his cabin, while exchanging controls bus was running and it was just missed an accident with divider .Than bus driver sleeps and boy continues to drive . At Halol bus stand he park bus out of bus stand . So, I ask conductor is he official driver or not. And conductor answer rudely to leave the bus . I ask for complaint book and he refuse to give . Actually in Gujarat Conductors and drivers are running Bus Service rather than government. God bless passengers for their life .

              Subject : Complaint regarding Bus Driver. Hello, Myself Jignesh Patel from Lasundra. I live in Lasundra village and i do job in vadodara city. So i daily do up down from my home to vadodara. While returning home i travel in the bus of Kapadvanj to Baroda which gets departed from Baroda at 4:40pm regularly to go to Kapadvanj & it number is GJ-18 7155. My problem is that, the which drives the bus on Monday, Wednesday, Friday doesn't gives halt on Channi Jakatnaka & at Ranoli Chokdi even though if anyone shows there hand to stop the bus, though there is vacant seats in the bus. Because of this misbehaviour those who do daily up down on this routes have to face many problems to reach at there home. So i request you to take action on this situation.                   I am regular traveler from Ahmedabad-Dahod-Ahmedabad. I have noticed that every bus is stops at hotel for 30 to 45 minutes on highway. Which increasing corruption and It is unnecessary wasting of passenger's time and resulting in delay for duty. 1. Quality of food at the hotel are not good. 2. The hotel charges higher than MRP price. 3. The driver/conductor getting food on free of cost, that's why they stop the bus at the specific hotel only. 4.There is no toilet/bathroom at all, where should women go on road? 5. Driver smoking in running buses. Also these buses are conductor less so it will take much time in journey, these buses are intercity and express buses still it takes 5:30 hours to reach at destination this is too much time. Govt. Build new road from ahmedabad to dahod but due to above reasons we are not reaching at time. This unethical practice must be stopped.

                    Dear Sir, I m doing traveling from khambhat (gujarat) to baroda (gujarat) seens last two year. And every day seens last two year the bus for vadodara to khambhat bus no:1937 from (borsad depo) at time of 6:30 pm were unavailable every time and because of only one local bus after 5:00 pm the passenger face to many problems regularly.                       Dear sir,
                      I have booked ticket from Jetpur to surat for GSRTC bus on line. Due to
                      my personal reason I could not travel now I asked GSRTC to refund
                      respective money. They replied me that It is your problem so no refund
                      will be paid. Even in railways also there is TDR facility. This is very
                      serious issue. If GSRTC do not start this kind of facility, it may lead
                      some unsafe act. Hence you are kindly requested to refund my money or
                      compel GSRTC to start TDR facility in which person not travels he will
                      get back some amount of money.

                        I had booked following tickets from bhuj to rajkot & rajkot tyo junagadh for 14.08.2014. From bhuj to rajkot, in mandvi-rajkot gurjarnagari & for rajkot to junagadh, in mansa-somnath gurjarnagari.
                        The bus from mandvi to rajkot came late by 15 min. At bhuj. Bus was 'express' instead of 'gurjarnagari'. It reached at rajkot at 12.20 am of 15.08.2014, instead of 21.20 pm of 14.08.2014.
                        Due to too late arraival at rajkot, i missed my next bus to junagadh due to 3 hrs late. I had purchased tickets by considering 1 hr. Gap between two buses.
                        I have to travel by express bus with my family in standing position from rajkot to junagadh & i reached 3 hrs .Late from original planned time.
                        I suffered three types of difficulties.
                        1. Express bus instead of gurjarnagari, therefore seats were separated, family has to go seat in different seats.
                        2. My money for next bus was totally washed due to missing it.
                        3. I had to travel in standing position with my family in mid-night journey,


                        I can send ticket proofs and gsrtc timings proof, if required.

                          Myself Bhupendra G.Vaghela and I am here to inform you about the refund of my m-Ticket cancellation held on the following dates: 17th July 2014 and 18th July 2014, the refundable amounts were Rs.980 and Rs.922 respectively ; with the trip code :2000PANDIUEXP51 and PNRno:G6957692 ; the amount of these cancellation has not been received till today's date[25th August 2014] .

                          I hope this information may help you to know about the reason for which i have not received the refundable amount .

                          Below is a screen shot of the booking history of my account, which says that the tickets have been cancelled ; but I have not received any kind of refund in my bank account ... According to GSRTC one receive their refund around 20-21 days, its been a month till I have cancelled the tickets...

BUT WHEN HE APPROACHED TO ST DEPOT HE IS INFORMED THAT THE SAID BUS TRIP ROUTE WAS CANCELLED SOME DAYS AGO. AND YOU WILL RECEIVE REFUND IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.                               Dear Sir,
                              I hereby inform you that bus conductor of the Route Rajpipla to Junagadh Bus No. GJ18-Y - 9058 at 11.15 AM at Anand misbehaved during the journey and became violent, on just asking for the return of remaining amount. I had complained to the Anand main bus depo and also lodge a complaint in complain book ( i.e. Parishist 'A' ) and my complaint number is 123922. The conductor's Name is Mr.B.R.Vasava and his batch number is 20440. The copy of the complaint book and the ticket from Vadodara to Anand is enclosed herewith for your reference, this complaint is done in presence of Sr.clerk of Anand main bus depo and also inform to the Rajpipla Depo Manager Mr.Gajjar in his mobile no.[protected]. Ticket number is 066565 dated 26/12/2014 Time 10:42:43 from Vadodara to Anand.
                              Hope your kind co-operation to take necessary action to avoid such type of violent behaviour in future.

                              dear sir, I am 2012 BE Anna university batch, but i finish degree at 2014 april, shall i get certificates...the certificates is very urgent...plz any way to get certificates...

                                As mention above bus departure time is 21:45 and actually bus went at 21:30 from Paneli. So bus went 10 minutes early from its time.

                                Sir, I have suffer for this and finally i was traveled in private bus. I contacted to jamjodhpur bus depot but at night nobody received my calls.

                                Please refund cost of ticket + calls rate i did + i was suffered for this schedule + transportation cost + Due to I was late in my duty in next day etc as per rules and regulations.

                                Sir, i am waiting for your response.

                                  I picked the bus from Ahmedabad central bus stand for Indore @ 07.30 a.m.(Bus Detail- GJ 18 Y 8413) to reach Dhar, a mid station before Indore. Now 6.45 a.m was the actual time for departure, but it departed @ 7.30. and 16.20 p.m is the arrival time for Indore. But @ 16.20 p.m it is just near around Rajgadh which is 104 km away from Indore. and the problem is its Express bus but still its speed is near about 20-30 km per hour. Driver said this is speed limit set by authority. Even driver and conductor both are not in uniform. There is nothing left in First Aid box. Complain box is open and there is no lock over it. And driver said "they got only 5000 salary aur 5000 me jaan loge kya". Conductor's behavior with other passenger who are complaining for the same reason is also rude. Now as I have some argument with driver about the speed, he told me this bus will not go dhar and he will drop me to bypass road from Dhar, while in morning conductor told bus will go to the Dhar ST stand. See I live in Madhya Pradesh and this my first experience with Gujarat ST and may be the last by looking at the pathetic service.

                                    I booked ticket for saputara and pickup point was mentioned CTM-Expressway, bus timing was 11 pm departure time from central bus stand.. I reached CTM busstand at 10.30 but my bus didn't came. Tried to contact geeta mandir busstand, all were not reachable. Waited till 2 am, my bus didnt come. Hate GSRTC service. I want my refund!!!

                                      GSRTC buses, which is coming from south Gujarat has not allowed to picked up passenger from Makarpura new ST depot situated in vadodara due to no fair listed in their ticket machine even after informed all south Gujarat's ST depot by vadodara depot. Due to this reason people are suffering to get the bus from central depot.

                                      GSRTC — Refund is not received for e ticcat canceled PNR NO G9339299 on 30.04.2015

                                      I was canceled a e tick on 30.04.2015 against PNR no G9339299 but till date I have not received the refund for the same. Kindly do the needful and credit the refund to my bank account.

                                        I am harshad dalal working in corporation bank kadi branch .Me and others staff of various companies staff is doing daily updown from ahd to kadi st bus at 8 to 8:15 am towards kadi on this time only one local bus availabel to kadi, our complaint is that bus no.Gj-7008 ahd to jotana bus via kadi late up daily undue delay for thier timing.Bus conductor name khodabhai behaviour is not good towards the passenger and rude talking with passeger. In bus depo after bus has just stare and.Even passenger is very closed to the bus he is not open the door the st bus and closed the door even passenger run away towards the bus.He is not taken a change for rs.1 to 5 rs.To passenger and frequently deny for the change.And any question is arise to them they are talking with very loudly and warn for stop talking to passenger.One time we are going to complait against him to kadi depo incharge officer.Controller is talking with us a very rough language and st driver ramesh bhai talling him to get out and warn to fight and beatan us.We are request u that take proper step in this regards.
