I had book 2 seats by PNR G[protected] at[protected] named 1) Alkesh Parikh and 2) Jagruti Parikh for Umreth to Bharuch -Jadeshwar X on seat no 21W, 22A. After reaching nearby Bharuch bus diverted at Main bus stand due to some technical problem, and all passengers shifted in another bus and we dropped at Zadeshwar x. at time we dropped My Ladies money purse and 1 Mobile stolen.

Kindly be informed that I m daily customer of our GSRTC bus sevices from Khambhat to Ahmedabad. Today at 9:30 am I was traveling in the bus number GJ 18 Y 7289 (Khambhat to kalol) for Ahmedabad.
It was raining heavily outside and the thing of great concern is that it was raining heavily inside bus also.
This is the condition of our buses . All passengers were standing as seats of the bus are not in a condition to sit. Other than that this is an accident site bus which is running after a little repair. The local bus looks better that that.
This is creating hell lot of problem for all daily passenger. Also it is very unsafe to travel in these buses as it leads to an untimely accident/loss of lives.
Plz look into the matter at an earliest.

I want to complain about the situation of Road from RADHANPUR (Gujarat) to BHACHAU (Gujarat). Since 2017 there was no maintenance of this route. I request the higher authority to resolve the problem.

I book five tickets on date of 04/08/22 & on 05/08/22 for journey on 13/08/22 but cancelled it later but no refund was deposited

બરોડા સેન્ટ્રલ બસ સ્ટેશન પર હમેશા ખોટી માહિતી આપવામાં આવે છે...
કોઇ પણ બસ ના સમય વિશે પુછવામાં આવતા ગમે તે સમય જણાવવામાં આવે છે...
બસ નિકળી ગયેલ હોવા છતાં બસ આવી નથી એમ જણાવવામાં આવે છે જેથી બસ સ્ટેશન પર બસની રાહ જોવા છતાં બસ આવતી નથી જ્યારે બસ તો સમયસર નિકળી ગયેલ હોઇ છે...
આવુ અવારનવાર બને છે...

Hotel rajthan stand in near by radhanpur depo...hotel mangment is not good his behavier of coustmer is so dirty...his staf is fight with coustmer...and his prize of any pice his so high plz sir change this stand

જય ભારત સાથે ઉપરોક્ત વિષયના અનુસંધાનમા જણાવવાનું કે નડિયાદ ડેપો ની બસ જે આનંદ - રતનપુર એક્સપ્રેસ બસ ચાલુ હતી તે એકદમ બંધ કરવામા આવી છે અથવા તેના સમયમા ફેરફાર કરવામા આવેલ છે પણ એ બસ સવારે મોડાસા ૯:૩૦ કલાકે આવે છે, અને મોડાસાથી શામળાજી અપ ડાઉન કરતા શિક્ષકો અને અન્ય કર્મચારીઓ માટે આશીર્વાદ રૂપ હતી. જેના લીધે તમામ કર્મચારીઓ સમયસર પોતાની નોકરી પર પહોચી શકતા ... હવે આ બસ બંધ થતા તેઓને સમય સર પહોચવામા ખૂબ જ મુશ્કેલી પડી રહી છે તથા તે સમયે કોઇ એક્સપ્રેસ બસ નથી પણ તે સમયની આસપાસ લોકલ બસો છે પણ તેમા જતા નોકરીના સ્થળે ખુબજ મોડા પહોચાય છે તો અમારી આપશ્રી ને નમ્ર અરજ છે કે તે બસ પુન; સારુ કરશો તે બસ નો રૂટ થોડો ટૂંકાવી ( આનંદ-રતનપુર થી ટૂંકાવી આનંદ-શામળાજી) સુધીનો કરી ફરી એક્સપ્રેસ બસ સેવા ચાલુ કરવા વિનંતી...

અમે આજ રોજ ત:28.08.2022 ના રોજ મોરબી ના હવસિંગ થી બસ વાંકાનેર થી દાહોદ (વાંકાનેર ડેપો) માં ચાડિયા બાદ તીયાજ બાથરૂમ લાગવાથી, અમે કંડક્ટર ને કીધેલું કે સામે જ બાથરૂમ છે તો તિયા 2 મિનિટ માં જયને આવું.
તો તેમને ના પાડેલી ને કીધું કે તો બસ ઉભી રેસે નય. તમે બીજી બસ માં આવજો.
માટે એવું જાણવા મળે છે કે તમે ગમે તે પરિસ્થિતિ માં હોવ અમે અમારું ધારીયુ જ કરવાનાં.
આ પ્રકાર ના વર્તન થી તેમની સામે પગલાં લેવા વિનંતી.
આ પ્રકાર ના વર્તન થી અમે કીધેલું કે અમે ફરિયાદ કરી તો પણ તેમને કાય ડર નથી. ફરિયાદ કરી દિયો તેવું કહેવામાં આવે છે.
આ પ્રકાર ના વર્તન થી અમે વાંકાનેર ડેપો માં ફોન કરેલો, તો તિયાં પણ કાય સારો જવાબ નહિ.
માટે આવા કંડક્ટર સામે પગલાં લેવા વિનંતી.

Vadodara bus stop conductor misbehaviour to me and my family members
Date.25.08.2022 and time 4.14 pm

I am a student of sy bba in junagadh. I place my student bus pass for the renue at my collage, for 3months of Rs.1820, but i wasn't aware about that the pass term was going to end, then when my pass arrived after renewual, i realised that the pass amount i paid was 1820 for 3 months and what i got was just 2months of the validation. When i go to the depo they behaved so rudely and also didn't pay me that much importance. As a middle class...

Please provide New Bus service from Janta Chowkdi (Anand) to Khambhat on 4.55 p.m. onwards.

Since passenger travelling from GIDC are suffering due low bus frequency & less buses. And there are no buses after 4.30 p.m.

The passenger who are working are relieve from there company after 4.35 PM.

On the date of 26.08.2022 Bus no. GJ-18-Z-2184 Was not stopped at Kalavad Bus Stop.
And when i taken lift by bike and overtake bus when I asked to driver and conductor for why not stopped Bus at Kalavad Bus stop, he replied me as No passenger in bus for dropping at station. This is not fare.

Kindly help me in this matter.

જેતપુર ડેપો ની બસ જામનગર થી સાવરકુંડલા બસ નંબર GJ-18-Z-5959 આજ તારીખ 26/08/2022 ના રોજ રુટ પર આ નંબર ની બસ મૂકવા માં આવેલ છે.
જેનો ટાઇમ અમરેલી બસ સ્ટેશન એ પોચવા નો ટાઇમ 6:50 નો છે. પણ હમણાં થોડાક દિવસો થી બસ અનિયમિત સમયે આવે છે. અને GPS માં પણ ખોટું લોકેશન બતાવે છે.
આજ તા. 26/08/2022 ના રોજ રેપિડ ગો એપ્લિકેશનમાં 10:08 pm નો ટાઇમ બતાવે છે. હમણાં થોડાક દિવસો થી બસ બહુ જ મોડી આવે છે.અંદાજે 1 થી 2 કલાક મોડી આવે છે.આથી અમે દરરોજ updown કરી એ છીએ. જેમાં નાના-મોટા ધંધાર્થી, નોકરિયાત, વગેરે updown કરે છે. આથી અમોને આ સમસિયા થી અમને બહુજ મુશેલી પડી રહી છે.

આપ શ્રી ને નમ્ર વિનંતી છે કે અમારી આ ફરિયાદ નો જલ્દી થી નિવારણ લાવો .

સુરત જીલ્લાના માંગરોળ તાલુકાના માંગરોળ ગામથી તથા બીજા આજુબાજુના ગામથી ઘણા વિદ્યાથી અો વાંકલ ખાતે કોલેજ માટે જાય છે. માંગરોળથી વાંકલ જવા માટે સવારે ફકત એક જ બસ સવારે ૭-૪૫ વાગ્યે આવે છે. આ બસ એકદમ ફુલ થઇ જાય છે. માટે વિદ્યાથી અોએ બસમાં જીવના જોખમે દરવાજા ૫ાસે ઉભા રહીને જવા માટે મજબુર બને છે. માટે વિદ્યાથી અોની સલામતી માટે સવારે ૭-૦૦ થી ૮-૦૦ ના સમયે એક બીજી બસ ચાલુ કરવા વિનંતી છે. તથા બ૫ોરના કોલેજ છુટયા ૫છી કોઇ બસ નથી વિદ્યાથી અો ૫ાસે ૫ાસ હોવા છતા ભાડુ ખચીને જવુ ૫ડે છે. માટે બ૫ોરના સમયે ૧-૩૦ થી ર-૩્ વા્ગ્યે એક બસ ચાલુ કરવા માટે વિનંતી છે.લ

My Name is Nikhil Ramanuj and I am traveling routinely form Mehsana to Mundra, Mundra to mehsana one’s in a week, but now I had travelled from Mehsana to Mundra on 24th August 2022 which departs from Mehsana at 10:30 in Morning.
The bus departs at 10:30 in the morning and stops at Hotel Navrang at 04:30 in the evening (Mevasa-Gagodar 370155), So the passenger suffers a lot for your agreement but there is no time to eat in the evening.
And I had tea and breakfast which was absolutely bad, and all to say the item was open so it is not at all good for the health of the passenger.

So I request you to change the stoppage of the bus and stop in between 01:30 to 02:30 to do so.

Respected sir, i am a daily traveller of bushes.I always go to home by baroda Zhadeshwar bus (Depart time:-5:10). Since few days bus is departing late for unknown reason and the bus driver and conductor 's behaviour is also rude..firstly they depart late then they stop bus at makarpura busdeport for tea break moreover, this particular bus is having some technical issues in engine and in tires every now and then they have to stop the bus in between ! I vividly remember that once a new conductor was appointed and he didn't even know that his ticket machine was not properly charged and at the time of departure he told driver so that day the bus left main bus station arround 6 O'clock..I know this is government controlled service but every common man is relaying on these buses to reach their job in morning and if such incidents happens regularly it will create negative impact on common man so i kindly request you to look upon this issue and hopping to solve it urgently.Thank you for your time! To inform sir that within Tharad taluka of Banaskantha district in Tharad depot every day busses are irregular and depot system is also not organized and depot manager is also irregular and unable to solve any issues... Due to which many student friends as well as passengers are getting annoyed, this has been presented to the depot manager for a long time but no attention is drawn to it. To Mr.

The bus of ahmedabad to becharaji was not stop for pickup me at rto circle on 25th August 2022 at 08:50 clock. I want to go rto circle to kadi. I can't see the bus number & it which depo. So I request to you about this metter not repeat in future.
