I was came from Madgaon to Surat by Rail. Surat Railway stop about 1 am night Date 20/07/2013.
I go to Surat Bus Station to go for my home in KADODARA.
on inquiry table said me that i can sit any of bus going Via Bardoli.
about at 2 am the bus of Shirdi came and i sit. Bus left surat Station.
After 20 Minutes conductor came for ticket and i asked for Kadodara.
but the conductor is not ready to drop me at kadodara becoz he said its express bus.
I request to make ticket upto Bardoli. but i need to stop at kadodara.
but the conductor is rude and compliantly impractical person.
even he cant understand that its night time. he can drop me at any nearest bus stop. but he didn't.
at night 2.20 am he drop me in silent area. where there is no any bus stop, home, people or any thing.
I was completely in risk. i dont know bus number.
but the time of bus in surat is 2 am at night date 20/07/13
can any one help me that what to do??

    Dear Sir,
    I am working in Vadodara as a electrical Inspector. I am from PATAN (N.G). I tried to book online e ticket. During process deduct my amount from account but ticket not booked. This problem informed on GSRTC help no.[protected]. After i went to PATAN bus station on 19 May 13; 3:00 PM for ticket booking but all offices shut down. In one room some employee are seating but room's door is closed at inner side. I talk to him for ticket booking but he replies in bad language like today is Sunday so booking is not open and booking officer is not present so not possible and speaks loudly. After that i called on GSRTC help no.[protected] and told first he support. But after he also not supporting him. I request to him that tell me your name so i complaint on head office but he can't inform.
    This all employee of GSRTC Patan seating in office and wasting his time in other gupsup but not answering our questions.
    How it possible to booking is not possible on sunday? So many people are traveling on sunday. So what about him. I have 4 months child and traveling with him how to traveling with him without reservation. I told all problem but this GSRTC employee can't support me and harassing me.
    If not possible to reservation on sunday then why buses are running and offices are open of GSRTC.
    Seriously this employee are hopeless.

    GSRTC — GSRTC BOOKING ONLY ONE SIDE

    i am going to booking tickt but their staff say not available nakhtarana to dahod reservation... but when we going to dahod(gujarat) there side available booking FOR DAHOD TO NAKHTRANA BUS..why that is difference...give me reply as early as possible.

      My Details are :

      Departure Time : 23:45 Hrs.
      Class : EXPRESS

      However on the travelling date i.e 10/05/2012 at 11:45 pm bus was not come till 02:30 am of 11/05/2013.
      Therefore I had to cancle my traveling.
      I therefore request you to refund my money of tickets in return of non service and also the inconvenience suffered by us.


      I ALSO VISITED SITE FOR CANCELLATION OF TICKET BUT THE SAME IS SHOWN AS CONFIRMED.

          I had canceled my both ticket on dt 12/04/2013 and still i have not received refundable amount (250 & 266 /- INR ) from GSRTC.

            Students damage seats of bus

            hello,

            I have travelled in bus "Lunawada to Anand" of ordinary category on dated 15th March, 2013. I found that some students with student passes who travelled by this bus are tear seat cover and throw spunch on each other. They are destroying GSRTC property. This bus fall under Anand depot.

            I want you to take a strict action against them and ask conductor to check this type of misbehavior.

            I booked 2 ticket on 20/01/2013 for travelling on 20/01/2013 in 3:30 PM bus in GSRTC from Nehrunagar(Ahmadabad) to Navsari.I booked this ticket using online booking facility from my Indian Bank A/c No.[protected].PNR No. was G3899954 and Trip code was 1500NHRNRSHRD44. due to some inconvenience i was unable to get Printout of the Ticket and they are not allowing with valid PNR number or Ticket Image Mobile or with any identity proof hence i have to cancel my tickets on same day ie 20/01/2013.web page shows your ticket was canceled and you will get the refund Rs.243/-.Almost 23 days have been elapsed but still i cant get any refund from gsrtc. there was no contact and customer care service in gsrtc online booking.like IRCTC please consider my complaint and do needful.here i am sending my details of tickets.

                On 02 Jan 2013, between 07:45 AM to 08:00 AM, at Nehru bridge, ahmedabad, a GSRTC bus with registration number, "GJ-18 Y 4938" came at the bus stop. It was on route from Ahmedabad to Gandhinagar. The driver stopped the bus and while we were about to get on the bus, before anyone could get on the bus, he just drove off the bus carelessly. Among the passengers there were also children and ladies. Many o[censored]s just saved our self from the tires of bus. I would like to request to GSRTC department to please take strict action against this driver who is trying to play with the passengers life.

                  My complaint is that I booked two E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of journey on 30.12/2012. Starting point is : Ahmadabad. My journey is from Ahmadabad to Surat in A.C.Luxury express bus service. My journey time is 15:30 from Ahmadabad. My PNR No is :G3794593/G3781357. So my complaint is when I reached there on Ahmadabad Bus stop and inquired for the respected bus, then suddenly Depo In charge of Ahmadabad told me that, this ticket which you have booked for 15:30 bus, is Non.A.C.bus instead of A.C.Luxury bus due to A.C. luxury bus under maintenance, And came to know that Non A.C. bus come since last 1.5 months in place of A.C.bus. If this bus is closed for more than 1.5 months than also it saw on the reservation menu. So my 906/- Rs is cut for 3 tickets.

                  So in my case I would like to get the refund into this case in my bank account. And strictly remove bus timing show on reservation menu, which has been closed, so no any problems occurs in future to other passengers.

                    Complain No.- 01

                    I have booked my 02 (Two) tickets on dtd[protected] for the journey dtd 22-12-12 from Rajkot to Valsad in public bus for Sleepar class of Gujarat State Road Transportation Corporation. Amount for the same Rs. 650.00 had been deducted from SBI account no. [protected] vide no.- POS[protected], but ticket was not booked. While looking to the "View E-Ticket Booking History" tab of the web site, booked ticket record for journey dtd 22-12-12 was not found. Hence, Rs. 650.00 must be refunded to my account.

                    I hereby raised claim for refund of Rs. 650 to the SBI account no.[protected].


                    Complain No.- 02

                    As mentioned in complain no.01, my ticket was not booked for the journey dtd 22-12-12, Hence again have booked my 02 (Two) tickets on dtd[protected] for the journey dtd 22-12-12 from Rajkot to Valsad in public bus for Sitting class of Gujarat State Road Transportation Corporation. Amount for the same Rs. 548.00 had been deducted from SBI account no.[protected]. vide no.- POS[protected], but ticket was not booked. While looking to the "View E-Ticket Booking History" tab of the web site, booked ticket record for journey dtd 22-12-12 was not found. Hence, Rs. 548.00 must be refunded to my account.

                    I hereby raised claim for refund of Rs. 548.00 and Rs. 650.00 to the SBI account no.[protected].

                      Today[protected] i was traveling from limdi to dahod in bus Lunawada-dahod of lunavada depot and bus number is:GJ-18 Y-7573.I get in the bus at 12:15 pm from limdi.The conductor slap me without reasonable issue and didn't give me complaint book for complaint.
                      So, i argue you to take action against the conductor of above mentioned bus.

                        I visited Bus Pass Depot located in Gandhinagar - Pathika Ashram for Issuance of new pass. Timings mentioned for Buss Pass services was 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Though I reached at 4:30 PM and completed the formalities in 5 mins, the officers refused to accept the form and asked to come again the next day. Instead of requesting again, they declined my request though some of the officers were free. How can they deny and harress it for just a work of 10-15 mins. The time is important for citizens like me too who are working and take out time for such things. Kindly look into the matter

                          BUT WE HAVE ALLREADY BOOKED SEAT NO 1 & 2 . DRIVER ASKING ABOUT TICKET ...I SAID TICKET IS I MY SHIRT POCKET . THE DRIVER IS IN CIVIL DRESS IT MEANS NOT IN UNIFORM SO WE CAN'T RECOGNIZE HIM .WE THOUGHT HE IS PASSENGER ..
                          THE DRIVER IS CAME OUT FROM BUS AND SECOND TIME ASKING FROM TICKET ..WE SAW THE TICKET IN OUR HAND SO HE(DRIVER) PULLED THE TICKET FROM MY HAND AND TICKET WAS CRACKED ...

                            Hello Sir/Madam,

                            Sub: Request for refund ticket amount for failed transaction.

                            I had made transactions using my ICICIBANK account on 18th Nov, 2012, around at 14:00:00. My transaction was failed and amount has been deducted from bank account. And then I had booked my ticket from Surat (Main Bus Station) because previous transaction was failed and there was very few seats remains to book so, I made booked my ticket manully, go to Surat Bus Stand from Adajan (around 9-10 km) with same "from place" and "To Place" with same bus and time.

                            This was my first experience to book ticket on GSRTC and my transaction was failed and amount has been deducted from bank account. I have inquired on Surat bus station, ticket master says amount will be refund into 4-5 days. But still, I am not getting any amount. I have booked ticket from IRCTC many time, if two times transaction was failed then amount was refund in my account within three days.

                            Please refund my deducted amount due to failed transaction. I have attached documents and screenshot as per your requirement.

                            I had made transactions using my AXIS BANK account on 4th Dec, 2013, around at 17:36:00. My transaction was failed and amount has been deducted from bank account. And then I had booked my ticket from Ahwa because previous transaction was failed. I made booked (2nd Time) my online ticket Same Day At night for same seat no -15.
                            but my First Transection failed by GSRTC Site but Amt Rs 217.00 Dabited form my Bank Acct. with ID : PUR/GUJARAT STATE ROA/AHMEDABAD/041213/17:36 .
                            So I am requesting you to refund my money.

                              Hello, On Saturday night, I going to make ticket for one seat for Sleeper coach bus using www.gsrtc.in website and it was failed ticket booking and my amount was deducted from my Bank of baroda as rupees 522.00 (it was from Navsari to DHanera (banaskantha) ). I have tried to reach gsrtc support system and sent mail to email address with all required details and document but still didn't get any reply. Please can anyone help me to get this amount as a refund due to failed ticket booking process. Any kind help will be appreciated. And there is nothing like any phone number to get more detail regarding this issue.

                                I could not travel in the same bus because of my own problem since I can’t seat in bus for a longer period due to back problem.
