    I complete my job and stand at geeta geeta mandir and I going to home AT 3:29 am one sleeper bus is coming bus name ( parvat patiya to surat) bus number ( GJ-18-Z-2672) conductor talk with ruff speech.bus is full I stand in bus and conductor tell me going to back i give the answer I am in staff so conductor talk with rudely speech

    And conductor fight with me.

      મે આજ રોજ તારીખ 31.10.2022 બસ નંબર GJ-07-YZ-6965 મા PNR No.G15904858 થી સીટ નંબર 19, 20 (ડબલ નો સોફો) અને 24 (સિંગલ નો સોફો) નુ બુકિંગ કરાવેલ. આ ઊપરાંત ડબલ ના સોફા મા હુ અને મારી પત્ની ની સાથે 10 વર્ષ ની ઊમર નો મારો ભત્રીજો પણ મુસાફરી કરતો હતો. ત્યા કંડક્ટરે આવીને કહ્યુ કે મારા ભત્રીજા ની પણ ટીકીટ લેવી પડશે. ત્યારે મે કહ્યુ કે આ ડબલ નો સોફા મા અમે એડજસ્ટ કરીને ત્રણ વ્યકિત બેસીએ છીએ તો તમે વધુ 1 ટીકીટ લેવાની ફરજ કેમ પાડી શકો? તો કંડક્ટરે કહ્યુ કે આ અમારો નિયમ છે. આવુ કહીને રુ.492 ની ટીકીટ લેવાની ફરજ પાડી.
      તો આપ સાહેબ ને નમ્ર વિનંતી કે મારી નીચેની ફરિયાદો નુ તાત્કાલીક નિવારણ કરશો.
      1. ડબલ નો સોફામા એડજસ્ટ કરીને અમે 3 વ્યક્તિ બેસીએ તો એમા GSRTC ને શુ વાંધો?
      2. મારી પાસે રુ.. 492 ની ટીકીટ લેવડાવી તો પછી એક અલગ સીટ કેમ ન ફાળવી?

      I have booked my ticket from rajpipla to surat at 4:50pm. Name: Heena. Pnr no : G[protected]. I m head cashier at government bank (bank of india). I was late today as per the bus timing, the conductor called me to come fast and i requested him to please wait for two minutes. Then again he called me and due to language misunderstanding he doesnot understand that i told him to not wait if they are so in rush. First of all the conductor should call me earlier when he reached rajpipla depo because they take 15 minutes break for the breakfast so i would have come faster as the bus is always late. Nevermind then i boarded bus and said sorry to conductor that he should wait for me which is hardly 2-3 minutes. Then the bus take long route from kamrej due to some metro issue that is fine but then he refused me to drop off at sahara darwaja circle and behaved very rudely and ruthlessly. All the way from rajpipla he drop off so many people in between where the is no stoppages then why this discrimination with me. As a lady its very important for him to respect me as a passenger make us feel safe. Rather than that he was showing me attitude and didnt dropped me there. He then dropped me at surat bus depo. This behaviour of your employee is not acceptable. I belong to very good family and just because i was posted far in rajpipla there is only one way to commute in bus otherwise i would have never travelled in it. Who is he to talk to me like this? To point a finger? How will i feel safe now ever? Kindly please look into this matter as soon as possible.

        I am traveling from rajkot to ahemdabad on 31st October 2022. The bus official time to leave rajkot busport is about 8.30 pm but bus was leaving the rajkot at 10.00pm.

          I had boarded the bus and my wife and my 9 month old daughter were yet to board the bus and there were 2 together.
          And even though the conductor of the bus did not ring a bell, the bus took off

            Reservation used to be done from Gandhinagar G5 stand, but now no bus service is coming, Please has started reservation from Gandhinagar G5 stand again.

              I had called at valsad s t depot at around 7 p m to inquire about bs route. I received very rude and impolite reply. That person was not ready to even listen to what I had to say. Please recruit educated and well behaved people at your s t depots.

                आज दिनाक 27/10/22 को मेरा छोटा भाई महिपाल सिंह और बहन चंदा कुंवर, रानिप अहमदाबाद बस डिपो से गांधीधाम जाने के लिए बस कंडक्टर से पूछ कर बैठे, उस दौरान कंडक्टर ने कहा कि सीट खाली हैं दोनो लोग बस में बैठ गए, वहा से 20 किलोमीटर बस चलने के बाद कंडक्टर बोलने लगा की बस में सारी सीट बुक हैं और आप लोग यही रास्ते में उतर जाए, जब मेरे भाई ने कंडक्टर से पूछा की अपने पहले सीट के लिए हा क्यू बोला तो कंडक्टर बदतमीजी करने लगा, और उन लोगो बस से उतारने के लिए बस गलत रूट और टाइम बताने लगा, और बोलने लगा की अहमदाबाद से गांधीधाम बस 12 घंटे का समय लेगी और रूट लंबा हैं, आप लोग बस से उतर जाओ, मैने कंडक्टर से फोन पर बात करनी चाही तो कंडक्टर ने चिल्लाते हुए बात करने से मना बोल दिया, के दबाव के बाद दोनो बच्चे बस से उतर गए, चुकी दोनो अहमदाबाद पहली बार आए थे और अनजान थे, किसी तरह किसी इंसान की मदद से गीतामंदिर बस डेपोट पहुंचे वहा पहुंचते हुए भी ऑटो वाले ने 300 रुपए जैसे किराया लिया, और वहा जाकर दूसरी बस में बैठे,
                स्टाफ की लापरवाही के कारण अगर दोनो बच्चे रास्ता भटक जाते और कोई घटना गट जाती तो उसका जिम्मेदार कोन होता, , ,

                  I had booked my ticket from gsrtc app from Ankleshwar to Ahmedabad seat number 29 for journey date 26 October 2022 in Volvo bus. But when I tried to go to my seat then conductor told me that this seat is already booked and you can't sit here and due to packed bus he said that you can't travel in this bus. But i had booked my seat and also I have my PNR number which is G[protected]. But conductor didn't listen and i had to leave bus. Due to this i had to cancel my another bus which was from Ahmedabad to Mundra. This is not acceptable from GSRTC you can't give same seat to two person and generate two PNR on same seat. Please solve my problem

                        I'n this bus GJ-18-Z-3176 VADODARA-DWARKA many seats available for khambhalia to Dwarka but their driver and conductor don't allow to enter in this bus and lying all bus is full but in this bus many seats available.
                        Dirver and conductor are like cheater or fraud.

                            I was traveling using gsrtc bus from Ahmedabad Gujarat to Rajkot Gujarat

                            That day there was stop at limbdi Gujarat station so i was visit canteen for snacks.

                            There was with intension prize removed from biscuit packet in Limbdi station canteen
                            Maybe there is many more items without prize tag also without expiry or maybe expired food products they sell

                            Kindly check once and take action if possible.

                              I have booked GSRTC A/C Sleeper from Ankleshwar to Bhuj.
                              The booking was on date 21/10/2022 and bus was supposed to arrive at 19:35 but it has been 20:56 and still the bus hasn’t arrived.

                                પાટણ થી રણાવાડા જવા નીકળી એવું રનિગ બતાવે છે .. આ થી એવી બેદરકારી અને દાદાગીરી બસ ગામડાં ની night સુધી ના પાડે છે જવાની એટલે ડેપો મેનેજર ને નમ્ર વિનંતિ છે કે એની અયોગ કાર્યવાહી કરવા માટે વિનંતી છે

                                    I haved booked bus Ahmedabad to Godhra approx 5 hours prior, reached bus stand 1 hour before bus departure time. Asked the inquiry booth at Ahmedabad atleast 15 to 20 times about the bus but didn't informed about the cancellation of bus.
                                    Hence providing the details with expectations of full refund along with the compensation as further I was unable to take any buses further due to non booking in further buses
