I had booked following tickets from bhuj to rajkot & rajkot tyo junagadh for 14.08.2014. From bhuj to rajkot, in mandvi-rajkot gurjarnagari & for rajkot to junagadh, in mansa-somnath gurjarnagari.
The bus from mandvi to rajkot came late by 15 min. At bhuj. Bus was 'express' instead of 'gurjarnagari'. It reached at rajkot at 12.20 am of 15.08.2014, instead of 21.20 pm of 14.08.2014.
Due to too late arraival at rajkot, i missed my next bus to junagadh due to 3 hrs late. I had purchased tickets by considering 1 hr. Gap between two buses.
I have to travel by express bus with my family in standing position from rajkot to junagadh & i reached 3 hrs .Late from original planned time.
I suffered three types of difficulties.
1. Express bus instead of gurjarnagari, therefore seats were separated, family has to go seat in different seats.
2. My money for next bus was totally washed due to missing it.
3. I had to travel in standing position with my family in mid-night journey,
I can send ticket proofs and gsrtc timings proof, if required.
Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Bus for kalupar via sector at 9.50 is very irregular. Many a time the driver and conductor takes the bus directly on GH road. As a result the persons in sector have to suffer. Many a time we miss our train and are late to our offices. Please do the needful and check that the bus is regular. First there were 2 options but one bus has been canceled and the second is irregular.
Please look in the matter & do the needful.
